We met David and Annie the day they were leaving for their holiday. What a lovely couple they are! Fun, funny and just genuinely sweet hospitable and welcoming people. We felt like we had known then for years! ... and hope we remain knowing them for the years ahead. Their babies are Brewster, the 5 year old Maltese and Chester, the 1 year old Labradoodle. These guys are the SWEETEST! Brewster is indeed an old soul, sensitive and sticks like glue to your side once he gets used to you. He is so cute with when he rolls over to let you know when he wants a belly rub, whilst he rubs his face. Just so beyond cute, your heart will melt! Chester is an energetic, happy, friendly bundle of joy! He is very friendly and cuddly, and so funny! What characters these guys have. Honestly, you will fall in love with them instantly! Their home is spacious and GORGEOUS - set amongst huuuuuuge grounds, including their own forest, in which you'll even get to see deer! There are plenty of walks you can enjoy with the pups and even just sit and look out into the neighbouring fields, whilst you sip your morning coffee. We can't rate this sit enough and are looking forward to returning in a couple weeks! Thank you both so much for sharing your amazing home and your perfect babies with us! 💜
Moira and Olaf are the sweetest hosts, and their Zoia is super easy to love. She’s very low maintenance as she spends most of her time outside, then sleeps after she’s back, but it’s so easy to miss her during that time - she’s really really loveable. Both the apartment, and the surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful - I was lucky to be there in May, and therefore everything was blossoming and the air smelled like flowers. There’s also a local farm nearby so you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits, some locally made products, which I found very exciting, and a beautiful lake. Moira’s neighbours are there to support you and they’re all very sweet as well. When it comes to communication with Moira, it was all very smooth - we had a video call at first and then stayed in touch ever since, she always replies quickly, so there’s never place for doubting anything. Honestly, I couln’t be more grateful for being so lucky to get them as my first petsit through the platform, and I hope that sometime in the future I’ll be able to come back. I’m already missing Zoia! ❤️
We stayed in Tim’s apartment in London for the long weekend in August. We talked on the phone beforehand and he sent us an email with all the details of the house-sit as well as lots of information regarding things we could do in and around Camden. He was kind enough to meet us nearby as it was our first time driving to London. Upon arrival, we were made to feel really welcome and the flat was welcoming and cosy. We were introduced to the man of the hour, Meesta Fish. Tim explained to us that Meesta Fish was at best indifferent to visitors and this was indeed true. He did not need too much attention from us. He just needed to have his flavour of food varied and enough water throughout the day. We tried to play with him a bit but he didn’t really respond, maybe because he didn’t know us very well. The apartment was in a great location and we followed the tips given to us and we had a great fun-filled weekend in London. Tim also left us a bottle of wine in the fridge which was a lovely touch. We recommend Tim highly as a house-sitting host and we hope to stay there again in the future.
The Brandy & Jenna pack! First off- these are two 60+lbs dogs living in a nicely located 1 bedroom apartment with their sweet, bookloving, active mom. & they're chill but it really felt best to take them on lots of walks. I think Sara's a cool, beautiful book devourer wrangling a Iot of dogs in not a lot of space. Their peace in her absence is proof of her skills at doing that . Brandy is the grand dame of the pack, Jenna is a relatively chill, not so vocal 2yr old ish husky Puppy, living With another dog & a human in a suite. That does not just "happen" without hard work by the pet parent. I was 100% filling in literally last minute btwn two sits I had locally and everyone, dogs included, were doing what we could to make it work so that the pet mom Sara could travel. The little miscommunications you can expect in situations like that did occur. But there was one that left me mortified the next day,that underscored "confirm, confirm, confirm, confirm 4x-" Because even though I had memories of being told 3x to help myself to food in the fridge as Sara ran around packing things , apparently that was not the case. &besides obvious pet issues that's theee worst line to cross As a sitter. I always shop after arrival & in person convo to get permission. I'm even known for pet parents happily having something in-house when they return. That was also my path here, even for a less than a 24hr sit. I'd scouted local shops to hit after meeting, if needed. Only I hadn't asked because I'd been told 3x times in conversational flow. I'd even taken it upon myself to clean much of the apartment to comfortably be there with the two dogs, even to cleaning the carpet (after finding an old Jenna accident after a new one, she's still in training), understanding this was totally last minute for the pet mom. When it had turned out the sheets had yellow stains under the comforter, I'd no clue if they were a mixed accident or not and I just pivoted and slept on the couch in the living room, which actually got a nervous Jenna to relax in her bin & sleep. I'd slept in "making it work/paying it forward" mode. So when I saw a text at midnight the next night that I had " ate & took" things without permission it totally blindsided me. We did discuss it/clarify it, which I really appreciated. And I don't think there was bad intent on either side... it was all keyed to pinch hitting & time crunching in my pov. She'd even thanked me for cleaning. I 100% believe that , with regular lead time before the sit the miscommunications & whathaveyous would totally be nonexistent. As long as you come in understanding the dogs Desire alot of walks & clarifying who's on first & second it can really be a great sit experience for you. It's a cool dawg family.
