We had a very enjoyable 4½ week sit at Abby and Graham's lovely home caring for their dog Cara, cat Lila, horse Charlotte and the 3 chooks. Abby was a great communicator before and during the sit and emailed the detailed Welcome Guide well in advance of our sit. We had clear instructions on how to care for the pets. On arrival, we did the handover outdoors with masks on under COVID-19 principles. We went for a walk with Abby and Cara to get the layout of the farm and walking route. Abby showed how to give Charlotte her tablet at feed time which was very easy and explained the various foods kept in the stable. Graham showed us how to operate the key safe, where the fire wood was stored and how to clean out the fire box. We were very grateful for the loan of gumboots and heavy outdoor jackets for our walks and animal duties as it was very cold and often damp weather with some muddy paddocks. Thankfully their kit fitted us! Abby and Graham’s home is spacious, clean and very comfortable with three lounge areas that we could have used but we stuck to the TV area adjacent to the kitchen. Our queen size bed was very warm and comfortable and there was plenty of room for our clothes in the wardrobe. Our bathroom had both a shower and a bath with great water pressure. Abby generously offered us use of the pantry staples and the lovely fresh eggs and made plenty of room for our groceries in the pantry and fridge. There was plenty of cookware and utensils so we lacked for nothing. Cara is an adorable bundle of energy who is undergoing training with specific commands. Abby provided clear instructions for us so we could continue Cara's training. This was generally easy as she is very food motivated. She loved us being outside with her and going for walks around the property boundary. Every now and then her herding character would take over and she would chase the horse and refuse to come when called but this was expected given she is young and still in training. She was happiest when we were outside giving her lots of attention. Lila was easy to look after and was great at letting us know when she wanted to go out and come back inside and when it was dinner time. She spent most of the time sleeping on the lounge and had a snuggle near us. She and Cara got on really well. Charlotte is gentle and a real sweetie and would come when called for breakfast, if she wasn’t already waiting. We didn't have to adjust her rugs at all. She was very patient when Cara annoyed her! The 3 chooks gave us 2-3 eggs each day and loved getting their bowl of vege scraps each day. They were very friendly and easy to care for. Abby always responded promptly to our update text messages and any queries we had during this sit. The West Gippsland area is stunning country with lots to explore. We were able to leave the animals for several hours to visit local attractions. We loved our drive to Walhalla, Yarragon and Noojee and our walks at Toorongo Falls, Glen Nayook and Nangara Reserve. Warragul was best for shopping, about 25 minutes drivecaway, and we loved the Warragul Farmers Markets for fresh produce and locally made foods. The Neerim South IGA had a good range of products including some local wines and cheeses which we tried. Neerim South’s cafe, brewery and gallery were all great too. We enjoyed some good meals at the Noojee Hotel, the Tool Shed, the Neerim South Hotel and our favourite Everything’s Better With Wine at Warragul which showcases Gippsland produced wines and food. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend sitting at Abby and Graham’s place. We would happily return again.
Mo and Diesel are truly special dogs - as gentle and cuddly as they are big and strong. It was a joy to spend time with these lovable giants during our stay (my son accompanied me). Dennis was super friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. His beautiful house provided a comfortable place to rest, while the large patio and backyard offered the perfect space to play and relax with the dogs. The entire experience was amazing! We're grateful for the opportunity to care for Mo and Diesel, and would happily do so again anytime. PS-I miss Diesel hogging--errr, I mean sharing--the bed with me!
Heather has 2 beautiful cats that are really nice and fun to take care. The house is nice and not far from the center of Auckland, We loved our week there!

