We had a great stay at Tresna’s! The cats couldn’t have been easier to care for, and Max was an absolute sweetheart who stole our hearts. The apartment building has a ton of amenities making for a very comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend for any other sitters!

I had a wonderful sit with Blanche & Doug. They are very cool cats and very easy to care for. Playing with them brought me so much joy and laughter. The house is a work of art and very comfortable to stay in. The neighborhood is great for walks and close to restaurants, shops & anything you would need. Natalia had 2 of our bunnies to board at hers over a long weekend whilst we were away. They were given an ideal outdoor set up in a safe, secure run in the garden and there was always someone at home whilst they were outside to keep a watchful eye. At nighttime or if they were out the bunnies were moved to a secure indoor run within their summer house in the garden. I received daily photos and updates. She also called in to feed our cats and collected post and milk from the milk man ect. I felt completely at ease leaving our animals in her safe hands as you can see how loving a nurturing Natalia is towards all animals. I highly recommend and will be using her services again.
Natalia has been walking our dog Joey for about 2 months now and has also boarded him overnight for a couple of nights. She is amazing with dogs and Joey is always super excited when he meets her, which is the best 'client' testimonial.
Whiskers, Feathers and fur recently walked my very excitable doggo whilst I was unwell, Millie (my pup) thoroughly enjoyed the walks and came back worn out everytime 😁. Just brilliant! Natalia looked after our kitten during the summer break. We have never used a service like this but we were so impressed. She really does care for your pet and we had so many photos and videos that we knew he was in safe hands. We will be using her services again and we are more than happy to recommend her to others.
Natalia looked after our guinea pigs a couple of times whilst we were away and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She kept them company, provided a stimulating environment and updated us regularly with pictures. On one occasion, I contacted Natalia the night before we went away as we booked a last minute break and she was really flexible and super helpful! We are so grateful that we used Natalia to look after our new kitten during our summer breaks. She has such a love of animals, and this was evident from the care and attention she gave Smidge during her visits. She kept our kitten entertained, providing her with stimulation and company. Natalia provides a fantastic and reliable service. I was looking for a dog walker and someone to care for our chickens when we were away. I came across an advert for Natalia online so we contact her and it was the start of a wonderful service. First and foremost the dogs and our chickens love her. Secondly, and just as importantly Natalia is extremely trustworthy and reliable. She communicates very well, and even gives our dogs little toys or treats on special occasions. She has also been able to help out at short notice when we have had a family emergency and needed help with additional dog walking unexpectedly. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
We have used Natalia and Whiskers, Feathers and Fur on many occasions when we have been away. Our cats are very shy with strangers but have always been super happy to see Natalia who will always go the extra mile with them (including finding her way through our building site to feed them). She plays with them, leaves them treasure hunts of treats to find and will send us photos and videos so we know they are safe. We couldn't recommend her more (and frequently do to others!)
Natalia was absolutely amazing with our two! They are both very different personalities and she had them both charmed from the outset (even our shy cat). I could really tell how much she cared and her messages were really reassuring. Separately, I would also love her to take 'formal' photos of the two, she has a real eye! Our lab Henry has been a regular at Chandlers Cross for 7 years. He's always happy to arrive and wags his tail when he meets the lovely staff. He comes home happy and fit. We hate leaving our schnauzer as she doesn't like being left but we felt very confident that she would be well looked after by the nice people at this kennel - they seem really to care about the dogs, they were very friendly and helpful about all the arrangements, and it was very reassuring the way they urged us to visit in advance. At some kennels and dog "hotels" they seem reluctant to let you in at all. Our dog can't tell us if she enjoyed her two week holiday but she came home in good spirits, healthy, trim and clean. We will be hoping Chandlers Cross can take her next time we go away.
if your dog is a bit larger than the normal size of your dog breed or if your dog eats a bit more than the normal amount of its dog breed you should ask them to feed you more or bring your own dog food. but so far it's amazing

