Micol is such a great host, she was always available and happy to answer any questions as well as give me suggestions of things to do and see in Düsseldorf/Kaiserswerth.The apartment is comfortable and has everything who needs to relax and explore, very easy access to shops, restaurants and train. We had great communication before and during my stay and she is easy-going and very friendly. The cats were a delight, very easy going. Thanks for this weekend with your cats, Micol!
Cathy and John have a lovely home and were extremely accommodating towards us during our sit, we had such a great time looking after there place and Tango who was a delight to care for. We highly recommend this place to site next time they request for a sitter, thanks again guys.
Sitting for Charlotte & Tink has been perfect. Charlotte's home is truly beautiful, spotlessly clean and has a gorgeous guest bedroom with en-suite. We were there over UK's heatwave with temps hitting 40 degrees which kept us indoors for a couple of days. Tink is such a pretty but very elusive cat. We knew she was about as food dishes were emptied and eventually at the end of the week, managed to get a stroke. Hebe was on holiday with the family this week. The garden is gorgeous and with the added bonus of outdoor cooking facilities you're able to make the most of living outside in the summer months. We spent a day in Salisbury which is well worth a visit and did the self guided walking tour of Broughton (leaflet available at the Village Shop). Definitely recommend this sit and would love to come back again one day to explore more and win Tink over!
It was a pleasure looking after Emma and Dan’s cat family member, Mila. Emma and Dan made me feel very welcome. They have a lovely home.
Zhara and Pete left great clear instructions for sitting Bella, who was very easy to care for. They are very welcoming and always responsive if I had any questions. Their home is very beautiful and in a great location for fun things to do in or around Phoenix, definitely would highly recommend this sit if you get a chance!
Pups Reba and Frank were sweet and easy to care for. The area is great. It is next to the pier. The grocery is .5 miles, its a great walk or run, as their is a walking/running path next to her apartment. I will definitely pup sit again, if the opportunities arises.

Adele has been a godsend for me since starting a new job. My frenchie adores her and she is always so tired when she comes home. It really makes such a difference knowing someone loves your pet like you do when you're not around. I've heard the little chats through the window! Brilliant experience so far with Let’s Go Pet Care. Adele is lovely and very accommodating! I do shift work so I give Adele my shifts in advance and she comes when needed. Little lily loves going on group walks and we’re sent photos and video updates some days and there’s a Facebook page you can see photos of your dog having fun whilst you’re at work ! Great peace of mind and the photos are always brilliant shots! Totally worth the money and means dogs aren’t left on there own all day. She does puppy pop in when they’re young so they can be let out during the day to do their business. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a dog walker. Adele has looked after our cat Dave whilst we’ve been on 2 holidays this year, firstly for a week and secondly for 2.5 weeks. Dave absolutely loved Adele! Having Adele pop in everyday meant zero cattery stress for Dave and he was super chilled out when we got home. Adele starting taking our Labrador in January this year. He absolutely loves it and has made some doggy friends. Adele always posts pictures of each walk which gives peace of mind that they are having fun. Adele is professional, keeps in touch and always confirms the walk time. We have been using Let's Go Pet Care for about a year now and it has been a fantastic decision. Cosmo loves going out with Adele for his walks and it means he socialises with other dogs. Cosmo is a very energetic labrador, he comes home happy, tired and always clean (sorry Adele we know he loves puddles). I would highly recommend.

I'm thrilled with the service WLPN provided for cat sitting my Luna. She is very timid and runs and hides whenever I have visitors (she's a rescue) but Perri was great with her and within days had her cuddling up on the sofa and playing with her toys! Me and my partner had never used a dog walker before; being first time dog parents we were so anxious to leave our fur-baby with someone that wasn’t family. But I can wholeheartedly say how pleased and happy we are with the service and support we’ve received from We Love Pets. Our lovely doggie absolutely adores Perri and Beverley and they clearly adore him too, we couldn’t ask for two better people. They’re both very passionate about what they do and this reflects hugely. We get photos every time they visit him and a lovely descriptive message telling us what he’s been up to. My border collie girl Tala and I highly recommend We Love Pets Newbury. My girl is really anxious and has very specific handling needs which are always met, above and beyond. Her walker is so attentive to her needs, he's really earnt her trust and I am completely confident leaving her in his care. The team are so reliable, professional and adaptable even when walks are needed last minute. I've now used two branches of We Love Pets after moving area and I cannot fault the service.
We couldn't have been happier with the service we received from We Love Pets Newbury. Can't recommend 'we love pets Newbury ' enough. When we moved into the area we wanted to find a trustworthy & quality service for our new puppy, and were so happy when we found that. We were extremely lucky to be given Kate as our dog walker / sitter. She dedicates every minute solely to your dog & couldn't be any sweeter. The connection was there instantly & we immediately felt happy in her company & Nyla loved her. It makes a huge difference knowing your dog is in safe hands & having quality play time. There is no need to look any further for your local, reliable dog walker, we Love Pets Newbury are highly recommended! Julie has always been very accommodating of the needs of our two dogs and last minute changes are never too much trouble. Having previously used a number of different dog walking companies in the area the communication and administration for We Love Pets is by far the best! We were lucky to be assigned Tracey as our regular dog walker and she is great with the dogs, sending pictures and updates after each walk and always communicating with us on the odd occasion she is running behind schedule. It is such a comfort knowing that they are being taken care of so well when we are away at work. The dogs love her and get so excited when they see her which is really reassuring to know that they are having a great time on their walks.