We had a lovely stay in Black Mountain at Mike and Kimberly's place with Annie and Alex. Mike and Kimberly are generous, laid-back and devoted doggie parents. Annie and Alex are very affectionate and truly low maintenance, requiring only feeding, letting in and out and LOTS of couch cuddling! They're used to being left in for the day while mom and dad are at work, so we were able to get out and explore the area without worrying about leaving them for a few hours. Their home is comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped for cooking. We felt welcome and at home from the minute we got there. It was too cold in January for us to enjoy the deck and yard, but it's a great space for when it's a little warmer. They are 20 minutes from Asheville, but don't neglect spending some time in Black Mountain itself. What a great town! We had plenty to do (and eat and drink) without ever going to Asheville! They're a four minute drive from Pisgah Brewing where we enjoyed live music and some fine adult beverages both Saturday nights we were there. Don't miss it! We were Mike and Kimberly's first sitters through the TH site and were truly gratified that they were able to go away on their cruise and not worry about the beloved kids they were leaving behind. Anderley gave me such a warm welcome when I arrived at her beautiful home - the views across the vineyard and rolling fields are absolutely stunning from the main room (kitchen - dining - lounge), where there is a cosy log burner and Aga too. Both dogs were good as gold and very well trained - I found them easy to look after. There is a huge choice of routes for walks through the countryside, directly from the house and a good pub at the end of the road. Highly recommend this sit and I would happily return. Lisa is incredible. She has helped me so tremendously I can’t even put it into words. My cat Homer is a 16 year old newly diagnosed with diabetes, which makes leaving for holidays and events a bit harder due to his injections. Lisa has helped me more times than I can count, and Homer loves her! It is such a weight off my mind that he is being cared for so well. I have used Lisa Burke from Family Style Pet Sitting as my pet sitter for 13 years now. My old dog would actually get excited when he saw us packing for vacation because he knew he was going to go to Lisa’s house for his “vacation.” I never worried about him because I knew he was in the best possible hands. When he was sick and required special care and medicine, she was the only one I trusted. She also takes care of my two cats and my new dog, and she used to take care of my chickens when we had them as well. Highly recommend!!

If your looking for a loving, caring pet sitter Michele is the one you should definitely go with. Michele has been taking wonderful care for our dogs. Our first dog was Lady who was diabetic and required shots, which Michele was excellent at and Lady loved and trusted her. Years later we now have an another rescue her name is “Bailie” and she absolutely loves being with Michele. I just can’t say enough about how trustworthy honest & caring a person she is. Michelle has done a fantastic job for us. Super reliable, great with our fussy cat, sends us pictures while we are away. We wouldn’t use anyone else. I have someone real close to our house that hires teenagers to do the work for her. I don’t want strangers in my house. Michelle does her own work and I really trust her.

Michele is an Angel!! We were so nervous to leave our 3 Pomeranian for two weeks but Michele took such great care of them. She notified us every time she went to visit them and when we got home they were clean, healthy and happy! Usually my Lacie (the smallest white Pom) has a rough time when we’re away and doesn’t eat but Michele worked her magic and Lacie had no problem. Michelle provided exceptional care for my two conures. It is very difficult to find someone who would take care of two mini parrots, specially when one of them is my little angry bird, but Michelle followed the instructions and accomplished the task so very well! Simply the BEST!!! As we all know going on vacation is kinda nerve wrecking with getting everything pack, stopping the mail ect, but the most nerve wrecking part is having the right person care for our dog Princess. With Michelle we know we do not have to worry about Princess at all when we are vacation. From the moment we drop Princess off to the time we pick her up we know she is in a caring home and is well taken care of. Michelle keeps us updated with pictures almost daily. We have entrusted Michelle with Princess for 6 years.

I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.

Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. We loved our dog sitter, Maddie who took care of our pup, Watson, during the week. Watson wasn't always a "people person" but responded incredibly well to Maddie. Maddie was so kind and patient with our sweet boy, and she sent great notes and photos too. He loved his walks, pets, and treats. Watson just crossed the rainbow bridge, but we know Maddie held a special place in his heart.
I was so pleased with the service provided by Five Paws. I was so nervous leaving our old cat for 9 days. They took such good care of her and also cleaned up after her. I didn't think I'd be able to find anybody that I trusted as much as much as my close friend who had been walking my dog while he was in between jobs. Not only is Jim very dependable, but he's also willing to deal with my sometimes fluxuating schedule. I highly recommend him.
Asked Jim pretty last minute to see my cat when we went away for for a week. He came over the next day, got oriented, and then checked on her every day for a week. Rates seem fair, he played with her, did litter and food and brushing. Seemed to look for things to do for my cat. Will use again and do recommend.

I've been using Love Em & Leave Em Home for a few year. They are the best pet sitters I've ever used. They keep a journal of every visit to my 2 dogs which I read when I return. They take in my mail and ensure a light is on at night. Best of all, my dogs love them. When I get home the dogs don't need any adjustment time like when I used to take them to a boarding facility. We are happy with Tina, Trish and the crew and highly recommend them.

