I truly enjoyed my sit at Jennys home! Communication was excellent throughout the sit and their home was clean, well stocked and walking distance to Queen Anne neighborhood and several bus routes. I appreciate Jenny communicating with her house cleaners to accommodate my timing needs. Jasper and Pixel are very sweet cats and enjoyed being outside and relaxing next to me on the couch. The frogs are a lot of fun to feed and interact with and easy to care for. I highly recommend this sit!
We spoke to Dianne and met with her and Birdy before the sit for a walk through of Birdy’s routine and felt very welcomed. Dianne was a very good host and was always available to answer any questions we may have had. Taking care of Birdy for the week was an absolute pleasure, she is very intuitive and loves company which was great as we like being at home too. Birdy had a well-established routine that made it easy to provide her with a sense of normalcy while Dianne was away. Our nightly calls reassured Dianne that Birdy was being well taken care of. Although the weather was inclement it managed to clear up each morning in time for our daily walks! The nature walks Dianne recommended were a very enjoyable part of the day for us and Birdy. Dianne’s cottage home was a lovely retreat away from the city, just a short walk to a small shopping mall with everything you could need. Overall, our pet sitting experience was very positive and enjoyable; we would definitely recommend this sit. Thank you to Dianne and Birdy for having us.
Lady and Bodie are the sweetest dogs! They are fun to be with and well-mannered. Lady is a doll, she loves to snuggle and take walks. Bodie is a young dog who is well-trained. He loves his walks and fetching balls. Vanda and her husband were very welcoming into their home, and Vanda provided detailed instructions to help make the stay a cinch. Vanda was also available for questions during the stay. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool/spa and lush vegetation including fruit trees, flowers, and vegetable plants galore. There is plenty to do in the area, although I most enjoyed my time in the backyard, enjoying the peacefulness and of course the pups!
It was great meeting Kendall and Larry. We greatly enjoyed visiting with them. They have a beautiful home with views of the mountains you won’t believe. It’s great to sit out on the porch with the dogs. You’ll be outside in the morning for sunrise, and back on the porch in the evening for sunset. A private bedroom with views of the mountains; it just doesn’t get any better! The kitchen is wonderful for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a grill that we utilized a lot. There are plenty of things to do in Pagosa Springs, and a lot of good places to eat. We think City Hall Cafe is the best! Tonka and Loki are the sweetest dogs and will win your heart in minutes. They love to spend time outside. You can count on wagging tails and friendly nudges when you see them in the morning or anytime you return from a trip to town. They are great dogs and so easy to take care of. We had the best time with these two sweethearts. The horses, Whisky and Montana were super easy and we really enjoyed taking care of them. They get along great and hang out together all day. The barn cats, Sport, Scout, and Heidi Hank are loving and very entertaining. They run and play and are fun to watch. Hope to spend time with all of them again sometime, they are awesome!
Our experience was good, was a comfortable place where we had many mod cons meanwhile looking after Eric and Bella. Also, if we had some questions or doubts about something, Kristie didn’t hesitate to answer us very quickly. Eric and Bella are so adorable, they are energetic and friendly! We’ll miss them.
It was really great to stay at Mandy’s place and sit with Obi and Gato. They are super sweet cats. Obi is very playful and affectionate and seriously curious about everything. Gato is more reserved but also friendly and loves to be close and cuddle at night with me and Obi. Mandy’s place is convenient to everything and located in a happening area of town, very comfortable and safe. Mandy arranged a parking place for me in the building garage which was essential and very much appreciated. This was a really great sit. Thank you, Mandy!
