Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

I was so worried about leaving my african grey, especially as I have never left him longer than a couple of days before. They are such sensitive birds. I was put completely at ease from the beginning, I had daily updates which was so nice as I missed him so much and it was so nice to know he had settled okay. He also had another african grey there to chatter away with. I wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much ❤️
Maxine has been looking after my 2 pugs Bertie & Louie0 for over 4 years. Maxine is amazing and I know when my pugs stay with Maxine and her husband Charles, my dogs are welcomed with open arms and treated as part of their family. Maxine looked after our FIV+ cat with visits twice a day. The process was incredibly clear from start to end and she was very professional and helpful in reassuring us. Our cat took an immediate liking to her. We got a daily updates with highly entertaining pictures and she was willing to water our plants and put the bins out. If you want a very responsible catsitter to make your holiday as worry free as possible, we would highly recommend her.
Maxine is amazing with house visits and hone boarding. My dogs go to her house and love their time there. They sulk when they come home. Maxine visits my house and looks after my other pets while I’m away. It’s complete peace of mind. Ten out of ten! Book early as Maxine books up very quickly

Amazing kennels, I had a bad experience elsewhere with our pug, but have left her at 5 Oaks twice now, the animals are very well cared for& the owners are animal lovers. I won’t leave our pug anywhere else now
Five oaks kennels are the best kennels, my bichon suffers with separation anxiety and when she is here she loves being around everyone they make sure she is happy and Wellcome. 100% would recommend, all staff are lovely and can have a great laugh

I have not used this cattery but went to view it for my cat. I have to say I cannot understand how this has 5 stars. The whole place was as though someone had turned their garage into a cattery. The whole place was so small and the cages were the tiniest I have ever seen, more like something you'd put a rabbit or guinea pig in. I cannot see how anyone who loves and cares for their animal would ever put them in here.
I was really scared and nervous about putting my dogs in kennels but these were amazing. They put is straight at ease when we went to visit. Augustus and Juno shared a kennel so got to stay together. They were well looked after and the relief of this was amazing. We will be using them in future. Thanks for a great service looking after my doggies.

Since our old kennels shut we've struggled to find anywhere our dog is 'hapoy' but he seems to really like it here. It's a small kennels and they really care about the animals they have in. They remembered him after the first time he went in, and he seems to go in the same kennel each time (not sure if that is deliberate or fluke, but it works for him!) love that they allow you to take and collect dog from their kennel, which reassures you that everything is safe and clean as a standard. Will keep using this kennels and would recommend to others. Pretty good price too compared to others locally x

Julie’s dog walking provides a very reliable and professional dog walking and boarding service. Our dog Henry gets very excited when he knows he’s going walkies with Julie, and we feel completely at ease knowing that he’s getting the best of care. We only have to say ‘auntie Julie’ and his tail is wagging.
Super field! Very big and secure with some agility equipment around the sides so your dog still has plenty of room to run. the grass was lovely and short. There's a tap and bowl in the field and some emergency poo bags. Great picnic bench. Definitely recommend

Booked the Field for my Sons dog who we are minding whilst they are on holiday. What a superb space, the Field is huge! Our Irish setter just ran and ran for the whole 50 mins. She was being chased by the swallow which was so funny. Lots of agility for the dogs if needed, and fresh water for them too. Have booked again as it was so safe and clean.

Very accommodating and flexible when we needed to board our 2 boys skippy and kyri while at a family event nearby. Would definitely use again without hesitation. we booked the secure dog paddock so we could go in there after we picked them up, as we had a long journey ahead of us, they both loved it. Very secure and you can drive in and unload/load safety.
Haven't used the boarding kennels, but I do use the enclosed field for my reactive dog to run in. Really easy to book, online and a very safe place to run difficult doggos. No outdoor smoking, which I agree with, but I'm a smoker, didn't know....grateful for a nice place to run my boy.
My inlaws use Ivy Boarding Kennels on a regular basis, so we used them for when we went on holiday. They 2 dogs were very well looked after. The staff were lovely and friendly. I liked that there was the shop at the front, especially when it was time to pick them up. We bought them both a treat to greet them with which they were pleased with.