We loved looking after playful Tuuli and chatty Cleo. Lots of cuddles and headbutts from both. Chris & Sarah were super welcoming and it was really easy handover and sit.
5* Sit that has quickly become one of our top favorites! Zena is the sweetest, most loving, well behaved companion and friend. You could not ask for a more calm, affectionate, smart, loving fur baby. We are absolutely smitten. Linda is a joy. She feels more like a sweet friend. We loved her warm company so much before and after the sit. She is so easy, quick and attentive in her communication while away. We were made to feel like family instead of sitters. She is truly a delight. The home is lovely and spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had everything we might need and the kitchen was a treat to work in. The neighborhood is wonderfully located just blocks from the beach and is easy walkable access with Zena, which she enjoys tremendously. The neighbors are very friendly and kind. We really felt like we were visiting family. That’s how warm and welcoming Linda and Zena are. We highly recommend this sit, and would love to return anytime!

Valerie stepped in at the last minute when we became alarmed over numerous troubling incidents at our vet's boarding facility. Our little Tonkinese boy was chronically ill and received visits from Valerie three times a day. Valerie provided unparalleled care–she would rock him and sing to him! Bennie passed away in August. The following day we unexpectedly were given the opportunity to adopt two frightened rescues out of Baltimore. Although Oliver and Thea are amazing, intelligent, sweet and fully acclimated, strangers can still be a problem, so a kennel situation would be quite stressful for them. We know that we don't have to worry while vacationing when Comfy Pet Sitters is on the job. We are confident that Valerie will win them over as she is a "cat muse." (NOTE: Valerie also cares for our Sugar Glider, Hannah.) Valerie's rates are fair and affordable. Animal care is Valerie's full-time job; we don't have to worry that our kittens (who feed around 6pm) will have to wait until after 9pm to be fed. Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. After using two other dog walkers, we've stuck with Chris for quite some time now and I highly recommend using him and his team.

Our dogs are French Bulldogs and they have special needs. Chris and team did a great job with them and the dogs loved them. I highly recommend Peticular Charm Pet Care to anyone who is looking for dog walking services in the DC area. Chris is always very responsive and helpful when I reach out to him via email about scheduling extra walks or cancelling walks. Our little dog adores his walker and looks forward to his daily afternoon walks. Our walker is diligent in checking in with us and texting us updates as needed. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.
Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). Their use of the Pet Check system makes tracking and paying for service so easy and convenient. We have recommended them to several families already and will continue to do so.
The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!
We met Chris while he was out walking one of his clients and enjoyed talking with him so much, we decided he would be our new dog walker. He is reliable and wonderful with our scaredy-pup. I found Bella almost 2 years ago when I first got my dog, Roxy, and ever since she could not be more reliable. She is so great with her and treats her as if she is her own (and her kids love Roxy too!). CANNOT RECOMMEND BELLA ENOUGH! We have had Bella take care of our dog for the past 2 years when we go out of town. After a bad experience with a doggy day care center that felt impersonal and cold, Bella was a breath of fresh air. When our dog is with her, he really is a part of the family and I am able to relax while away because I know he’s in great hands. Our dog enjoys playing with her children and even going to work with Bella at the pet hospital. She is able to provide pick up and drop offs, lots of pictures every day as well as some grooming services. Bella is also very flexible and easy to contact. Our dog always returns exhausted and well cared for. Anyone should feel comfortable with their pet in her care. We cannot recommend her enough!
