We have a stubborn and sometimes difficult french bulldog, but Emma is amazing with him! Upon our first meeting/consultation, it was clear that things would be done very professionally. We've never had any issues and Emma is very good at communicating. Our bulldog loves her and we trust her. Everything you want from someone coming into your home and looking after your pet. Would highly recommend.

Superb service. Used Emma to look after my cat while away on holiday and was over the moon at how caring she was. I didn't have to pester her with messages to see how he was as she contacted me to put my mind at rest. She did everything required and more and I felt very comfortable having her come into my home while away. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Booked cosy care due to a holiday and i didn't want to put my 2 cats, Bauble and Tinsel into a cattery. They are very shy with people they don't know, but I needn't have worried with cosy care. The cats took to the carer straight away, and judging by the photos i was sent, they loved her!! Will certainly be using the service in the future as I know they will be happy and well looked after. We have used Sarah many times to look after our two fussy Birman cats and numerous canaries. No easy task! The service she provides is absolutely fantastic, always going that extra mile to make sure all our pets are well looked after. She is in contact with us every day by text, sending photographs to put our minds at rest that all is well and she even waters my many plants. Sarah has looked after our two cats several times now. She is professional, provides a quality service and is very reliable. One of our cats requires meds and can sometimes be a little ‘challenging’ in taking them!! Sarah handled this no problem. We have had a few cat sitters over the years but no one has been quite like Sarah. My cat is very anti social when it comes to meeting new people but has clearly adored (Aunty) Sarah from day 1. She is kind, caring and always updates us with pictures of our cat while we are away. We wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend her.

I’d never used a home pet service before so I was apprehensive. I needn’t have worried Sarah provided a professional yet friendly 1st class service and my 3 cats made an instant friend. I was kept updated daily when I was away , my children were over the moon with pictures videos and messages which allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing our kitties were happy and settled. Sarah is super knowledgeable and she has a natural ability to connect with your pet. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again and still keep in touch with Sarah . Sarah looked after our guinea pigs and chickens whilst we were away and provided an excellent service. All our pets were well cared for. She even put our bins out, watered our plants and sorted our mail whilst we were away. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent pet service, couldn't ask for more. I have 2 cats and 4 rabbits and were quite nervous and dubious about leaving them for a short break as one of our cats is very shy and gets stressed with strangers. Washington pet services quickly put my mind at rest with pictures and regular updates of how my pets were doing and within a few days the cats were settled and relaxed knowing they were being cared for. Absolutely amazing service!! As a first time dog mom I was anxious about leaving my pup with a stranger couldn't have felt more at ease when I met Sarah. She made a visit to our home to meet my dog before walks started. She really got to know me and my dog and helped her to make friends with other dogs something I was nervous to do having no experience with dogs before. My dog now has multiple dog friends and I feel much more confident introducing her to new dogs on my own. She has a great time on her walks with her Aunty Sarah and her dog friends that she walks with her, which I get to see in the photos uploaded to the fb page. Nothing ever seems like a bother and she has kindly shared some her knowledge with me when I've had dog questions or troubles. Feel so lucky to have found such a lovely person who I can trust to take care of my fur baby.

I don't know what I'd do without Sarah and Jade. My dogs absolutely love their walks, the kindness and the patience. They are brilliant at making sure my three greyhounds (who often have ailments or special requirements) are sorted. Brilliant service in every way.

Our 6 month old Bullmastiff Hank loves his days with Uncle Kris. Kris cares for him like his own and his passion and love for your dog makes it’s easy for us to go to work and not worry at all about him. Kris sends us loads of updates throughout the day, to see what Hank and all his friends are up to. We know Hank is well taken care of. Another bonus is when we collect Hank, we know he’s had a good day and is worn out so will be a good boy for us at home, as the puppy biting stage is draining😂. We would 1000% recommend Kris to anyone.

From the first instance of contacting Kris to get some more information about daycare he has been so lovely and accommodating. Kris came to our house to meet Maddie first and she took to him straight away. She really enjoys going and I love receiving all the photos and videos of her having the best time. It is great knowing I am leaving Maddie in such good, trusting hands. Kris is brilliant and you can tell the dogs he looks after are loved and treated like his own!