I have used Petpals since I moved into the area almost 2 years ago and I am so glad I found them! Jim walks my dog 3 times a week. Some days I have to swap days with short notice if my work plans unexpectedly change, and nothing is ever any trouble for him. Bobby goes absolutely wild with excitement when Jim comes to get him, and this is my testament to the service he provides. I feel very reassured that Bobby is safe, and I know he’s getting well exercised. Wouldnt ever consider to use anyone else and I highly recommend Petpals. Professional and very friendly. I wouldn't even give a star really. I have had surgery and cannot walk my dog at the moment, I inboxed for a price on walking my dog ..... message seen but no reply. Then sent one asking did they have a price yet .... message seen but no reply. Disappointing will try somewhere else

Pet Concierge have lovingly looked after (like their own) all four of my dogs and also many years ago, my cats too, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Our fur babies adore Jayne and the team and are always so excited to greet them, which is so important to us. They have so much fun but are always professionally handled so you can have complete peace of mind. Completely recommended by all our family. We recently acquired a cross breed dog which we have little experience with and Jayne has been training Ollie to help and support his confusion of the two breeds. He has already after a short time improved so much that I have new confidence in him when he is on or off lead. His attention has improved hugely and I’m looking forward to having a good rounded little lad once he’s fully trained. Can't recommend Jayne and the team enough. They've been a total godsend for us since we got our pup. Have never had any trouble getting an appointment no matter how short notice, the service is absolutely outstanding and Jayne has put in extra time to help with pup's separation anxiety. Don't know what we'd do without Pet Concierge, truly can't believe how lucky we are to live in the area ❤️ amazing people and service.

From start to finish a great service that left us with peace of mind when we were away. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mickleton Kennels. We were assured on three separate occasions that it would be acceptable for one of our dogs to sleep in a crate in a shared kennel with our other dog. However, just one hour after dropping them off, we were informed that this arrangement was not possible due to the size of the crate, forcing us to opt for two separate kennels at an additional charge of £70 for the stay. To make matters worse, the voicemail we received from the owner mentioned using a small crate for one of the dogs, which contradicts an email they also sent us stating that their licensing agreement with Cheshire West prohibits keeping any animal restrained in a crate or cage within the kennel for more than an hour. This inconsistency is baffling and raises serious animal welfare concerns, especially since a 19kg medium-sized dog in a small crate would be highly inappropriate. On collecting my dogs, I learned that one of my dogs had been sleeping in the crate in a kennel, which leaves us with two troubling possibilities: 1. We were initially lied to about the crate being too large for the kennel, resulting in an unnecessary extra cost of £70. 2. The kennel has violated the terms of their licensing agreement with Cheshire West by using a crate either in the same kennel or a separate kennel to our other dog Additionally, the owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Since raising our concerns, our communication with him has been troubling, with him attempting to shift the blame onto us for their mistakes. He falsely claimed that we said one of our dogs was dangerous, which is not the case at all. Despite having written evidence and a recorded voicemail clearly showing the incorrect information supplied, he has responded by attempting to dominate and belittle me, calling me overbearing and a bully when dealing with his staff rather than addressing the issues raised as you would expect from a reputable company. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Mickleton Kennels to anyone looking for reliable and honest pet care.
They had our three hounds for 5 days last week and they were superbly looked after and bright and very happy when we came to pick them up - they are brilliantly priced for three dogs sharing compared to previous kennels we have used so they have our business moving forward 10/10 !! Dan Finney
Our first and last time coming here. We were greeted in reception by someone who was quite rude and blunt with both my partner, her sister, and myself. We picked up our puppy who had no water in the crate at all, and when taking her home, she drank nearly a full bowl full of water. This has been advertised as a daycare service. However, when my puppy came home, she had bundles of energy left, unlike when she has been elsewhere. This has led me to believe she had presumably spent a lot of time in her crate throughout the day. Given the lack of attention to its customers & my puppy, I wouldn't recommend this place. Edited for response: We were advised to leave the dog in a kennel and that she would be taken out when the staff were ready. Daisy Yarlett is the puppy that was there yesterday.

Fabulous kennels with friendly, knowledgeable staff! Our dog always gets so excited when we bring him in and runs straight to the staff for a fuss. He goes with them wagging his tail and doesn't even look back! Would highly recommend!
