Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. In short, I feel lucky to have connected with Victoria through zeewoi, wouldn't hesitate to call on her again, and recommend her without reservation.
This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

My girl Minerva has been going to daycare/boarding at Home From Home for years and she loves every minute. Julia and Jess are the nicest people you could ever meet and treat every dog that steps through their door as part of the family. It is basically Minervas' second home. They send gorgeous photos and videos throughout the day to show me how much fun Mins having. The photo attached is from one of her days there and you can see for yourselves just how relaxed and happy she is. When I pick her up at the end of the day Min can barely keep her eyes open she is so exhausted from having the time of her life with all her friends. Julia's home is welcoming, immaculate and secure for your pooch. I wish I could give Home From Home 100 stars as they deserve every one for what they do. We are so lucky to have found them and I wouldn't send my precious girl anywhere else.
Home from Home really is a home from home for our dog Indie. She is very well looked after and treated gently for her nervous nature. We always get photos and feedback of her day. Julia and Jess are lovely as well as very professional and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you for looking after our precious pup!
Home from Home have been looking after our dog since she was a pup. It is the highlight of her week going to hang out with her besties. It is truly our dogs second home and you know she is being well looked after! The picture and video updates throughout the day also put you at ease. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!😍🤗
4 months ago, we made the decision that our 3 month old puppy would need to stay with someone on the night of our wedding, at which point he would be almost 7 months old. This was the most daunting decision for us and not something we took lightly. Our wedding venue recommended Julia and Jess and we took a trip down to meet them. From the moment we stepped in the door of their beautiful home, all three of us (my now husband, our puppy and I) were completely at ease. They are the most lovely, professional and caring family you could ever wish to leave your beloved pet with. Julia has been so great with her communication, answering my constant, long, worried emails and reassuring me along the way. I knew way before the wedding that Julia and Jess would look after Teddy as if he were there own and that's just what they did. The videos they sent me of him showed him behaving as he does with us at home, i.e. standing on your chest, tail wagging and licking your face - so I knew he was totally content, even without us there. I cannot recommend Home from Home enough. Thank you so much Julia, Jess and Hannah for looking after our fur baby, Teddy. I hope we can keep in touch. xxx
From enquiry to daycare Julia and Jess have always been extremely professional, kind and caring. My little pupper loves going to daycare with them so much I have increased the amount of days. I receive regular updates, photos and video throughout the day which put my mind at rest. If you ever need a high standard professional service do not hesitate to contact Home from Home.
Not worth the effort, doesn’t respond, Take your money somewhere else
Our 8 month old Cocker Spaniel had a wonderful 2 day and overnight stay recently. Great service from initial meeting, drop off and pick-up. We particularly enjoyed the video updates throughout her stay. She was in her element. Highly Recommend.
My Cocker Spaniel has been a member of The Mutley Crew for nearly a year now. She is with Michelle every weekday and occasional overnights (some might call it overnight boarding but Pip just sees this as another of her homes!). Pip loves Michelle and her other canine friends. No matter the weather Michelle is attentive to her pack and Pip comes home well exercised and ready to snuggle up for the rest of the night. Michelle has positively responded to my last minute requests with a cheerful smile and can-do attitude which has sometimes been a life-saver. 5 Stars are not enough in my opinion.
Michelle has been dog walker and dog boarder for our three little dogs for the past 4 years. The dogs are so much better behaved now and more importantly absolutely love her and her family. So much so that when we return from holidays the dogs are not that fussed to see us!! Devastating for us but it shows how happy they are and well looked after. We would be lost without Michelle and trust her 1000% with our babies.
I am Angela Burgess and I have been taking my 3 dogs, a golden retriever and two cocker spaniels to The Mutley Crew for the last 6 years , and have always been 100% satisfied with how they have been cared for. The enthusiasm for my trio is fabulous and we are all always made to feel so , welcome. They are well exercised and always come back much better behaved than before they went. I would highly recommend this service .
Muttley Crew have walked our dog Benny for nearly 4 years now. They have been incredibly reliable and very well organised. They are really friendly and approachable. Benny loves his time with them and Michelle was very patient and dedicated in getting Benny to calm down and listen more whilst on his walks. Cannot recommend enough.
Can't speak highly enough of Michelle and the time and attention she gives to the dogs. My large lab cross loves her and gets loads out of the various walks she takes him on. More than just a dog walking service as the dogs she walks become part of a family. The field has been a welcome addition where dogs can run free in the countryside.
I do this journey a few times a year and always quick and efficient with the staff be friendly, chatty and helpful but today was so different! Two staff members. One in his phone, swiping thru. The female that served me made no eye contact, no conversation. I said “Good morning , it’s cold today”. I handed dog passport under the glass. Not a word! I was passed the microchip reader, still nothing. I handed it back after hearing the beep. Nothing! I was handed the passport & boarding pass. Nothing! I’m not asking for witty quips and conversation (not at 1.00am anyway) but a good morning or have a good trip is always welcome & expected when you are paying for a service & it’s just common decency. Yes I’m old school and was bought up to say please and thank-you and hello and goodbye which appeared to be lacking today 😟
Words can’t describe how amazing and helpful the staff have been. We had an extremely stressful time due to my dog not having the right documents however the staff were extremely encouraging and guided us every step of the way, even went the extra mile and extended our ticket. I can’t describe how much all of this meant to us! Thank you so much!!