Absolutely brilliant, such a nice safe place for dogs to be, great for socialising but most of all peace of mind that your dog is being cared for and getting all the attention they need. Kris is so helpful and always keeps me updated with texts and videos when my dog is with him. I wouldn’t have been able to have a dog without him.

When I found Kris I found a knowledgeable, passionate, caring & kind person for our puppy to spend time with while I work full time.. Our puppy is learning so much walking with her furry friends, she has loads of fun & excerts so much energy she is happy & worn out when we get home. Kris even takes the time to train her on the lead, recall & commands, which I'm so grateful for because I didn't really know where to start. We get pupdates via WhatsApp to show us how much she is enjoying herself which always brighten up my lunchtime. Our puppy has been with Kris since he was 5 months old …. He loves him! He gets so excited when we tell him ‘Uncle Kris’ is coming to get him He has a great time with Kris’ dogs too! My labrador puppy Molly has been going to daycare at Alpha Omega Pet Services since November and absolutely loves her days there. She is so excited every time I pull up outside the house and can’t wait to see Kris and Joanne. This is my first experience of doggy daycare but I’m so pleased I decided upon Kris to look after Molly. Kris treat all the dogs in his care like his own and keeps me involved in her day by regularly sending video updates. It truly is a home from home for Molly and, knowing I can leave her with Kris and Joanne in full confidence she is being well looked after while I’m at work, gives me such peace of mind. Frankie Treated like Family. I have every trust in Kris to leave my frenchie, Frankie, in his care. He always puts pet's well-being and safety first, provides an excellent dependable dog service. Frankie loves to go, even though it's two years now, he still screams with excitement as I pull up outside Kris’s door. I love the adventure videos that he sends too, particularly the over night stay ones where Frankie is snuggling up with Kris on the sofa for belly tickles. All in all a five star service and would not take him anywhere else.

Finn has been attending day care for over 4 months now and absolutely loves it! He attends twice a week, drags me to the front door and runs inside without a single look back to say bye mam see you later 😂 When I collect him at the end of the day he is soooo happy and I know he has had an amazing time. Ive had my dog groomed here and regularly bring them in for a nail trim. The girls are sooo lovely with my dogs and make them feel at ease. Lovely clean environment, great prices, friendly staff and experienced groomers. 10 stars if I could.

Our pup Rebel goes here for day camp once or twice a week. She loves it! She even looks a bit miffed when we come and pick her up. After even half a day she comes home and is so chilled and sleepy. They look after her so well, regular pics/videos on Instagram for updates and lots of toys for her to play with. It's like a home from home for the dogs.

I took my girls for a groom with Victoria, and they came out looking and smelling amazing! The staff were very friendly and approachable and we will definitely be back again soon!!

Brought my cockapoo here for the first time and I'm so happy I chose to try this place out. The ladies are so nice and have done a great job at grooming him considering how matted his coat was (our bad for not brushing him regularly). I've known Lauren since she was a very little girl. She doesn't just love dogs she loves all animals. Her decision to qualify as a dog groomer seemed an obvious choice for someone who has always been surrounded by animals. Her premises are specifically designed to ensure the comfort and safety of her canine clients. They are clean and welcoming. Lauren does a fantastic job and her prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend her. 10/10

I have been taking both of my dogs to Dora's Dog Grooming for nearly one year now and I will never take them anywhere else. Both my dogs are quite nervous and they have never been to a groomers where they have felt relaxed until now. They walk straight in and they would happily stay there all day if I let them. On top of that, it is also the best cut that they have had from anywhere. Highly highly recommend 🐶 ♥

We wouldn't use anywhere else now for our 2 Cocker Spaniels - both of them love coming here. We use Mypetstop frequently for boarding and we know our boys are in good hands whilst we're away. We also use the grooming facilities here too and both our dogs get cut by Joanna. Fantastic cut at a fantastic price, both our dogs love getting groomed.

Was nervous about leaving my rabbit for the first time after so many reviews about dogs and cats, but given the facilities and private rooms for small animals this was the best choice I found. I honestly couldn't fault the care and attention given to my rabbit. The daily updates and photos made the whole holiday less worrisome. Would definitely use them again!

I've used mypetstop a few times, I took my 7year old dog when she was a puppy for the socialisation classes and also the puppy training which were really good. We have also just taken my 7year old and my 5month old for fun swim, the staff were great and the dogs had loads of fun. I think this is a really great business and provides many of the extras our little fluff balls enjoy.

