Wish I could give 10 stars!!!!

ACCOMODATION: 1 BR/2 BA Second story Condo (queen bed) in Frisco was extremely comfortable with modern appliances (disposal in sink, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator freezer). luxury bathrooms, jacuzzi, and fitness center. TV's in living room with gas fireplace, and in bedroom. No AC, but summer weather is moderate at 9,000 ft. Windows open to catch breeze, and nice balcony for morning coffee overlooking busy Main Street. Excellent next door cafe. Generous hosts provided board and robes for 104F jacuzzi! Cleaning supplies well stocked.

PETS: 2 X small poodles Jack & Chloe require 3/day walks, 2/day feeding, 2/day/dog oral medications. Walking park easy access across street from condo. Dogs are generally well socialized, and easy to walk. I had no issues whatsoever with housebroken pets.

AREA: Frisco, 1.3 hr drive from Denver on I-70 without weather delay, however weather and traffic can be treacherous. Plan 2 hours, with a full tank of gas. The town is within very easy FREE BUS (stations are an easy walk from condo) or bike (bikes can be placed on a rack on the bus) or hike access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Silverthorn, and Copper Mountain. Very convenient. Biking in the AM, and returning by bus allowed me to care for the pets, then bike again in the PM. Scenery in Mountains and Lake is spectacular!

A fantastic house-sit looking after a gorgeous Cavapoo in a beautiful Lincolnshire town! Fran is such a wonderful host, and gave us a warm and friendly welcome into her lovely home. We felt like we'd known her for years, and highly recommend this sit. Tilly was the perfect house-mate, such a cuddly affectionate little thing, and we missed her the moment we left.
The home is super comfortable, and walking distance to all the great things on offer in Spalding. If you get the chance to sit here, we know you'll have a great time. A perfect house-sit.

Thanks again for having us, Fran! And we very much hope to see you again soon! :)

Chaira and Maxi were warm and inviting host. They have the most lovey home on the first floor of a 3 unit building. (brand new build). I didn’t have any troubles finding street parking just steps away from the front door.

Luna is an absolute sweetheart. She is a bit scared of strangers at first - and VERY shy. But by the end of the first day, she began to relax. And by day two, she was cuddling beside me and followed me from room to room. I never here her make a noise - unless we were playing fetch in the back yard. We took a lively walk at the Arboretum and she did well on the leash. She’s still young, and excited to see other pups. So she can pull you along a little. But it was nothing too concerning. She loves being outside as much as she loves long naps on her favorite blanket.
Chaira was very easy to communicate with throughout the housesit. I’d recommend sitting with Luna anytime.

Sherrod and Mojo * where incredible. Sherrod went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, safe and right at home.
As a Asheville native this place was a 10/10 for location and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Sherrod and Mojo for making my stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this host. :)

Jeremy and Juju were a pleasure to sit for! They are the most kind hosts and received us with welcome gifts and a thorough guide. We had great communication and are very grateful for them setting us up with everything we would need.

Their home was super tidy and tastefully decorated. The outdoor screened area was a great serene space to work and their view over the water is amazing 🤩

Their little pup, Plomo, is the sweetest companion anyone could ask for😊 We had a great time working alongside him and cuddling. He loves being by your side and has the cutest way of letting you know it’s time for a treat!

Thank you again JJ for having us. We miss Plomo already!!!🐶

I had such an amazing week with Rupert, he is such a special dog! Whether it’s time to walk, play, or chill out, he’s down for the occasion! He is a warm and loving dog and has just a great personality all around. This sit was during Guy Fawkes day and he wasn’t bothered a bit by the fireworks! He uses a gentle leader lead and it works amazing for him and he keeps a good pace and he can get a bit excited with other dogs and may have a quick excited jump around but really not a big deal at all and carries on with the walk no problems. He knows his routine and is a very good boy for his pills-in-chicken in the evening!

Leah was a great host and her home was so lovely. Everything was organized and easy to understand and I would highly recommend this sit as Rupert is such a special boy and it’s a very lovely part of the country!
