Louise and her team have been amazing with our puppy, Winnie. We live in Greenwich, but are often in Chelsfield to stay with family, and they have been so flexible helping out whenever we need daycare / boarding. She loves to go and comes back exhausted, so we are happy! Prices are very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend.

Louise cared for our two pugs while we went on holiday. The dogs loved her could tell by the photos she sent me. I enjoyed my holiday without worry . I highly recommend louise to new clients she was outstanding.

My little guy Archie is a 1 y/o maltipoo and has been going to doggy daycare here twice a week since he was 6mths. He LOVES it. He has a great time with his doggy friends and adores the staff who take great care of him. He is completely exhausted when he gets home from the day's adventures. I also get him groomed here; he's not a fan so it's nice that it's done by people he knows and trusts. Highly recommend Louise and her team!

I was reasonably happy with padifoots. The walkers are very good and they were always happy to provide updates on my dogs walk when I happened to speak with them. Found the owner to be slightly uncommunicative and forthcoming with information or responding to queries but as my dog loved the walkers i was ok with this. Just been told at 10pm on Sunday that I have 5 days to find a new dog walker as she has moved and will no longer be providing a service to dartford, to say I am fuming is an understatement and I know of other dog owners in my area in a similar position. Moving does not happen overnight and the lack of communication is disrespectful to a loyal client of nearly 3 years. I would not recommend them because of this as you never know when the "goal posts" will change

First of all you need to understand that Lily is my baby and as such, only the best will do for her. That's where Padifoot Pet Care came in. My home life circumstances changed and as such I was going to be spending more time away from home. I went along to meet Louise and to 'check the place out' before committing to leaving Lily in their care, all looked perfect and all my questions and concerns were answered without a flicker of hesitation. Initially I was just looking for someone to look after her a couple of days a week here and there while I was at work. I have to admit that the first few times I was very nervous about leaving her, allowing my mind to wander and imagine all kinds of dramatic scenarios...nothing of the sort happened...in fact, Lily loves it there. As soon as we turn the corner to drive up the road, Lily is alert and making whining noises demonstrating how excited she is to be going there. She has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, she goes out for lovely long walks and runs around freely with Louise and her team having the time of her life. As I said, it was initially for only a day here and there but it has turned in to much more than that and some weeks she is there every day. She has, on occasions, stayed overnight and again, the first couple of times were the hardest (for me, not her) but she was fine. I love it that she is happy to go there as often as she needs to, I love how friendly Louise, her family and team are and how much care they take of not only my girl, but all the dogs in their care. It makes my day when I see photos posted on their FB page and I can see how much fun she is having. If your dog is your baby and you are having any doubts whatsoever, trust me, this is the place to go, they love and you too will be happy with your choice to take them there. I would definitely recommended Padifoot Pet Care to everyone (in fact, I tell most people I meet about how great it is). If you are in any doubt, just have a look at the photos on their page, Lily is the chocolate lab with only one eye...the one loving life and having a ball!

Padifoot Pet Care are the best in town! You only need to open their front door to see how happy the good boys and girls are, all wagging their tails. As a Home Board, the dogs get the absolute best treatment you could wish for when compared to standard kennels. The dogs are spoilt with lots of toys to play with, sofas to lay on, a garden to run around in, a wooden agility course within the garden, a paddling pool in the hot summer months... the list goes on! The dogs have such an active day, every day, with multiple walks in the local fields and woods, and non-stop playtime with their doggy friends during day care. Padifoot offer grooming services too if your pooch is in need of a wash, dry and trim. The owner has worked with dogs for over 15 years, so really knows what she is doing with the animals, how to take the best care of them, and how to properly deal with any troublesome situations. Your pet will be in the absolute best hands with Padifoot, guaranteed. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have relied on Padifoot for over 3 years now to watch our two kitties, and we've only had good experiences. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while as Boni Dogs have been amazing for our puppy and we have been so impressed with them since the very start. We were let down by a previous daycare earlier this year and needed to find a new place at very short notice. Boni Dogs had space for Banjo and we are so glad that they did. Boni Dogs really is the right fit for him. From our first meeting with Alex, it was clear that he has a passion for all breeds of dog of all ages and tons of experience. Banjo is always excited to see Alex and comes home a very happy boy. We love getting updates of what he has been up to with the other dogs and to see how much fun they are having. As well as daycare, Banjo has stayed with Alex over weekends and overnight stays, during which we are completely confident that he will be well looked after and have a great time. Alex even offered to collect Banjo from the kennels whilst we were on holiday which we were so grateful for - he really does go above and beyond. If you want a friendly, reliable dog sitter with the best quality care, look no further. We couldn't recommend Boni Dogs enough! 😊