I have used We Love Pets since my cavapoo Roxy was just 9 weeks old! Roxy is nearly 3 now and Kate has been her primary dog walker the whole time. I can’t recommend Kate enough. She loves Roxy and Roxy loves her back! Kate is always on time and always sends me updates and photos of her walks. Most of all I love how Kate genuinely cares for Roxy and enjoys their time together. She is so great at her job and I totally trust her. If Kate is ever away she lets me know and We love pets will always arrange an alternative walker. They are also great at accommodating last minute changes to schedules! I’m a regular customer and have never had any need to look elsewhere. Highly recommend.
Danielle did a wonderful job looking after our budgie. Danielle was very professional, very caring and has a great passion for animals. Simon is fantastic and we can’t recommend him enough. He has been taking our 1 year lab called Blake out about 3 times a week for the past 3 months. He is reliable, friendly and absolutely loves dogs. He has helped us with lots of advice and we really trust him. Simon house sits too and his prices for everything are very reasonable. We would struggle without him and Blake loves his walks.
Simon pet care is amazing, he is so good with our year old puppy Fuse, Fuse is so excited when he hears Simon coming and I know he is great hands when out on walks. Simon will always help us when needed and was so supportive when Fuse was a tiny puppy.

Jacqui & the team have been fabulous in accommodating our ever changing needs. They have been fabulous at taking things slowly with our pup, introducing her gradually to new places & new friends. They have been consistent with re-enforcing whatever training we have been working on & she is always happily shattered when she gets home. We couldn't be happier with Sallie & Tilly for her daycare play dates & Aliyah for fun walks. We are so grateful our pup is in kind & experienced hands with Jacqui & the team.

Jacqui and the team at We Love Pets are so much more than dog walkers/sitters. I feel so reassured when I need to leave our dog, knowing they care as much as we do. It’s not just a job for them, they genuinely care & I can’t recommend them enough. Recently I had arranged for our Jack Russell to be walked and I was a bit worried as she hadn’t been herself that morning. I just emailed to let them know & Jacqui called me & arranged to spilt the walk and check on her twice so I could be reassured. Our dog was absolutely fine but it was so nice to know she was being kept an eye on.
Jacqui, her team and family were the perfect minders for our little puppy Mia. She felt at home immediately and we knew instantly that she was in good, safe, caring, professional and trustworthy hands. Mia was so happy at the end of her first day. Jacqui and the team have been absolutely amazing and I would happily recommend them to anyone. My dog is slightly nervous when meeting new people and it takes him a little time to build trust. They were gentle, kind and patient with him and now have a great bond. I've never used dog walkers in all my years of dog ownership (over 15 years) so it was a big thing for me to trust someone else with my dog, to take care of him and to not reinforce and negative behaviour. I only wish I could take these ladies with me to where I'm relocating! Special mention goes to India, who does most of the walks, I love and appreciate the little notes and I'm so grateful for your caring attitude towards my boy.
We used We Love Pets Wantage for the first time recently. Having experienced the most awful pet sitter previously we were super cautious about booking another one. Needless to say we didn't need to worry. From start to finish the service was faultless. Jacqui put us at ease and carefully selected the most suitable person for us and Rosa worked out just perfectly. We had regular updates and photos sent and came back to very happy animals in great shape who'd obviously had a very enjoyable week. We contacted the Wantage branch of We Love Pets when we unexpectedly and suddenly needed care for a family dog, because his owner ended up in hospital. What a fantastic service they gave - finding a last-minute ‘holiday home’ for him, collecting him, taking him to a vet appointment, and generally welcoming him to the family. And Jacqui, who arranged all this, was so nice and helpful, and made things so easy in a stressful situation. And she kept us posted with photos to show how well he had settled in. We would highly recommend this company and, if future care is needed, would go back there immediately. A big ‘thank you’ to the We Love Pets team.
Kevin and Cristal are extremely likeable and recently looked after our 15 month old Labrador, Luna for a 4 night stay....Luna was extremely well looked after and obviously enjoyed her time with them...would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusting dog carer

My regular dog sitter was fully booked, so needless to say I was quite nervous about finding a new sitter for my furry baby while we were supposed to go on vacation. After intensive search for a new host, I got in touch with Kevin & Crystal from Buddy's Pet Care. Chester usually barks at strangers, needs a bit of time to warm up to people. As soon as we got at their place for a meet and greet, instead of barking he was all kisses and jumps of joy. I realized that Chester will be in good hands during his 3 weeks stay with them. During our vacation, I received updates with photos and comforting words to let me know that Chester was doing great. It was obvious that they care about dogs - loves and treats them as they are their own. Kevin and Crystal are beyond awesome. Thank you very much for putting me at ease and for taking such a good care of our boy. Highly recommended for all the pet parents. 5 Stars review, very well deserved. We have booked already Chester’s stay with them for our Christmas vacation.

