Treezy is an amazing cat. Very communicative and after a couple days warmed up to me. She loves my computer bag and joining me in the hammock. The area is wonderful. Lots of restaurants and I felt very safe. Donya was great at communicating and they showed me all the best spots before they left. The beach is perfect and l love walking along it. If you get a chance to look after Treezy go for it! And you’ll get an authentic Ecuadorean experience!
David and Pam are amazing humans who opened their home and pets to me in a beautiful home that is centrally located to hiking and mountain biking trails. I was very honored they chose me to look after Ellie and Maggie, who are adorable and inseparable sisters with plenty of energy for playing catch :). We loved our time with Iris, Spicy Raisin, and the chickens! We just left yesterday, and we miss them so much already. The chickens were so fun to watch as they ran around outside. We were happy we got the chance to eat fresh eggs during our stay. Iris and Spicy Raisin are the sweetest dogs you can imagine. They absolutely stole our hearts. They are entertaining, playful, gentle, and well behaved. We loved taking them on walks around the neighborhood and in the woods behind the house. We hope we get to see them again someday! Johanne was very communicative and left clear instructions. Her house is beautiful. She and her family made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Our entire stay was lovely. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful time!
