I had a wonderful time taking care of Winnie and Floofy while Kira was away. Both cats are SO sweet and enjoyed lots of love and affection. 🤍 Kira made the the whole thing seem effortless- I met her to get her key ahead of time, and all of her directions were so easy to follow and well written out that I knew exactly how to care for the cats. She also lives in a wonderful location in San Diego which was an added bonus- I was able to spend some time by the pool, get in a workout at her gym, and she was so sweet to make sure there was coffee for me, and told me to make myself at home. I work from home on zoom calls all day- so my clients also enjoyed how friendly the cats were and willing to pop in on the screen to say hello 🤍 would highly recommend looking after these fur bibis 🤍 thank you Kira!!
How lucky we were to spend a week in Brushford in a comfortable home with great energy. From our initial contact with James and Amand we felt relaxed and at ease and we were warmly welcomed into their lovely home. The THS Welcome Pack is a great way to ensure everything is clear for the homesitters before arrival, but James and Amanda were happy to sit and chat through everything over a cup of tea, before giving us a tour of Nutsford House and the extensive grounds and introducing us to Frankie and Torres, our companions for the week! Both a joy and both very sociable. We were lucky to have good weather and thereby enjoyed exploring the gardens. An abundance of trees and shrubs attracting birds and insects, where mature planting extended into woodland and countryside. Natural harmony. Fusion! To wake up and stroll to feed the chickens early in the morning and spy deer in the garden is not a bad way to start your day! Thank you James and Amanda for your trust and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting for Nanette and Bob. Taj and Sammy are adorable and super easy to care for, and their home is spacious, modern and very comfortable. Communication with Nanette was easy and prompt. She provided a comprehensive written guide, and both she and Bob graciously showed us around and gave us helpful hints that made our stay extra smooth. They also went out of their way to give us useful tips about the local area and things to do. We heartily recommend sitting for Nanette and Bob.
Bertie is a great dog who loves very long walks. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable with a charming host.
We loved sitting for Alice and Cory! We had no questions that weren't answered, communication was easy, and their home is a hoot! It's packed with amazing things, and the location in Burbank makes it easy to get a lot of places. Warlock and Peeve are never boring - they are energetic, wily entertainers who keep the house hoppin... even coming from out of state we'd love to sit for them in the future.
Highly, highly, highly recommend!! Marsha and Paul are extremely kind and such wonderful people. Their home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable surrounded by the sounds of the forest with trails to meander. But, sorry Marsha and Paul, the truly greatest aspect of this sit was Mayzie! I fell in love instantly. She was, is, the best! We enjoyed walks around the property, daily drives to different nearby towns, and just playing around the house. Mayzie definitely gets an enormous burst of energy before bed. That’s when she would have me laughing. No matter the time, she knew when it was bedtime and time to go crazy! I can’t say enough what a delight Mayzie is! I definitely hope to see her again!