Rosie kept our dog overnight. Our dog can be nervous, especially around new people, but she warmed immediately to Rosie during our meet and greet time. In less than ten minutes my dog was sitting next to her getting her ears rubbed! Rosie was also careful to introduce our dog to her other boarders one at a time so that she could be sure that animals had good interaction and our dog was not overwhelmed. We will definitely place our pup in Rosie’s care again when needed!
Rosie has been caring for my 3 fur babies for a couple years now and always pampers my pooches to the point they don’t want to leave! I feel so very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and she always accommodates me the best she can (especially last minute). When I pick up the dogs, they honestly act as though they don’t want to leave. That is a true sign that they are loved and cared for by Rosie. I highly recommend her!
Rosie has been a phenomenal find! Our dog (3 year old goldendoodle) loves to stay with her in her home when we are busy or on vacation. She keeps in touch by sending pictures while we're away and our dog always looks so happy to be with Rosie and the other dogs. We will definitely be using her again - 5 stars!
Rosie is the best! My dog loves her daycare days to the point where it's almost impossible to get her in the car when I come to pick her up, even after a full day of playing. She always comes home happy and tired, and Rosie is so sweet with her. I can't recommend her and Main Line Dog Care enough!
We've boarded our 10 year old Havepoo Daisy with Rosie several times in the last year. Each time has been a very good experience for both Daisy and us. Rosie's love and commitment to the dogs in her care is always evident. She is reliable and very easy to work with. We highly endorse her for anyone looking for to board their dog in the Mainline PA area.

I wish I could give her more stars if I could! I was so lucky to have found Rosie back in 2020. I rescued my dog Winston in 2020 and was a little nervous finding care for him because he was quite reactive. Big dog boarding facilities were just too overwhelming for him. The one facility we tried, he would book it out the door as soon as you picked him up, just trying to get out asap! Now at Rosies, he runs right up to the door so excited to go in! She welcomes these dogs into her home like they are her own. She's so great with sending photos and the photos I receive always put a smile on my face knowing he has dog friends to hang out with, couches and beds to snuggle up on, and a big backyard to play in. It's so much more personal and home-like than a big boarding facility. As for the negative review, I would fully expect to pay for anything Winston might have destroyed of hers. This is her home and you're taking your dog there knowing that. At the end of the day, dogs are dogs. Your dog could have never chewed anything up in it's life and then just decides one day to chew something! As a millennial woman with no children, my dog is my child. He is my life. And I trust Rosie with him 100%! <3
We are so lucky we found Rosie! She cares for our 6 year old labradoodle Quincy like we do in our own home. She spoils him with daily walks and visits to the dog park. Hi - I recently traveled to Europe for a week and Rosie watched my 2 Chesapeakes and did an amazing job. One of my dogs is epileptic and Rosie was great about giving him all his medications. I will definitely be using Main Line Dog Care again.
When dogs chew the plastic, it needs to be replaced, when they have an accident, it needs to be cleaned immediately, so they n employees don’t fall. Aggressive dogs can not be mixed in, you end up at hospital. If someone that knows what they are talking about offers suggestions, listen. Keep dogs moving, people want dogs having fun, playing, interacting, unless they can’t n are elderly. When they come home from work they are tired and their dog should be happy to see them but also feel like they had a busy day. Not , gee! Me, me, me, let’s walk n play for hours now, I had hours of boredom while you were at work! No non spayed or neutered, all shots. If any chance of illness…no do not endanger 50 for 1. The location has the ability to be wonderful. N children should not be brought in to middle to lay around n play with dogs. It is a business, dogs are wonderful animals but once you put 5 together anything can happen. It’s not a child day care a I repeat, kids do not belong on the floor with clients dogs. If a dog bites once you are putting him at risk for bitting again. Step on them, if you bang into them n they have cancer n you don’t know it, a nice dog will bite. You now created an issue for dog owner because you thought it would be fun to have your kids on the floor of a dog day care/ boarding business.
Amazing service! I first sent Chloe just for grooming. Then she has done doggy daycare a few days as needed. Always is happy when she sees where we are going. Lia and the team are AWESOME!!!
They did a wonderful job grooming my Corgi! Everyone there is friendly and their prices are very reasonable. So happy we have a new groomer!

We have used Fuzzy Butts, twice in a row now, the first time when we left our pet Brownie for 3 weeks and the second time is when we left Brownie again for 4 days. Unfortunately I found this place very pet friendly, when it comes to pets who are playful with other dogs but for rescue dogs this place is quite alarming. Basically Brownie doesn't do well with other dogs immediately but he is pretty good with humans and is a pretty alert guard dog. But whenever he goes to Fuzzy Butts, first of all they insist on keeping him locked up in a kennel, and second he always comes back with bruises, dry skin and overall having a very dull spirit than usual as if he was tortured in the habitat. As these guys don't have a camera, now I am not sure whether that's true as even this time Brownie is having a bloody bruise on his cheeks, and nose and even some on his elbows. I am not sure if these animal daycare facilities get any kind of audit or they just run their business on the basis of whatever they feel ethical against animal rights. I am very disappointed by the type of service they have provided to us as a customer as compared to the price they charged us on a daily basis.