Bella has cared for our two dogs and diabetic cat for over a year now, and she is truly fantastic! She is flexible, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our fur-babies are happy and healthy. She has accommodated all sorts of issues for us, including last minute schedule changes and medication administration. Our dogs are usually nervous around people, but they always have a great time with Bella. She is also great about keeping us informed and sends plenty of photos after each visit. I cannot recommend her services highly enough - without Bella, we wouldn’t be able to travel nearly as much as we have lately! I am so comfortable with Bella caring for our animals. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!
Bella is awesome! She’s been watching my dogs for over 3 years now and has always done an amazing job with them. She is very attentive, sends updates often, and offers pick-up and drop-off services. I know that anytime I leave my dogs with Bella and her family they will be well loved and well played with.

Bella did an amazing job taking care of our healthy cat and our sick cat while we were away. She administered medication as prescribed and provided daily updates to the worried pet parents. Bella was lovely to talk with and also took good care of our home. I highly recommend her!
I have been employing Fetch! for my pet care needs for well over a decade now, perhaps 15 years (it's been a long time!). Without exception, the sitter (Jenny) has always gone above and beyond to satisfy every need while I'm away from home, not only for my pets, but in ensuring my home is secure during and between visits and in collecting mail and informing me of anything else that requires my attention (water leaks, flooding, etc.). In addition, the sitter has been wonderful in administering medications properly when needed and in cleaning litter boxes, food dishes, and eating/waste areas as needed. The sitter has also made time on every visit to play with my cats, which I can tell from photos that they've really enjoyed! I greatly appreciate the photographs Jenny sends after each visit, but I have always had complete peace of mind when I'm away, due to the fantastic communication she provides. Lastly, the management and staff of Fetch! have provided excellent administrative support in adjusting scheduling changes to accommodate my schedule. In my opinion, the service provided by Fetch! is worth every penny!
Silver Spring Fetch is awesome! Their sitter Dawn became a part of our family. My cats love her!! I always felt better when I know that Dawn was watching over my fur babies and appreciate the great care that she gave them.

We have been using FETCH for several years (about 6-7?). I cannot recommend this company more highly. Originally, FETCH came to our house in Kensington. When we moved further out in the county, FETCH accommodated us even though we were not in their usual walking area. Lorena has been walking our pup ever since, at least 3 years. Our pup loves Lorena who is completely focused on her care the entire time she is with her. Lorena knows exactly what our dog needs and she has special games she plays with her. (Hiding treats around the room when she leaves!). I attached one of Lorena's daily pictures of our dog. FETCH also accommodates our crazy, inconsistent work schedules. Over the years, their service has improved with digital walk diaries, online client portals and better customer service. We do not provide people with the keys to our home lightly. FETCH is licensed and bonded and they really check out their walkers thoroughly. We would not trust anyone else to care for our pup, especially now that she is aging. FETCH is a premium service, but the service and sense of trust we get from knowing they can be there for our dog is well worth it
I am new to Fetch! but have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Their online system makes scheduling visits, paying invoices, and receiving updates very easy and organized. Jenny, in particular, is such a pleasure to work with. She is professional, punctual, and thorough. Her post-visit updates with pictures and commentary provided much peace of mind while I was away. I have a blind, senior cat who is a little needier than the average cat, but I know he's in great hands with Jenny.
