Matt and Emily were perfection. My sit is not the easiest, I have many pets, including temperamental emus, a nervous rescue dog and to top it all just before we were due to go away we found a fledgling thrush that needed round the clock care. I launched this on Matt and Emily last minute with profuse apologies but they handled it all marvelously. Matt and Emily researched how to look after the bird and even went foraging for slugs and worms! Completely above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. They won my nervous Labrador over within 48 hours and generously allowed my dachshunds to fall asleep up their jumpers as this is what they are used to! Absolute genuine love and passion for animals is very evident in Matt and Emily's house sitting expertise. I completely relaxed within 5 minutes of meeting them both. I have a lot of garden to look after and they diligently kept everything watered whilst I was away. My house was spotless when I returned and Emily very kindly made sure We had a homemade breakfast ready for when we got back. The most delicious granola I have ever tasted, so thoughtful. If you are looking for compassionate, competent sitters that are completely unflappable then Matt and Emily are an excellent choice. I am definitely asking them to sit for me again.
