We had good communication throughout the process. Due to Coronavirus it was not possible to stay at your home, but we met personally. Andrea introduced us to her cats that are beautiful and lovable. Andrea and Tim were very attentive, giving us all the support we needed because we were unable to stay at their home. We spent a day together and it was an incredible experience. We love meeting you, we have fun using Google Translator, since we speak little English. They were unforgettable moments. We recommend your home and your cats to everyone.
Cecily and Andrew were ideal and generous hosts. First and foremost, their baby Mina was an absolute delight to sit for and one of the sweetest cats I've ever met! She quickly warmed up to me and was effortlessly affectionate and gentle throughout my stay in her cozy home. Caring for Mina was a breeze, and I fell in love with her immediately. Cecily and Andrew made the sit easy and enjoyable with their friendly and clear communication, providing helpful tips about Mina, their beautiful home, and some of the coolest spots in the city. Their home is warm, inviting, and boasts stunning views of San Francisco—a perfect oasis of serene calm and quiet. Sitting for Cecily and Andrew has undoubtedly been a highlight of my travel, and I'm eagerly looking forward to sitting for them again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential sitters!
Marana was lovely to communicate with, open and very welcoming and flexible. Saber was such a sweetheart, gone for most of the day, but comes to eat and then stays for lots of rubs and cuddles in the evenings! It was so easy to and wonderful to look after Marana's place and Saber!
Absolutely perfect stay with cats Louis & Huey at Mark & Marion's beautiful home. The two cats are quiet and shy but with a gentle slow approach we earned some sweet affection! Great communication with our hosts all the way through the sit. We loved exploring the magical New Forest area too. Excellent housesit!
We had a lovely time at Dave and Barry's delightful home. They are so well cared for and have the very best lives. We found Barry the Boxer to be a true gentleman - keen to do the right thing and willing to wait patiently for Dave to drink from the water bowl first even though he was thirsty himself. Likewise, if Dave was taking up too much space in the bed Barry would gently paw the side with a forlorn look on his face rather than just sitting on top of him. He is such a dear! Sometimes we could have sworn Dave was deliberately trying to annoy him - ha! Dave is a great little fella and likes to follow you around, especially if there is any chance of a tidbit! Like Barry, he is easygoing and content. Both settle down well after food and walks etc and love being in the same room as you. There is woodland just nearby, or if muddy, the neighbourhood is safe with lots of well-lit flat roads with wide verges suitable for dog-walking. Nicky and her family are warm, friendly and down-to-earth and the house is amazing. Lovely and warm inside, clean and tidy, and the guest bed mattress is very comfortable. We would be very happy to return here and recommend. Thank you for having us!!
We loved Leyburn and all it had to offer in shops, pubs and cafes and walks from the door. We fell in love with the two most wonderful dogs Bertie and Winter. They both loved cuddles, very friendly , easy and a pleasure to be with. Bertie is a delight on and off the lead. we remarked on his instant recal and so well trained in everyway. loves to play fetch too. Winter trots along quite happily on her lead and can walk the distance of Bertie. She does get quite excited and a bit anxious of other dogs but we just got on with our walks and loves going out. Such a sweetie. The annex was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and very nicely decorated. Thank you Michelle and Clive for choosing us. Thoroughly enjoyed our Yorkshire Dales experience.