Alex has taken Tessa for walks since she was a puppy, she is now 6 years old. More recently due to a back operation he had been having Tessa all day every day. Tessa is very happy to see Alex and is always ready for a nap when she gets home, which I think is a good sign. Alex is a very calm young man and is observant and let's me know if any problems on walks. Tessa loves Alex and is always excited when going out with him. I have built a good relationship with Alex over the years and have got to know him as very reliable young man, who I am very confident looks after Tessa when out with him.

Our Cockapoo Ziggy loves doggy day care with Bonidogs! Alex is really flexible and can always accommodate having him on different days of the week. Great walks in the countryside with other dogs means he is getting plenty of exercise and socialisation, vital for a happy dog!

Alex has been taking my dog out for last couple of months. Shes a german shepherd puppy and can be very lively but he handles her very well and she always comes back happy and worn out. Best dog walker ive come across

We cannot recommend Nicholas enough! He has dog sat our 4 dogs. We have 2 mastiffs, 1 Great Dane and a frenchie. My Dane is a nervous dog, within 10 minutes she was all over him, sitting with him, on him. He has a way with dogs that gives us confidence to use his services. I do not know what we would do without him (probably not go out!!) He really deserves this shining review!! 5 star recommendation!!

Our cocker spaniel has been coming to bed and biscuits since she was 16 weeks old and has always absolutely loved her time at daycare - she is so eager to get in each time we drop her off! We always feel comfortable leaving her here for extended periods because we know she gets the freedom she needs, interaction with all sorts of dogs and loving attention from the girls who look after them all. We also love that there are daily updates of the dogs shared on social media - you can really see the dogs are loving their time there especially during Summer with the swimming pool! Couldn't recommend a better place to leave you dog if you want to make sure they are free to have fun and not cooped up in a kennel.

We were delighted with Peggy’s recent stay at B&B. The social media updates were great and the handover and collection was stress free. Peggy came home fit, happy and tired from her stimulating and enriching days with the other dogs. We will definitely return. Thank you team

I’m writing this review to say thank you to the B&B team. My dog spends more time at Bed and Biscuits than with me! I know I can drop him off (for the day or boarding) and never have to worry. I know that he will have the chance to run around the country field, play games, curl up in a corner if he prefers a quieter day, be with his dog pals, have cuddles from the girls. The team are fantastic and you can see how much enjoyment they create looking after the dogs which translates into a great environment for them - especially in the summer and fun times like Halloween and Christmas where they go all out (Santa Paws comes to town!) Sometimes I get jealous I’m not there to join in the fun! They safely cater for all breeds and sizes (mine being on the smaller but definitely louder side). If there is ever anything with my dog they will always communicate or keep an eye out if I ask and report back. Thank you for all you do girls! The owner and night/care taker are also equally as brilliant, which has been so appreciated as a solo dog mum. Thank you B&B team for all your help and making it a second home for my pup for the last 4 years 🐶❤️

I take my dog here twice a week, and I honestly don't know what I'd do without it. Both of my dogs have loved it there, and my current dog is VERY clingy, but he barely even bothers to look back when he runs into the day care these days. The dogs clearly have a great time, they play all day, come home tired and happy. The staff are really helpful and nice, very polite and accommodating, it's also clear how much they love the dogs. Highly recommended.

I have been using Bed & Biscuits for around 2 years. My dog Dexter loves it and gets excited every Friday when he knows we are going. The staff are fabulous and create lots of fun activities for all the dogs. Dexter has also stayed overnight and often does not want to come home !! I can thoroughly recommend.

My 3 labradors absolutely love going on their holidays to Bed and Biscuits - they get very excited when we arrive and they realise where we are! Claire and her team are so lovely and friendly and they have been extra careful with my older dog and very cuddly with the puppy! They are a fab team and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best place for daycare for your dogs! I’ve used them for several different dogs over the years and they’ve always been fantastic. I usually stop sending the dogs once they aren’t pups anymore but my youngest is staying on as she absolutely adores the girls and the other dogs. She comes home exhausted and happy, I can’t ask for anything more.