Absolutely love this service! Fetch is so reliable, I love that I’m always matched with the same sitter. Shout out to Connor. Connor comes to our home every time we’re out of town, our two cats love him, and, most importantly, I always feel safe having him in my home. Connor plays with my girls, takes pictures, and leaves a diary note in the app telling me about their day. I look forward to those updates when I’m abroad! I also have the peace of mind knowing that Connor is not an independent contractor, so if he’s ever sick or unavailable, Fetch will send a new sitter out to take care of my cats. All around 5 stars. Jennifer, Jimmy and the whole team are exactly what you want in a dog walker/sitter. They care about our dog as much as we do. They go the extra mile to accommodate requests and are up front when not possible. Never have we had such a fantastic and communicative group of professionals helping with our dog.
Jennifer & her team are fantastic. They offer everything from a quick potty break to active play options during the day in addition to boarding boarding -- we have not yet had need to board, but would feel completely at ease leaving our pups in Jennifer's hands! I work from home much of the time, but occasionally travel for work for a week+ at a time or have other random commitments leave us needing a reliable dog walker for our two young, active pups. Jennifer was patient and accommodating as Australian Cattle Dog number 1 worked through her typical cattle dog instinct to be hesitant to trust someone new. She was also extremely accommodating with scheduling and changing circumstances as we worked through periods of "tons of energy, needs to run or play with other dogs" as well as a tough stretch of "bad injury/limp, needs to stay on soft ground, limited walking, and no play with other dogs." Our big girl is pretty indifferent toward about 95% of people she meets or interacts with, but is just as thrilled to see Jennifer and her team as she is to see her own "parents." While we've seen the great care the Run & Play MD team gives to other dogs, seeing how happy our big girl is when she sees her dog walkers is the best feedback a pup parent can get. ACD number 2 recently came into the picture too. Little girl came to us very young and had some major issues with her crate and separation anxiety. While she is not crated often, we were very nervous to leave her home when I had to be out of town and my husband was at work during the day, but Jennifer & team took great care of her and helped us maintain consistency as we worked to make the kennel a happy place for our little girl. Everyone at Run & Play MD takes phenomenal care of the dogs they walk and seriously bond with the dogs. One thing I really enjoy is that activities are varied -- it's not just a quick loop around the same block every day. Run & Play MD's services keep the dogs engaged and active...they even find modified ways to exercise on rainy days. As a pet owner, it's a huge relief to know your dogs are in great hands while you're away (sometimes as far as 1500 miles) from home. Would recommend to any dog owner who cares that their pet get love, attention, and exercise while they are away during the day!
Jennifer and Run and Play were great at fulfilling all of mine and my dog's needs. My German Short Haired Pointer, Grady, has tons of energy and loves being off leash. Jennifer was able to get him the exercise he needs and loves. She always provided updates via text or email on their play dates. Jennifer at Run and Play goes above and beyond to make sure our dog, Zelda, is happy and comfortable. We love Jennifer's enthusiasm and hints for making our dog feel loved. Zelda does not get excited to see many visitors in our home - but Run and Play walkers are the exception!
We have used Run and Play for regular walks for our rescue pit mix. Our dog can be tricky, as she's not always friendly with other dogs. Both Jennifer and Jimmy have been unfailingly reliable, caring, and professional in taking care of our girl!

Long Branch Creek Park has a small playground among huge shade trees, not to mention this lovely stream. Great place for a walk, run, bicycle ride, etc.
We have used Puppy Love to provide our dog. It’s afternoon walks for the past 15 years. The owner Josh is very attentive to the needs of the animals and their owners. And the dog walkers are truly animal-loving people who seem to enjoy their work, even in the most miserable weather. There is not one time over the past 15 years that we thought of switching dog walking services.
I have been using Puppy Love since 2003. Josh has taken care of generations of my dogs and cats. I would never trust my pets with any other service. Puppy Love is the best!

BEWARE OF PRICING! I boarded my dog here for 4 nights 5 days. I was told boarding is $35 per night. Well it is … ON TOP OF $54 per day of day care to total $89!! I just moved to the area, boarding where I moved from in a suite (not a kennel) is $45 per night all inclusive so I didn’t even think to make sure boarding was not considered an “additional” cost! Since I didn’t bring her here for day care I didn’t go over that part of the service menu. It sucks because this place is super convenient but the lack of transparency on this issue makes me wonder what else we don’t see. Cameras are only on during play time, not 24 hours and they don’t give daily progress reports like I’ve received from other places. I’m really bummed out because other than that it seemed to be a decent fit for us. I emailed the office and as soon as I communicated that I was upset about pricing, but at that point I received no response. At least they could have give me the discounted rate for the multiple days of daycare which is offered on their website!! Already cancelled my upcoming boarding reservation and sadly won’t return.
