We reached out to Five Paws very last minute to see if they would be able to watch our dog who had significant medical needs. They were wonderful from start to finish and I was so confident each time that she was in such great care. We've previously had her boarded and she would seem so stressed when we picked her up. We were desperate to find an alternative and we didn't look back once we started using Five Paws. They give updates, pictures and each time we came home she was as happy as can be. They provided such peace for us knowing she was in good hands and was happy especially given all of her medical concerns (dog dementia, blindness, hard of hearing, pain, etc..). Our Sahara has since passed but I would use them again and again with any dogs we may have in the future and cannot recommend them enough.

I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.

Hi: Kudos to Five Paws Recently had Five Paws cat sit our cats and pond fish. The team at Five Paws hit a homerun with us. The team is very professional, respectful and loving to our gang. The team of Melinda and Blythe were so observant of our pets, even going out of the way to feed our strays, without blinking an eye. Special shout out to Melinda who really saved the day as she was feeding the fish in our pond, when she noticed that one of our goldfish got stuck in the filter. Without any hesitation she jumped in to save him, which would have been a disaster if she didn't as he would have passed and fouled the pond water. Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. We have been using Five Paws for a few years now, for small weekend trips or week long vacations. They have been so wonderful with our pups. It is a relief to know my dogs are in good hands and they can remain comfortable in their own space while we are away, instead of in a kennel which would stress my 13 year old pup too much. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Five Paws of Delco! The owner is fantastic, the scheduling process is so simple, and all of the sitters are wonderful! They are EXTREMELY reliable and trustworthy, which is so important when you're away. They also have a great app used to communicate with each sitter and to see pics of your pups! I always receive such a sweet and detailed update from our sitter after every visit. I had an experience where I was out of the country using a different sitter (not Five Paws of Delco) who was supposed to watch my dogs at their house for the week. They decided that they no longer wanted to watch them after a couple days, so they dropped them back off at my house, alone. I was panicking, just having arrived in another country, so I reached out to Five Paws of Delco who immediately responded and scheduled multiple last minute visits for me. I cannot thank them enough for being there during this very stressful time! It's so comforting to know we always have them available to sit for our dogs. Anytime you cannot be home and you need someone to come into your home and take care of your loving pets, you really really want and need a dependable person. Robin is that type of person. Robin has great experience with all types of dogs and pets. Her knowledge about dogs is incredible. She leaves notes to check on this or that and we always do! Her experience with medical problems or injuries that dogs might have is incredible. During the end of the life with our one dog, she took extra loving care making his last few months as good as he could have. My wife and I cannot recommend Robin, owner of Fuzzy Buttz any higher. I have a very anxious, older dog, who is unable to be kenneled. With a family trip to Disney coming up, I needed to find an alternative to a traditional boarding facility. Terry has provided us with so much more than just that. She gave us comfort and peace of mind. We did weekly daycare visits leading up to our trip so that my dog could get to know Terry and get comfortable with her. This helped so much with her anxiety. When it came time for our trip I knew that my dog was in good hands and that she would feel comfortable and safe with Terry. Terry took care of her, like she was her own and sent me daily updates letting me know how she was doing, which I loved. Terry Lynn is very much dedicated and devoted to caring for pets - her own and yours! She scheduled a meet and greet with us for all 3 of our dogs, providing a sense of relief in leaving them overnight. She has soothing music playing at all times and easy access to the secured yard. Terry Lynn’s critters is our dog Harper’s favorite place to be! Harper has been going to Terry’s since she was a puppy and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Terry is incredibly accommodating to our work schedules as my fiancé and I both work in healthcare. She loves all the dogs at daycare as her own and we are so thankful to have Terry love our Harper.

Terry took care of my 3 cats while I was out of the country for 10 days. She sent me photos, in and of itself a feat because I never expected them to come out, and communicated with me frequently. She had to have a medical procedure during this time and still made sure my cats were taken care of. I highly recommend.

Terry is a fabulous, caring pet-sitter. Our dogs, Ollie and Ellie, and kitty, Tommy, love her and she treats them like family! She did at-home visits while we were away sending texts and pictures frequently. Our kitty needs medication administered twice a day and she had no problem doing that for us. She brought in the mail and even refilled my bird feeders when they were empty. She goes above and beyond. Terry is the absolute best pet sitter I’ve ever found, and truly the only non blood relative i’ve ever totaly trusted to take care of my sweet, adorable and very challenging rescue bichon, Spencer. Spencer came to me as a last-chance foster off death-row, after burning his way through shelters and foster homes. He suffered from the most intense separation anxiety- a vet even suggested putting him down at one point, to end his suffering! He came a long way with training and a behavior consult, but he never was able to shake his separation anxiety…. enter Terry. This woman made it possible for me to attend law school and work, and Spencer actually enjoyed week long stays while I vacationed out of the country. I’ve moved out of the area, but have yet to find any one as sweet, kind, caring, responsible, trustworthy and knowledgeable as Terry! your fur babies will thank you.