Mabel (our almost 1 year old fur baby) has been going to Bed & Biscuits since she was little - the staff are all so lovely and caring and Mabel doesn't even look back at us when she heads in for the day! She always has the best time and we love checking the insta for updates of what she's been up to that day! I wish I could go with her because she always has so much fun! 10/10 would reccomend Bed & Biscuits to anyone wondering if it's the right choice of daycare!

Our 3.5yr Bernedor has been going to Bed&Biscuits for day care and holiday ever since she was a little pup. She loves it there, gets so excited when she arrives and is always exhausted when we get home after having had so much fun! She was a nervous puppy and I'm so happy to see her confidence has bloomed with Bed&Biscuits to the wonderful confident dog she is now. I couldnt recommend a better place to put your precious pup, we know our pup is always is safe and having fun in well-trained hands.

My dog has been going to bed and biscuits since he was 1, he’s now 9 years old. He attends both daycare and boards when we travel. There is honestly nowhere else that cares and loves your dog the way the staff do at bed and biscuits. I have never doubted the time and attention that he receives from the moment I drop him off until I pick him up again. They go above and beyond, from snuggles on the sofa to pictures on instagram as well as seasonal silliness such as Santas grotto and a summer bbq with no less than a visit from the icecream van! Having somewhere like bed and biscuits has allowed us a family to have a dog but still work and travel abroad knowing that he when he is there, it is like home from home. I can’t thank Claire and all of the team for being so amazing! ❤️ If you want the best care for your dog, then bed and biscuits is the best choice!

Michelle visited our cat twice daily when we were on holiday and she did such a good job! She did a visit first to get through the admin side of things (for free). When we came back home, our cat was clean, well fed and happy. Her litter was scooped and bin changed as well. Michelle also sent us updates almost daily and collected a parcel that was left at our doorstep. Highly recommend and price is very competitive!

We have been very happy with the care that our dog, Henry, receives from Ray. Henry enjoys his time with Ray and is calm and settled when he comes home. He's obviously bonded well with Ray and always runs up to him if we see him when we are out walking. Ray is very reliable and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Ray has a huge amount of passion and knowledge about dogs. I trust him with our dog completely and our dog clearly loves hanging out with him. We've used him twice for boarding and each time our dog comes back seeming v content. I would recommend Ray to any of our friends.

Ray is excellent and you can see that he absolutely loves dogs. Our dog loves him too! He walks our cocker spaniel while we are at work and every night he is nice and tired so we know that he has had a great walk. We would definitely recommend Ray.

Knowing Ray shortly before the formation of Petpals Chislehurst, it became apparent that he was born to care for animals. I got this impression from the way he treats his own two dogs, Ralf and Sydni. When he first mentioned that he was going to become a full time franchise owner of Petpals I never had a shadow of a doubt that he would be successful. Knowing his wife and children, I knew that the support that he would receive from them would guarantee that any animals which are under Ray’s care will also be under theirs too, no questions asked, with the love and support that they give their own animals. In June, Ray graciously agreed to look after my two cats and tortoise for a week. During the assessment phase my family and I were all thoroughly impressed in the level of detail that goes into the preparation for Ray to take care of our animals. Ray goes above and beyond to make sure that not only are your animals safe and well looked after, but so is your home. He offered to open and close curtains, turn on lamps overnight and other services to give the appearance that you were at home to deter potential burglars. Upon coming home from our holiday, we found that the tortoise and particularly the cats were not only happy to see us, but disappointed that their new friend, Ray, wasn’t coming to feed, play and look after them anymore. The bond between them is apparent and it clearly not one sided. Ray continuously asks about them when I see him and saves lily leaves for the tortoise, which are a favourite of hers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on looking for any kind of pet care service to contact Ray and will certainly be using his company again for any future occasion where we need any fully qualified and insured pet care.

Ray consistently goes above and beyond to help people and their pets. We have one dog that is quite difficult and Ray has helped us every step of the way. I would recommend Ray's services to anyone with a pet that needs help, whether it's a pet taxi, dog walk or boarding. My dogs love being with him and he's helped us so much.