When my parents were unexpectedly taken ill at very short notice, Kevin was able to collect my parent’s puppy and look after him for us, while they recovered. Initially this was to be for a long weekend, and they ended up having Toby for two weeks. Very reliable, and totally flexible, nothing was too much trouble for Kevin and Crystal. Toby has obviously been extremely well looked after, and has come home happy and well. We will definitely use their services again, and recommend to all our doggy friends.
Our dogs love it. They are well cared for and happy to go each time! They also offer boarding if you need it. We left our dogs for a week while we were away on a trip that wasn't dog friendly. They were happy and healthy and while pleased to see us visible happy to be at buddy's.
Jan 2023: Our dog has just spent the last 2.5 years with Buddy, Kevin and Cristal. Our dog would bound out the front door, so excited to see them - they've been a huge part of his development. Kevin and Cristal treated our dog like their own and gave us advice when we asked for it. Freddie spent many nights and a few weeks whilst we went away, without a single issue. So sad we have now moved away from the area, but hoping our dog gets his holidays at Buddy's still. Thank you Kevin and Cristal, you're amazing! Nov 2020: Our dog absolutely loves his days with Buddy and the other pooches. We haven't used Buddy's for any overnights yet, just daycare - but we won't hesitate too.
Kevin has looked after our outdoor rabbit on several occasions and he is always reliable, trustworthy, does an excellent job and often goes above and beyond. When it was very hot he put ice bottles out for the bunny to cool down against! We will continue to be using him and thoroughly recommend his services for any pets.
We used Kevin from Buddy's Pet Care to pop in & look after our cat whilst we were away on holiday and we couldn't be happier with the service! Very personable service from start to finish, with everything thought out and more - nothing was too much trouble & our cat well looked after & more importantly happy! Kate has been absolutely incredible! We feel so comfortable leaving our dog Mabel with her, Mabel gets so excited whenever we drop her off because she knows and loves Kate now! Kate makes such an effort to send us Mabel updates and reassure us when leaving Mabel. We are so happy to have found West Barks! (Added bonus is Mabel always sleeps for ages after spending time with Kate lol)!

Kate has been so amazing, I genuinely recommend her to everyone. I have two dogs and have never left them with anyone else before. I use Kate’s doggy daycare when I need to go into London for work and it is an absolute lifesaver! The dogs love their walks and time with her, they have such fun- they also love resident pup Chester! Kate sends regular photo updates so you can see what they’re up to, which is so nice. They come back home very happy and sleepy from all their lovely walks. Highly recommend!
We have recently started using West BARKs for daycare for my beagle Darcy and Kate has been brilliant! She communicates really well, she is friendly but professional and wants to understand and learn about your dog, sends updates during the day (from walks and snoozes!) and I feel really happy leaving Darcy with her. Would highly recommend.

We would highly recommend this Doggy Daycare! Helen has created a calm and happy place for dogs to spend time and our little dog (who is quite nervous) is always really happy to go there. Helen is caring and very knowledgable about dogs - she’s our first port of call if we have any questions about our dog’s health or behaviour. We have been sending Hetty to Helen for 3 years now, and we see many of the same dogs there each week, so I know she has low turnover of clients which makes for a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Helen at Doggy Day Care Thatcham and Newbury. My dog Finn has anxiety and Helen is so caring and kind with him. He absolutely loves when she opens the door to welcome him in the morning. I know he has a great time when he is there, going for a walk and then playing with the other dogs during the day. She treats the dogs like her own and clearly their welfare is her priority. I am really glad that I found Helen and that Finn is so happy there!
I cannot recommend Helen enough! Our rescue gets very stressed with change so it was important for us to have someone who she’d like and who we can trust to take good care of her when we’re at work. She immediately felt at home at Helen’s and sees Helen’s place as her second home. All the dogs there are well socialised with each other and have great dynamics, they’re all best pals. We went through a few doggy day cares and we’ve never felt fully comfortable leaving our girl there, with Helen we’re completely at ease.
I can't recommend Helen and her Day Care highly enough! Des has been coming here twice a week for about 18 months since he was 5 months old and loves every minute. We get regular video updates of his antics and can see why he sleeps so well when he gets home. We like the fact that it's a small group of the same well behaved dogs and they all seem to get on really well.
We have taken our older rescue dog to Helen since we adopted him a year ago and she has helped him socialise and develop so much. We’re very grateful for the love and care she gives, as well as lots of great advice. The daily updates Helen provides when Archie is with her are lovely and really reassured us when Archie first started going to day care... he is so happy to go, he doesn't even notice I have gone when I drop him off in the morning!!

Trusted pet carers is truly a good find, the service and care they offer is amazing. I used them when I went away for 2 weeks and when I came back off holiday I found my spaniels Tanya & Tamsin to be well fed and well cared for – not wanting to come home! They get spoilt with attention.