Our dog Scotch has spent several visits with Julianna and loves it! She is very easy to communicate with regarding pick up and drop off and always sends great photos. She has been extremely flexible with us as well if our plans change. Scotch always comes home tired and happy!

I have been bringing my golden retriever, Rooney to the Pup Club for almost two years now. Julianna is fantastic with Rooney and she ensures that each and every one of the pups in her care have fun and are well taken care of!

When Molly is at the Pup Club with Julianna she is treated as part of the family. When I pull up her tail starts wagging and she can't wait to get inside. She has her own bed and is treated with a lot of love and respect. Where I live she must be walked on a leash. Coming here she has other dogs to play and socialize with and she can run free in her fenced in yard. Julianna cares for Molly as if she were her own. It gives me a peace of mind to know she is safe and happy.

Julianna and her pack always take great care of my dog for both daycare and overnight pet sitting. He comes home tired and happy. She’s easy to plan/ communicate with and has been flexible with last minute needs which is always appreciated!

Been taking my dog Mimzy to Juliana and Brooke at The Pup Club for almost two years now 3 days a week while I’m at work. It’s great because she can socialize and burn out her energy throughout the day so she’s not home alone. She loves it and I appreciate the love and care my baby gets.

PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!

Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.

I loved working with PetCare Group! I had amazing experiences all throughout my time there. As a college student who was only home for the summer, It was a great way to make money and spend time with all sorts of pets. I love animals, so it was an incredible opportunity. Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!

Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. Will took care of my dogs for the day while I was at a wedding. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and will tear things up if left alone in new places. I called around to see if I could get her boarded for the night, but no one responded. Since moving to Exton, have used Jogs with Dogs. Nothing but great things to say. My dog gets an excellent 30 min walk/run for $30 and (he told me) he comes back happy every time. Phil is clearly an animal lover, and my dog warmed up to him instantly. This is the service I'd use again when moving to this area. Cannot say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Jocelynn was AMAZING, we did the over night stay for 2.5 days and they warmed up to her immediately. Let me tell you they had the time of their dog lives running and playing and a vacation from the kids lol. She was so caring and sweet. It was last minute and she had no problem at all. The way she cares for dogs and her customers is amazing. There is no hesitation at all to say she is by far the best and we will be telling people about her because she deserves that much. All Creatures Pet Care is first-rate. Brooke has taken care of my golden doodle since he was a puppy, sometimes for up to three weeks when I have traveled. The care is exceptional! Brooke and her team are literally the best. They will treat your pet as if it were their own. I’ve used them for about two years now, and I will never look elsewhere. They are extremely professional and will handle any of your concerns with the upmost importance. As a busy dog mom, I can assure you that they are the most reliable pet service in our area. They pick up and drop off for almost all of their services and they make it a seamless process through their app. All Creatures will communicate with you one on one and they are always more than willing to answer any questions for you. They provide pictures throughout the day, and you can even track your dog walker through their app. Brooke was a vet tech for years and warned me about an issue with my dog that saved me thousands. I was given faulty advice from my former vet and after leaving them, Brooke recommended a vet who I absolutely love. I also have a very dominant, alpha dog and I wasn’t sure if my training was effective or not so I consulted with Brooke and her team and they were able to provide effective solutions to correct those behaviors. I could honestly go on and on about how much I have benefited from All Creatures. If you are stuck between services or if you are seeking a pet service, I would highly recommend this company. You won’t be let down.

Our dog Scout is having an amazing time at West Chester Canine Club. She loves both the daycare and the boarding. Tony sends us cute videos of her when she’s boarding so we can see how much fun she’s having. We also did the bath and deshed package, which turned out great too! We are so lucky to have found a place that treats our pup so well!

Our dog goes to West Chester Canine Club for both day care and boarding. We are very happy with her care there; the comfort level she has reached with day care makes the boarding possible. We get regular video updates while she is boarding which are a great way to see that she is doing well.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at West Chester Canine Club! Our dog Bentley always has a blast playing with his friends and enjoys the extra snuggles from the caring staff. We recently needed last-minute boarding for Bentley, and Tony really went the extra mile to accommodate us. My dog who is 18 months old, has attended day care here for 6 months. He runs around with the other dogs and sleeps well at night. He has also stayed there when we go away. I am ver pleased. I highly recommend this facility!