We have been using Ray and Petpals for a number of years and the service is excellent. He and the team are all brilliant with our dog and both the dog walking and boarding service are so reliable. I am so happy with Ray & His family for taking care of my little spoiled Chihuahua Dior-Biscuit wile I was away on my Easter Break. Before I left her with Ray, she was not eating dog food at all and didn’t mix with any other dogs and couldn’t be walked with out a lead. Wile I was away ray sent me videos and pictures of my dog acting like a real dog. Dior was chilling on the sofa with other dogs, eating dog food out the bowl with two other Dogs. Ray took her for long walks off the lead and she loved it, I could see on the videos how happy she was, Dior even gave Ray a kiss on the lips good bye when he drop her back home. Ray has been more than brilliant when it comes to helping me ans my dog Annabell. I would recommend him and Pet Pals to anyone! Totally trustworthy and Annabell genuinely loves him and his family, ever since she has started her walks with him she has nevwr been happier! Wouls totally recommend!!!

We have been using day care services for half a day each week, my Golden Retriever absolutely loves going there. lovely set up for different activities, with video and photos shared. Oscar really loves dogs and manages them brilliantly.

Privately hired Doggoland and took our 2 Frenchie here this morning. They loved it and we loved it, plenty for them to play with and lots of exploring was done all while having the reassurance that they were safe and secure within the area. Easy to book and any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally via email. We will definitely be coming again!

We send our french bulldog to half day session most weeks, which is such a fantastic set up. I trust them to have keys to my house to collect and drop my dog off. They have very recently just had him while we was on holiday for ten days as well. I really appreciate how they send daily updates to let you know how they are doing. Our dog had recently had BOAS surgery, I was worried how he would be in the hot weather and having more exercise than he normally would. Oscar and Margarita made me feel at ease instantly with the updates and videos I received. I would not hesitate to use them while on holiday. I really recommend their services and how genuine they are.

Quite simply Doggoland is superb. It is clear to see how much Oscar and Margarita love dogs...and how much the dogs love them. Their service goes above and beyond. I have absolutely no concerns about leaving Buddy in their care. I receive video and photo updates throughout Buddy's time at Doggoland and constant communication when they pick up and drop off. Doggoland really is a game changer, my biggest worry when getting Buddy was how I would juggle work and having a dog... Oscar and Margarita, you are wonderful and I am so grateful for all you do.

I highly recommend Woofers as a very professionally run, friendly, warm and caring Daycare and Boarding service. We value and appreciate the love and attention that is always shown by Oscar and Margarita to our much loved Golden Retreiver. We can be assured that he will receive all the cuddles and care that he needs whether daytime or over night. Regular videos are sent to show how much fun all the dogs are having, playing so safely together in a controlled and boundaried environment and it’s a pleasure to see how enjoyable their time together is. Doggoland is an amazing space for our pup to burn off some energy, get socialised and meet her new found friends. Oscar and Margarita are great at looking after her and making sure she has lots of fun. She comes home happy and tired, and I get a couple of afternoons working at home without distractions (completely self inflicted distractions as she loves a cuddle) I’m really happy with Woofers and would highly recommend them.

Oscar and Margarita offer a fantastic service and clearly enjoy what they do and love the dogs in their care. Doggoland has been a god send for us as we return to work and has been useful for getting our dog socialised and he loves his time there. We get sent videos to see how he is getting on, which are always entertaining.

My 8 month old schnauzer is attending Woofer’s daycare on weekly bases. He is super happy and excited to go every time. We receive daily movie updates of his activities & nap times! Since getting my dog, Percy, I was always concerned he’d have anxiety leaving me for long periods of time or socialising with other dogs. I looked for a good while to find a right fit for him for doggy daycare and when each one didn’t work out, I nearly gave up. And then I found Woofers. Oscar and Margarita are the kindest duo I’ve ever met. You can tell the pure love they have for all the dogs they have under their care. I receive regular videos on how Percy is getting on and playing with other dogs, and you can tell how much he loves it when he claws at the door to greet them both! Our puppy has been going for walks with Sharon at least twice a week for several months now and thoroughly enjoys himself. He's well looked after and clearly enjoys socialising with the other dogs. We've also used Sharon's daycare which has given us great peace of mind, knowing he's cared for and has company when we need to go out to work or out for the day.

Our lab has stayed with Sharon several times now and she has become our preferred and regular boarder. We just know we're in safe, positive hands with Sharon. Our dog is always desperate to jump out of the car into her house every time we come! I know he has the best time.

Sharon has taken my dog (Cocker Spaniel) out for a walk a few times (over the past two years) and I completely trust her to take care of my dog and give her a good walk. I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

Friendly service. These guys know what you need from a pet service. Photos and lots of updates. Lovely family dogs. Our puppy was finally tired after a day of play and care. Recommend highly.
