We loved house sitting for Melody and Nick. They were really communicative and answered all our questions. Their home is beautiful and comfortable and Velma is the sweetest!! We loved playing with her, and cuddling. She loves people so we got lots of pets and leans and snuggles. They left great instructions on everything, and have very fast wifi. They are on a very quiet street with an amazing deck and yard among pines and oaks!
I had a great stay at Mike & Inh's house with Jin & Mia! There was clear and detailed communication prior to my arrival and the owners were available during the stay if questions arose. The house is beautiful and in a great location for walking to nearby restaurants or hopping on a bus/subway to explore downtown Chicago or other neighborhoods. Jin was immediately comfortable and equally happy to go for a walk or chill quietly next me to while I worked on my laptop. Mia was more shy but warmed up as the stay progressed. Both pets were very well-behaved, low maintenance and super pleasant to spend time with. Highly recommend hanging out with Jin & Mia during a visit to Chicago!
We had a lovely time staying with Dallas, she is the sweetest dog and super chill and Adam was super helpful and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay in Daybreak and taking Dallas for walks around the lake, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice and chill getaway.
Honestly had such a lovely week in Brooklyn with Frank and Peeves. Big fan of these two, they were truly great company. Frank is such a sweet and smart little man. He loves to play catch/fetch, knows some fun tricks, and is an excellent cuddle bug. He seemed to genuinely enjoy sitting atop Sunset Park watching the sun go down over the cityscape as much as I did. Peeves is a sweet and sassy lady who can be quite chatty and a bit mischievously playfully at times. She's likes to be brushed, play with her feather wand thing, and hang in the kitchen while you cook. They both love their sleep and Frank will snooze in the office with you while you're working either in his bed or on your lap while Peeves pops in from time to time to "help" with work or sit in the windowsill keeping watch. The apartment is cozy, creatively decorated, CLEAN, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy commute to other parts of Brooklyn and the city with both train and bus lines very close by but also plenty to enjoy in the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and seem to know Frank "the tank" as one warmly called him in passing. I found Kayla and Stephen to be very friendly, thoughtful, easy to communicate with and responsive throughout the sit. It's clear they're great pet parents to Frank and Peeves. I would 100% recommend to other sitters and truly hope to see this bunch again!
One of my all time favorite sits. I really bonded with the dog, Bamboo. She is high energy but so sweet and gentle. The home is cozy and comfortable with everything you need. But the real stand out is the beautiful yard and outdoor space; I spent so much time on the deck reading and relaxing. The hosts were kind and generous and easy to communicate with. Its a great sit for a digital nomad or outdoor enthusiast. Its a bit far from public transit so its an easier sit if you have a car available. I would be delighted to sit for them anytime and I miss Bamboo already.
We were really delighted with taking care of Biscuit 🐱. He is a beautiful cat, fun and very affectionate. Sidney and Richard were excellent to us. They always kept an eye on us and Biscuit. We had the opportunity to share a few days with them and it was very entertaining and enriching. We were very happy to meet you. The island is truly magical. We went in winter, not everything was open since it has more tourist attractions in summer. But anyway, its landscapes and culture are very charming. Our best wishes to this beautiful family ❤️