I like that the facility is clean and calm with not too many dogs in the same room. My pup usually sleeps most of the day because I’m working at home in a quiet house, so I wanted to ensure that he would be able to find a cozy corner to snooze if he wanted to. I also love that they seperate the big dogs from the little dogs. During the meet and greet, the front desk receptionist and dog handler were super friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my fur-baby with them and the other little dogs for a few hours. He aced his report card and I’m so proud! I’m looking forward to bringing him back for the days I work in the office, which is walking distance from Dogtopia!
This is going to be a long review of my experience because a) I've got the time b) I take doggy daycare very seriously Like many others, I had a furry pal join the family during the pandemic --Kibitz the Shih-chon pup. He's currently 4 months old, so I wanted to make sure he gets some socialization in and offset future separation anxiety. I opted for the Founder's Pass during Dogtopia's soft launch. It's my first experience with a doggy daycare and it's been amazing so far. I just dropped him off for his third day at daycare and he didn't even look back at me. 5 Stars. Location: Right across a Pet Parents pet store, on the same block as a Starbucks and surrounded by the great food offerings of Woodmont Triangle. (Tout de Sweet, Pitango Gelato, Medium Rare, Brgr, Doghaus, Hanaro, Bangkok Garden...) I just walk there since I live in the area but there's a parking garage on the same block and parking in the front. Hours: 7 AM - 7PM Weekdays 10 AM - 5 PM Weekends Very flexible considering other options in the area have less open hours and are not available on weekends. Offerings: Basic Upkeep--They offer nail trims, baths, ear cleaning, tooth brushing but no full grooming. The bath option was very needed thanks to the rain this week. Kibitz smelled amazing when I picked him up. I just added it on when I dropped him off, no appointment needed. I also added on a nail trim and they did a great job. Boarding: Haven't tried it yet, but if needed they will be my go to. Daycare: Day evaluation was efficient and employees were great at answering my questions and giving me a tour of the facility. I love the access to the webcam and the ability to send out guest pass access to family. Someone is always there watching my pup, and the employees have been really on top letting me know which dogs Kibitz is friendly with, and his behavior during the day. It's just nice to come in and have everyone know your dog. Employees were accommodating when I asked them to keep an eye on my pup's bowel movements. You can drop off your pets food or they can provide it. They can also give them any medications. There's one-way tinted glass to the toybox (small dogs area) by the front desk and in front of the building so you can see the pups if you want to check on your small dog from outside. Dogs are resting between 12-2pm, so the webcam isn't available then. They also discourage dropping your dog off during those hours. Fair, since dogs and employees both need to rest. Covid Safety: Employees all wear masks and are very considerate with having one dog at a time at the front desk. There's a small entry way before you enter the front desk area where you can wait with your pup. There's also a canopy outside. There's hand sanitizer available. Price: Founder's Pass was a steal at $99 for two weeks of doggy daycare. Normal pricing is competitive from what I've seen for this area and is listed on Dogtopia's website. There's a discount for veterans and military personnel. I'm looking at the monthly passes, but I'd like to see a unused day here and there can be rolled over, or if there's a discount for additional days. Baths start at $20 based on the size of your dog. Kibitz's groomer came out with him and let me know how he did. Nail trims are $15--that's a little steep to me but it beats going to Petsmart and getting the luck of the draw with your dog's safety. They can keep credit cards on file so I just add things to Kibitz's tab. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience during Dogtopia's soft launch. I'm glad it's here. The Dogtopia Bethesda staff are wonderful! They genuinely care about the dogs in their care and are quick to address any concerns. I never worry when dropping my dog off at daycare because I know the staff will take care of her. The facility is always clean. 5 stars!