The staff doesn't know how to read an official government document regarding pet chipping date vs chip reading date. They made us stress like hell, because they said the vets documents are wrong, however it clearly states you need to provide chipping date or reading date. The document even has "/" this sign, still they almost denied our entry. We had to contact emergency vets to provide via email a "corrected" documents which turns out wasn't even necessary. My poor 19 year old cat was very worried she will miss her holiday.
First time on Le Shuttle and I was really impressed with the smooth, well managed process, with friendly and professional customer service throughout. Checking in with our dog was very straightforward and we were in Calais before we knew it. Would highly recommend and use the service again......
Quick and efficient check in with 3 doggies today. The staff were appalled when I mentioned that I had paid £1025 for the animal health certificate at my local vet. They gave me a list of vets near the tunnel in Kent who offer a much cheaper service online and collect before entering the tunnel. Really lovely staff, service with a smile. 10/10. Thank you.
You just handover your animal health certificate for checking, they pass you a hand held microchip scanner which you pass back with scan results and providing your vet has filled in paperwork properly you're on your way with a train allocation ticket in less than 2 minutes(no queues when I passed through and plenty of staff)
Eurotunnel have got petrol travel sorted, it was even better with a European passport, but they make it quick simple and professional.
We were very nervous about this but there was no need. as long as you paperwork is in order then no problems. the staff were very nice, new very pleasant dog "resting" area.
Fairly frequent user of various Ferries, etc. Normally driving a motorhome, sometimes alone and sometimes with my wife and my dog. Eurotunnel, or Le Shuttle as it appears to like being called these days, is certainly not my last choice when looking to get to and from Europe from the UK, but it's not consistently my first, either. Cost always plays a part in any calculation, but this time, the destination dictated the tunnel being the best option for me. It appears that changes in traffic handling are afoot in both Folkestone and Calais, so I await to see how this will impact future crossings. This time around, I travelled fairly late at night and it was pretty quiet by comparison with many previous crossings, so when I was accosted by a teenager in a High Vis Jacket trying to tell me that my vehicle won't fit in the car park and I would have to wait in the coach park and walk over to the pet reception. I dutifully complied, even though the actual car park by reception was all but empty, and I could have easily driven a vehicle twice the size of mine all around the car park and then reverse parked in any of the rows with all the doors open and not hit a single thing, and walked the 200Metres or so to the pet reception, whilst watching a tesla driver in the main car park actually hit a curb while turning in to a space. You see, just because you drive an 'allegedly', environmentally friendly car, it doesn't mean you go around causing less damage to the planet than someone that drives a diesel motorhome! If it was really busy, I get it, you have no idea how good the driving skills of any driver of any vehicle are. (I've seen enough bad drivers of all vehicle sizes to understand that) But at times when the main car park is empty, surely those who have the skill to take their vehicle safely into a car park should be allowed to do so, and those that are unsure of their parking and maneuvering abilities will more likely stay clear of tighter spaces out in the big coach park? But if Eurotunnel don't want me in their car park, that's fine, I'll not bother visiting the shops then and paddle on through to passport control... Any news on a frequent traveller discount system again yet? 🤔 P.S. staff at pet reception always really helpful and friendly. 😎🐕👍
Friendly staff, goes fast
Top-notch experience. Friendly, polite, really clean car and great driving skills. I really enjoyed my travel and do recommend his services for whatever you need a ride to.
Very nice company and great service and the driver very friendly and helpful and the price lower than other companies I compare the best price I recommend it
I have used this company, they are really good and reliable will trusted 👍 …
Our pup Dory recently stayed at Sandy Paw Lodge and had the best time. I was worried because she's super needy but the guys at Sandy Paw Lodge go above and beyond to provide a bespoke service for each dog meaning Dory felt right at home. I would and have highly recommended Sandy Paw Lodge and I've booked them in for all our trips and days out for the rest of this year. Dory can't wait to see you again soon.
Brad and Nat have recently started looking after our 2 dogs and they have been very professional throughout, offering multiple meet and greets. They are compassionate and responsive towards Otis and Hattie's unique personalities and needs. We are happy and confident that Otis and Hattie are in good hands, so that we can relax and enjoy being on holiday whilst they have their doggie holiday and Sandy Paw Lodge.
My dogs and I had a very good experience with Sandy Paw Lodge. Since I was worried about my dogs getting used to the environmental change and getting along with their dogs, they even came down and give us some time to be friends with first, walked together several times and chat a lot about how they can make my dogs comfortable. While staying there ,my dogs looked so happy and comfortable.I could tell from the videos/pics that they sent me, so I could enjoy my holiday without any doubt nor worry!! I highly recommend this place/service/people to all the dog lovers. I would definitely ask them to look after my dogs when I need the care next time.
I had a last minute need for a dog sitter for a short break. Came across these guys via a FB recommendation- and I’m SO glad that I did! From first contact they were professional and installed trust. They are clearly dog lovers who pride themselves in providing a bespoke service. They asked all the right questions to ensure a smooth stay, and nothing was too much of an ask. My little dog was treated like an absolute prince, my only criticism is that I’ll have to keep up the same level of pampering he has become accustomed to! Haha! Would 100000% recommend and will certainly be a repeat customer. Thanks guys 🥰🐶
Loki loves staying with the family. Brad and Nat are lovely and flexible. They treat Loki as if he is part of the family. 🐾💚 …
Folkestone's best kept secret! Busby, our border terrier, loved his time with Bali and Benji.
