Tracy is absolutely lovely. I think that must rub off on Pat because she is one of the most gentle, sweet, adorable cats I have ever met and so easy to look after. I genuinely have a little place in my heart saved for Pat now. I know I shouldn’t, but I have been wishing my cat was a little more like Pat! Tracy and Dave’s home is immaculate, really comfortable and in a wonderful location with easy access to terrific walks (on one of which I watched a kingfisher for a good while) and the local town, which has everything you could want. Tracy left fantastic instructions and kept in touch. She even offered to FaceTime immediately she found out I couldn’t work the tv. I cannot speak highly enough about Pat, Tracy and their home. I will definitely try to keep in touch.
I would definitely recommend sitting for Linzi and Terry. You couldn’t meet nicer people, and their cute cats were easy to care for. Their spacious home was very comfortable and located in a small town with nice hiking nearby. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end, and I would not hesitate to sit for them again.
This sit was so enjoyable! Edie and Tom are kind, creative, deep people. Their home was so comfortable to spend time in, as I loved the tucked away location, gorgeous views, and abundant art. The house was very neat, clean, and welcoming for my stay there, and their kitchen was stocked well for people who like to cook, such as myself. I have joined the Marnie Fan Club (as Tom put it), and she’s my favorite cat I’ve had the honor of sitting for. She was my steady buddy with routine lap time and many occasions for belly rubs on her most softest fur. :) Prescott has great access to beautiful places in nature, so it was a treat to get to know the area more. I would love to sit for them again, and definitely vouch for them to other future sitters.
Oscar is a lovable pup that enjoys walking in the neighborhood especially around the pond. Fritz is the second half of this duo. He is an independant, cool cat that does not mind snuggling once he warms up to you.
Sati and Mia are the best! What a lovely home in a beautiful mountain setting. Long walks where we saw deer and Elk along paved trails that had snow removal daily when needed. What a privilege to started the new year in this magnificent setting. Elizabeth answered all our questions promptly. This stay was pure joy
This was my first time taking care of a reptile. I was looking forward to learn about bearded dragons! Khaleesi is entertaining to watch! I enjoyed feeding her as she is a loud eater and she made me lough several times! I was telling Megan “I was watching TV, and Khaleesi was watching me. I was Khaleesi’s TV” Megan lives in an awesome modern apartment. It’s very lovely. It has a balcony, a gym, and a lovely pool. Perfect California experience! I found Keto Bakery OC only 15 minutes away and highly recommend it if you are diabetic/ or on keto diet. I hear Balboa island is beautiful and I will save for next time. I went hiking with Sierra club instead. Also, it’s a wonderful how easy it is to get into Megan’s apartment. I packed a humongous suitcase and I didn’t have to lift it at all coming from my car into the apartment. Megan is a great host! She made me feel at home! This was a perfect housesit, and it will be an honor for me to come back!