I like that the canine coaches are very attentive to the dogs and immediately deal with any aggressive play or behavior. Staff also keeps the rooms clean and cleans up any messes right after they happen. I also enjoy that they have special days and activities for the dogs and will do cute photos for a 5$ fee. Wendell's prom and Olympic photos are the best and they are proudly displayed on my fridge and in my office :) Most importantly, my dog loves it, has been going since he was a puppy, and has made several friends with other regulars :)
Friendly, experienced staff and a clean, well-maintained facility. My dog is always excited to be dropped off at Dogtopia.

Our experience with Dogtopia has been positive overall. Our pet enjoys his time here. There have been some issues with the staff appropriately following feeding instructions. However, they has been receptive to feedback and show a sincere desire to fix their mistakes.
Amazing experience!!! I brought in my dog Sully about a month ago and I’ve absolutely fell in love with the store and the staff. The employees took the time to meet with Sully and get him used to the room where he would be staying. Every time I have came in the store the staff has always been very polite and reassured me that he was in good care. They have TVs that display the rooms and the dogs always seem to be having a blast with each other and the staff. I’ve only taken him here about 4 times but I can say every time I pick him up he is so happy and full of life!!!
BEWARE. I am not your system because, as I stated below, this is “my partner’s dog” and the account is in is name. This is absolutely the correct location. Another dog attacked my partners dog and caused a puncture wound to his throat.They didn’t even tell him when it happened, kept charging him for daycare when the dog was home recovering from surgery, and didn’t ever reply to messages requesting information about policies for vet expenses. My partner went to pick up the dog from daycare that day like normal and the staff member looked really awkward and asked if someone had called him already. They hadn’t. He then found out that earlier that day the dog had been attacked with scratches on his face and a wound in his neck. Apparently someone was supposed to call but never bothered. My partner asked what happened - he was concerned that his dog could have done something - but the staff person said another dog attacked him and assured him that it was 100% the other dogs fault. He had seen it on video. The dog ended up needing to visit the vet ER for care and follow ups. My partner messaged Dogtopia about what to do for his care (as he was told this incident was 100% not his dog’s fault) and they brushed him off. He messaged them again days later and they never replied. He is now stuck with vet bills and the poor dog was injured and recovering for weeks after emergency surgery and these people DO NOT CARE. They then had the audacity to charge him for two weeks of daycare after the attack when he was recovering from surgery. Not only were there two charges, but one of them was inexplicably higher than the normal fee. Keep your dogs away from this place! They don’t care about your dogs health and well-being, when your dog is hurt they will try to act like it never happened, and they saddle you with additional charges for day care while your dog is still bleeding from his throat. Forget having the facility or the other dog’s owner take responsibility for medical bills. Or even just having them reply to your messages or reach out to make sure a dog injured on their watch is okay.
District Pet Care is simply the best. Our vet recommended them, and we couldn’t be happier. Jackie and her team are great petsitters, and they have always gone above and beyond for us and our cat. When our baby arrived earlier than expected, for example, we texted Jackie from the hospital and she rearranged her schedule to take care of our cat even though it was a holiday. More recently, Henry arrived at our house while we were on vacation and found that the lock was sticking and he couldn’t get in. He finally got the door open after lots of effort and a trip home to get WD40. Without making a big deal about it, Henry spent hours of his time ensuring that our cat got fed, and he saved us lots of anxiety and an expensive locksmith call. Even when they’re not saving us from disasters, District Pet Care sitters do a great job—they are reliable, send pictures every day, and make sure our cat has everything he needs. Another great benefit is that Jackie has medical training and is able to administer shots and medications. She comes once a month to give our cat an injection, and she keeps track of the schedule for us and is so flexible and friendly. It’s always a joy to see her! In short, Jackie and her team are amazing. Your pet will be in the best hands if you hire them!
I adore District Pet Care. Catherine has been so amazing with my two cats and I love that she takes the time to sit with them and give them attention. She also sends detailed messages that reassure me while I am away. Thank you for treating my two girls with such care and love!
