Dog Sitters in Chevalle, VA

We recently had Cat housesit for us while we were out of the country, and she was a fantastic pet, house, and plant-sitter. Many housesitters manage 2 of 3, but very few go 3 for 3! We returned to a spotless home, with plants looking healthy and watered (we have a TON of plants), and most important – three very contented animals. Our dog was really sad to see her go! My husband and I also enjoyed getting to know Cat before and after our trip and cannot recommend her highly enough! We would welcome her back anytime.

Michele is our go-to all-star pet- and house-sitter. She has developed a lovely and caring and fun relationship with Cinderella and Max. We can see that through the pictures and videos she sends us each day. They clearly love her in return. Michele also shows she cares for our relationship and our house: when we come home, it is spotless, our vegetable garden has been harvested, and she makes us treats. This time it was peirogies and her father's smoked tofu. This sit in particular was key. It was the first time in all of our sits that we didn't have multiple people apply for a sit. When Michele comes to us, she has to find someone to take care of her fur babies...this really is a relationship we value. As much as we would hate for Michele to be booked when we need her, please know if you don't go with Michele you are missing an absolute treasure!

I highly recommend Caryn as a cat sitter. She provided exceptional care for both my cat and home. Caryn tailored her communication to fit our preferences perfectly, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. She was attentive towards my cat, ensuring all her needs were met. Additionally, Caryn left our home in immaculate condition. Working with her was a pleasure, and I would definitely enlist her services again.

Omigosh, Katie and David are *amazing* house & pet sitters - my house has, I don't think, ever been as neat and tidy as it was when we returned from our vacation: K & D had kept it absolutely pristine and laundered everything, leaving nothing for us to do on our return. Arriving home exhausted at 11pm to a freshly made bed - fantastic. Peeve and Warlock were utterly spoiled and pampered, too, with plenty of brushing and attention and general good care. They're eyeballing me now as I write, wondering where the Nicer People went. Katie & Dave kept us updated throughout our trip - I didn't have to worry once. Would have them around again in a heartbeat. Thanks K&D! Appreciate you!

Sydney was a great house and cat sitter and we would welcome her back anytime! She is communicative and trustworthy, and we appreciated how she went above and beyond to make sure our cat Nova felt comfortable during her stay. Thank you, Sydney!

We were fortunate to have had Crystal sit for us while we were out of town for several weeks this summer. She was communicative, organized, self sufficient, and took wonderful care of our pets and our house. She even oversaw a house repair that had been delayed before we left. And, she was flexible with her departure time when our flight was delayed coming home. We would highly recommend working with Crystal if you have the opportunity. She is wonderful!

Arin and Andrew were amazing pet sitters. Our doggies loved them and they left the house clean and tidy. We had a great time with them during dinners on the 1st and last day. We totally recommend them. Thanks guys

Savanna and Amaya were amazing dog sitters. Very trustworthy, in clear and constant communication, with pictures. They left the home more organized than they found it! My husband had a change of plans, and had to stay in the separate basement apartment of the house, and Savanna and Amaya were very understanding. We would recommend this wonderful duo to anyone and know that our dog and house were very well taken care of.

Martin and Lili were very loving sitters for our two cats. They showed deep and genuine care for them. Both cats clearly felt comfortable around them as they showed their bellies in no time! We appreciated the regular pictures and updates. We also appreciated their flexibility with kids who needed to grab things for college and timing with end of stay. Would have them back any time!

Victoria was an A++ house sitter! She kept a close eye on the garden (where I have fall seedlings growing), spent plenty of down time with our senior cat, asked questions (which I love!) and kept our home incredibly clean and tidy. Never had a worry that our cat or our home weren’t in great hands. 🙌 We hope to have Victoria visit again!

Five stars are not enough for this super couple! Leanne and Todd were amazing, very responsible, and extremely caring to my two pets while I was away for two months. I really feel like I hit a home run with them, especially with this being my first time using TH's services. We communicated regularly and if there were any issues at the house or with the pets, they resolved them on their own. I arrived home to a spotless home and to two very happy and content pets. Todd and Leanne are like family who come to help out and settle right in. I am so grateful to them.
