We had an amazing time looking after Otis at Marion and Gabriel’s lovely house.

Marion kindly picked us up from the station and it was great to meet all of the family and have dinner together the night before they left. They made us feel very welcome and provided us with all the information that we needed for our stay.

There are some beautiful parks to take Otis for walks nearby and we loved exploring the area.

And most importantly we absolutely adored Otis. He is a bundle of energy, has the best best personality and we had so much fun taking care of him. We miss him and we hope to come back and look after him again in the future.

Our house sit for Harry, Noiese and Baloo, was lovely! Baloo is a cheeky pup who needs a lot of attention and some stern words to calm him when he’s getting a bit too carried away! He soon listens and we gained a lot of trust and good behaviour over the weekend we had him. We loved taking him for walks around Sydney park, down to curl curl beach - where he thouroughly enjoyed playing in the water and sand. Baloo is a bit jumpy/ over excited around over dogs which can make them feel he’s being boisterous, however calming him and letting him have a sniff on the lead soon lead him to making some other doggy friends. The apartment had everything we needed and more, we loved bbqing and sitting on the balcony until the evening! Baloo in the car is one of the cutest things I’ve seen

Judy
We had a wonderful experience sitting for Judy and Paul. Thier home is absolutely beautiful, such a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Baxter and Oscar were a dream to take care of! They are so much fun and always keen for a cuddle on the sofa or to play in the lovely yard. Communication was very quick and easy throughout the sit and we cannot thank Judy and Paul enough for thier hospitality, they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We would recommend this sit to anyone!

Karen and Alan
I had a really nice sit at Karen and Alan's! Their home was very cozy and welcoming, with a beautiful neighborhood to walk around. The location is great for getting around Portland and you can walk to so many places from their house. They made sure I had everything I needed leaving me a printed home guide, toiletries, a few grocery items, and made sure I knew where everything was for a comfortable stay.
I had a short stay so I unfortunately wasn't able to get to know the kitties very well but the interactions I had were really nice. Benny was very sweet and kept me company at times. He enjoyed some affection and hung out while I would cook or lounge. Princess is such a cute little cat but she certainly kept her distance. I only saw her a handful of times during my stay, mostly when coming inside from the "catio".
Overall I would completely recommend this house sit and would be happy to come back and sit for them again in the future!
Thanks Karen and Alan!
