Coco is a really lovely dog, she's so affectionate and great fun to be with. The moment I ever sat on the sofa she'd jump straight onto my lap and stay there as long as I did. It's a also lovely spot, really near to the shoreline of Morecambe bay, with gorgeous views of. Elaine was wonderfully helpful with a little situation I had to deal with, helping me in every way she could; beyond what I'd expect. And really welcoming and a joy to meet when I met her a day or two before the sit (as I could only arrive after she had departed that day, so managed to get over and met her and Coco). I would love to care for Coco and her home again. I absolutely would recommend her as host. really welcoming. I also appreciate that she had planned to come back a day earlier than previously planned but was happy to find
Spectacular house sit in lovely wine region of Western Oregon! House sitting for Karri and her family was an excellent experience! Her lovely home is located in an inspiring region of Oregon with an abundance of wineries and unique small towns to explore. Karri was excellent to work with, she communicated easily and clearly about her home and pets and she provided clear details about home and pets to help make this house sit easy and enjoyable. Her dog Cody and cat Sasha were easy to care for and were fun and entertaining to hang out with. The 3 goats were carefree and fun to watch as they happily grazed out on the pasture below the house. Karri was a true pleasure to work with, her home was truly lovely, comfortable, and is located on a beautiful piece of land in an inspiring area, and caring for her pets was easy, fun and an experience that we would gladly do again! Bill & Rachel were excellent hosts who provided everything needed for a smooth, easy, and comfortable stay. Communication was great from beginning to end. And the location of their apartment is a super fun area! Izzy and Barbie are the sweetest, easiest dogs to take care of. They are both so affectionate and adorable. I didn’t want to leave!
Incredible housesitting experience! We crossed paths with Brenda's husband Peter due to his canceled business trip who showed us around and made the housesit exceptional. Our time with LeeLoo the dog was truly enjoyable, as she's low-maintenance. Brenda and Peter were generous and hospitable. With speedy internet and cleanliness, having the entire lower level with a second kitchen to ourselves was a treat. We savored the breathtaking views of the Columbia River from the house, which is conveniently located near downtown. We made use of the e-bikes for multiple trips there. Without a doubt, we had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to returning!
Sweet Kona! She is the best! We had a wonderful stay taking care of Kona while Samantha and Robert were on vacation. Kona is very well-trained, and very affectionate. She will steal your heart, as she did ours. Kona enjoyed her twice-daily walks in her beautiful Arlington neighborhood, and also just hanging out with us in Sam and Robert’s lovely home. Communication with Sam and Robert was very good prior to and during the sit. Robert gave us a walk-through of the house when we arrived, and shared the commands that Kona knows. We enjoyed dinner together the night before Sam and Robert left, which we feel is so important to put everyone’s, especially the pet’s, minds at ease. Any questions we had during the sit were answered quickly. Robert provided a comprehensive note of important things we may have needed, which we really appreciated. Samantha and Robert’s house was a pleasure to live in for ten days. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and has everything one could need to prepare meals. We would welcome the opportunity to sit for them again, and hope we get the chance to love on Kona again sometime!
I had an amazing summer is this charming house filled with positive energy and vibes. Marna and her family were easy going and kind and Homer is a sweet heart! Altadena is such a beautiful neighborhood with lots to do and explore. As a single lady staying alone with Homer I felt very safe. The neighbors all look out for one another and made me feel quite welcome during my stay. 🥰❤️🙏🏾