The West Chester Canine Club is outstanding!! They are truly dog lovers and they did an great job with a weekend boarding of our 3 dogs. My family and I took a trip recently and needed someone to watch our dogs. We've never boarded them overnight before, so we were nervous. Tony and his staff did a great job with our dogs. They were really happy and we received constant picture updates. I highly recommend. They are very friendly and do an awesome job taking care of the dogs.

Nothing, but high reviews for West Chester Canine Club! My pup loves going there, and the whole evaluation process was easy and seamless. The hours allow for easy pick up and drop off on any working schedule, and there’s additional services offered, including grooming and boarding! But outside of that, what’s more impressive is how obvious each staff member loves working with dogs and personally will play with the dogs- great for my social pup who equally loves humans and dogs. And you do get a report card letting you know what fun your dog had that day, and who they made friends with. All in all, highly recommend!

This is the hidden gem of pet services in West Chester. The owners of the facility are friendly, responsive, organized, professional and most of all loving to our dog Billie. They provide reports of Billie’s day. They send photos and videos when your dog is boarding. Tony took the time to learn Billie’s commands so that she did not fall off of her training progress while she boarded. Billie is always happy to go play and stay over at the Canine Club.

We love Camp Canine! Since a co-worker referred me here, my dog, Brindy, has never been happier! She was always a good dog, but since she started at camp her behavior is even better. She comes back exhausted, happy, and well-socialized. I have even boarded her here and it was a positive experience. She has made good doggy friends and is always happy to arrive at camp. All the staff seem very nice and caring. They have always provided flexible, responsible, and affordable service.

As a puppy parent, it is such as relief to know that when we drop off our Lily at the West Chester Canine Club, she has fun and is well cared for! She absolutely loves coming to the club and is so excited when we pull into the parking lot. She gets to burn off some energy, learn social skills within a pack, and meet new friends of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. This winter when kennel cough was bad, Lily was home sick (as many pups were) and the owners called twice to check in to see how she was doing. That meant a lot to us and made WC Canine Club feel like part of our family. Thanks to the staff for caring for Lily!

Our 4 year old, Maya, has been coming for a few months once or twice a week- she loves it! The staff is courteous and professional, the owner, Anthony, makes sure to check-in and make sure all is Ok. She also boarded there and she came back very happy! They also provide grooming services (bath and nail trimming) Definitely recommend !

This was our - 3rd time (or 4th) having Tails N Whiskers Pet Services stay with our dogs. Amanda was our sitter. She provided us with multiple daily check-ins and photos. I could see both of my dogs were content and happy during their time with Amanda- from the photos she provided. My mind was at ease and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my pets were being cared for with the upmost sincerity and professionalism. Tails N Whiskers does a great job of taking care of our pets. They walk our German Shephard twice daily and take care of our kitties any time we need help. Highly recommended for your fur babies!

We have been working with Tails N Whiskers for nearly 2 years now. As the parents of two very nervous/anxious senior rescue dogs who are scared of most people outside of the family, we were very skeptical that we could find a dog walker they (and we) could trust to give them an occasional potty break when we are traveling for a long day out. When I reached out to Rebekah she was nothing but positive. She came out to the house and met with us and the pups and listened to everything we had to say about the dogs and our concerns. She had wonderful instincts about giving them their space and was crazy patient with our pups. She chose the best dog walker for their personalities and our needs. Rachael is our hero who takes each and every direction we gave (we were super specific as helicopter dog parents) and she follows our requests exactly. We have frequent long day trips for college sports year round and Tails N Whiskers has been there for us time and again--always reliable, always right on time, and they always make time for us (even when we have had some last minute requests due to changing sports schedules). We always get a prompt update about how the visit went including details and photos of the dogs. We have consistently had the same dog walker and on the rare occasion that Rachael was not available Rebekah herself has stepped in for our "special needs" pups. It is obvious Rebekah takes great pride in her business and the families and dogs that she serves. She and her team are an absolute pleasure to do business with. They treat my dogs with the love and care I would myself and are so responsive to me any time I reach out about anything. I highly recommend Tails N Whiskers with zero reservations.

Rebekah and Tails N Whiskers go above and beyond when taking care of our two dogs. We always feel confident when we are out of town that our dogs are getting lots of love and attention. We enjoy receiving the updates and pictures throughout the day. It is nice to see that our dogs are having as much fun as we are. We are so thankful to have found Frankie and team, this is a wonderful and reliable crew who always take the best care of our fur babies, reliable cat sitting was nerve wracking to find but now we can travel worry free. Love the email/app updates from each visit and appreciate the add on services like plant watering and picking up mail and of course the fair pricing. When we had a family emergency, they even found a way to get us in with little notice ❤️ Highly recommend for anyone in their service area.