Jackie and her team are excellent! We have used District Pet Care two separate times and our kitties and fish were well taken care of! I love that we receive daily updates of and photos while we are away. It is such aa great relief to know that our pets are in great hands while we are away.

Jackie has taken care of my cat twice now, while I have been away for a week at a time. She does a great job! She is very professional and very good with my cat. My Suki is a covid pup who was accustomed to having attention 24/7, so when my husband and I were both pulled back into the office I knew I had to find a reliable dog walker. I spent ages combing through all the various services and Rovers in my area, and I'm SO glad I finally found Baby Got Bark. Claire was incredibly responsive when I sent the initial interest email, and she sent our walker, Jules, out to meet us the next week. We knew it was true love when Jules walked in and said "That dog is a HYENA and hyenas are my favorite animal". Most people call her a tiger, but she is clearly a hyena. Jules has come to walk my pup three days a week for the past few months, and we couldn't be happier. Based on the photos Jules sends after every walk, it is very clear that Suki has a new best friend. Jules is quick to send an update after each walk, and is very responsive to communication in the Portal - even for unrelated tasks I forgot in the morning rush, like taking the blanket off the bed so Suki can't destroy it, as she is prone to do... Claire accepts my walk requests immediately, and the price is lower than anything else I was considering. We're so relieved to know Suki is taken care of and happy while we're at work. We love Baby Got Bark, and will be customers for many many years.

Claire and her team have been incredible! I hired Baby Got Bark (BGB) because I wanted a professional dog walker that knew dog behavior to walk my baby on a daily basis. A week after I hired BGB, I went out of the country for a vacation. I had a friend’s daughter stay with my dog during this time. However, I saw on my cameras how she was not taking care of my dog. I got in contact with Claire immediately and told her the situation. She responded to me immediately and was able to have one of her staff (Ashley) take over for overnight stays after I asked my friend’s daughter to leave my house. Claire was understanding and so responsive and immediately went over to my house the next day and changed over my apartment in preparation for Ashley to stay there (changing bed sheets, putting out fresh towels, etc.). Claire took my dog in a long walk and made sure she ate something! (My dog had not eaten in four days when my friend’s daughter as watching her.) When I returned home, I met Ashley, who is amazing! Super nice and kind! My dog LOVES Ashley and gets just as excited to see her as she is with me! Claire and her team at Baby Got Bark have been incredible! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dog walking or overnight services. They are amazing!!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Tails of the City. We have used them for dog boarding (in a sitter's home) about half a dozen times over the last 2 years, and our dog is always so well taken care of and happy to see his sitter. When we first found Tails of the City we were trying to find a place where he wouldn't be around other dogs (he's friendly but used to being an only dog) with an experienced walker. The scheduling is a breeze, and nothing makes my day more than getting little "report cards" about how he's doing. If you're looking for trustworthy sitters and walkers, I cannot recommend Tails of the City more!
Tails of the City is fantastic! We have been working with them for 2+ years. I have a 13 y/o, weather-averse, dog-reactive Yorkie who likes to be carried more than he likes to walk, and all of the folks we have worked with from Tails have been phenomenal about accommodating his special quirks. Scheduling is a breeze, everyone is so communicative, and the daily progress reports never fail to make me smile.

We love Tails of the City! They are affordable and we get the best pics and updates from our dog walker (and portrait mode glamour shots!). Our shy girl has come out of her shell so much through her weekly walks with a group of other dogs through Tails of the City and has learned to play with other dogs at the dog park (previously she would just hang with the humans)! They are incredibly responsive in terms of scheduling and have a very easy client portal.
Great experience with Guadalupe! I hired her to walk my fearful reactive dog who avoided strangers to the point of paralysis. The goal was to get my dog to a point where housesitting when I travel for work could be possible. Within two weeks of daily walks, Guadalupe was able to retrieve and walk my dog on solo walks without me.
No one takes better care of our kitty than TOTC. They have a great booking system and always give fantastic updates with pictures that make us feel better while we’re away.
