We had Hana as our house sitter for a non-traditional setup, as she coordinated for her parents and sister to stay in our home. Despite the unconventional arrangement, Hana worked diligently to ensure smooth communication and information sharing between all parties involved. Hana's parents weren't as communicative as she was, but they took excellent care of our cats, who seemed happy and well-looked after. We appreciate the effort they put into making sure our pets were comfortable and cared for during our absence. One of our cats, Lucy, is very shy around new people. But she came out of hiding and they were able to send us a photo of her on the couch by the end of their time which is a testament to their demeanor and care. Overall, we are grateful for Hana's hard work and commitment to ensuring our cats were in good hands.
I feel so lucky to have had Ruoyi as my petsitter. She was extremely reliable, organized and an all around great person! When I got back to my apartment, it was clear that my pets were taken care of and my space was in impeccable condition and was very clean. My cats seemed very happy, relaxed and well-brushed and my turtle tank was left very clean with a healthy little turtle in it. She kept me updated the entire time that I was away with cute pictures and daily updates. Ruoyi is welcome back anytime and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a petsitter. She’s one of the best I’ve ever had!
I had an amazing time at Craig’s & Joselle’s place. Charlie is such an adorable pup with cute eyes. He was entertaining. He loves cuddles, walks and treats. He loves being around you and meeting the locals. He is the best. I will truly miss him!