First visit for Chester to Mypetstop. He was happy to be lead to his kennel and seemed to have had a good stay. Will definitely use again.

Due to a family emergency in Scotland I boarded my 7 month old cockteil same day, from booking to dropping off it was so simple easy and quick getting him home was another matter he settled he wanted to stay haha, great experience cage and accessories were fantastic, would definitely use again

Take my puppy here for training and he's coming on great, staff are Incredible. Has a lovely grass/woodland area to take your dog for a little walk, they also doing boring but haven't tried that just yet. But prices are really cheap, would highly recommend.

Just picked our two dogs up our first time boarding our young dogs and first time with Mypetstop and would highly recommend, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and dogs seem to have been completely happy and unfazed with their weeks stay , dogs and bedding clean and both looking very healthy and happy , will be using again .

I've used MPS on and off for about 12 years (my lovely mother in law used to work here) but we've become more regular customers since getting our pup Obi. We've been to a few training sessions, had an overnight stay and book him in for grooms with the lovely Brooke. Their online booking system is great and so easy to use - you can make amendments/additional payments etc. All the staff are friendly and great, we have no hesitation in using MPS and recommending to friends.

I can't recommend Sarah from Square Care highly enough. She is flexible, responsive to messages and tries to accommodate us wherever she can. We use the dog walking, dog boarding and cat visit services and our pets love Sarah! The dogs are always happy with her, and she sends us regular photo updates so we are reassured. I’ve been using square care for about 6 months and Sarah is great. My dog isn’t the easiest of dogs and he needs a solo walk which is no problem for Sarah. She’s also flexible enough to accommodate any short notice change to walks I have needed in the past due to shift changes. 100% would recommend 🙂 …

Gail has looked after our dog on several occasions when we have been away on long days out or on short breaks and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend her services to other pet owners. She treats our dog like one of her own. She is a very reliable, intuitive and responsible person and she develops close relationships with every animal she cares for. She is very flexible and tailors the care so that our dog has always had the most home from home experience possible e.g. feeding raw food and providing the same sleeping arrangements. My dog knows her now and is always excited to see her. I wouldn't leave him with anyone else.

I have 2 staffies, Marlow and Juno and they both absolutely love Gail. I've used Gail's services on a number of occasions now while on short breaks or long days away and I feel fully reassured that they are very happy and well looked after whilst in her care. Gail is always on time and has been really flexible with additional days, when we have asked with minimal notice. Willow always comes back tired and happy after her walk and gets very excited as soon as she sees Gail or even hears her name. Do not trust this woman!!.we booked her to look after our dogs, 3 days into our holiday abroad, she decided she did not want to do it anymore and came up with a whole pile of lies and excuses which were pathetic! She emailed us telling us that ON THAT DAY was her last visits! I literally have noone else to look after my fur babies, and have no other option to get the next available flight home from malta, which is costing us a fortune, due to COVID, on top of loosing out on our family holiday, devastated children to answer to, and the stress that is unbelievable, all because she decided she didn't want to do it anymore so so unprofessional...find somebody with experience, who you can trust and rely on....THIS IS NOT THE PERSON BELIEVE ME! I would also like to note, that I have everything on CCTV cameras.....

We needed a dog walker when our work patterns changed a couple of years ago- Colleen walks Max every day and we can't praise her enough-she's enthusiastic and very knowledgeable but above all trustworthy. Max loves going out with his doggy 'friends' and it's huge peace of mind for us that he is safe whilst socialising and exercising. She is very flexible and swaps or changes for us if needed. Absolutely brilliant dog walker. My little pug absolutely adores Colleen and gets sooo excited when she picks him up. So much so he waits for her van to pull up and seems to know when she's here. My pug can be a little worky ticket sometimes however working with Colleen he is so much more confident with other dogs and I trust her so much with him and you can tell she loves the dogs so much and bonus I get regular videos and pictures of him on his walks! Since walking with Colleen my pugs behaviour has massively improved too. Will always use walk the line and really really good prices!

Colleen walked our dog Rosa for nearly a year (only stopped because we moved away) and she was absolutely fantastic. Our dog can be quite nervous, but Colleen took really good care of her and Rosa always came back tired and happy!