As daunting as it is and painful to leave special family member behind, Chandlers Cross staff (Jess) made me feel reassured and I could see how much passion they had for dogs and ensuring that dog needs would be met. Care offered be as good as I could hope it to be.
My dog is safe here when we are away. As a rescue she's nervous and doesn't love being away from us but we know we can go away with peace of mind that she is well cared for. All the staff are friendly and it's good to be dealing with real people when looking for a space or needing to amend a booking.
This is the first time here for Milo, wont be his last. Jess and Liz were so lovely with him, that he went in with ease. Thank you so much for taking him in at short notice, while i was having work done at home. Wonderful caring staff , wonderful kennels.

Canine Karma genuinely care for all the dogs in their care. Their boarding kennels strive to create a home from home, where the dogs are happy to stay. The on-site field is amazing where the dogs love to run, roam and play whilst supervised. The staff keep you regularly updated with photos and videos of your fur babies throughout their stay. Bella, our French Bulldog is on her second stay at Canine Karma and we both love it!
We recently adopted with Canine Karma and I can’t recommend them enough, Ellie and the team have been supportive and offer great advise and training. Our pup is growing each day and that is because of them, and the tools they have given us to make sure we keep structure to ensure the adoption process is smooth and successful. The fact that they work so hard on behaviour training and growing bonds with there dogs in there care just speaks for itself. If you are considering adopting 100% get in contact with them they are truly fantastic.
I couldn’t recommend this kennels more. They truly have your dogs best interests at heart and they do a lot of fun things throughout their stay. I have just picked up my dog after 15 days whilst we were away and she has had the best 15 days of her life. We got frequent updates on how she’s been and pictures and videos throughout the 15 days. She can’t wait to go back again soon.
Our Romanian rescue dog who is normally nervous and shy, was happy and comfortable during her stay. The staff are caring and passionate and kept us updated during Willows stay. She has just returned for her second visit and was clearly happy to be back and to see the staff again. It’s worth the cost to know your furry one is in caring hands- would defiantly recommend 😊
I was recommended by a family friend to leave my German Shepherd Chase in their caring hands. I’ve never left my dog with anyone in 12 years and was very apprehensive. However chase came back in very good spirits and the updates were great seeing him mingle with other dogs and generally enjoying himself. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional yet very caring group of people . Can’t thank them enough 😊
I highly recommend Canine Karma Resorts… My crazy German Shepherd Nala just came back from a week stay. We were so worried about leaving her. We recently put our dog into Canine Karma for 10 days whilst away over half term. Absolutely amazing. The staff are truly wonderful and are so good at their job. This was Mia's second stay at Canine Karma. Mia suffers from separation anxiety, and wherever she has gone for boarding, she hasn't been able to settle down. Canine karma is the first place she has not once cried. She loved her stay at Canine Karma, and she loved all of them. Gets so happy to see them. They looked after Mia so well. Tony has been walking our cavalier Daphne for 6 years since she was a puppy. Daphne loves her long walks (maybe not so much when it rains). She really missed them during lockdown. Tony has also built on the training we have done in regards to recall and we really noticed the difference. Being a spaniel she would chase birds and it took a long time for her to come back. Tony and Lindy are professional and flexible as we have sometime had to change pick up and drop off points last minute. Importantly they are also competitively priced. Would definitely recommend

Harry loves his walks with Tony, he hears the van in the drive and runs out ready to go! You can tell there is genuine care for the dogs and reassurance they are well looked after and interacting with similar good natured dogs.

Bunny feeding & visits We were away for a week and needed some help with looking after our two bunny’s. Thankfully, when we reached out, Irina was happy to offer a service. Irina popped in twice a day, once in the morning and evening to feed and fill in fresh water for the bunny’s during the week were away. Even when our travel plans needed to be brought forward unexpectedly, Irina was more than happy to come through and assist at short notice. We were very grateful for this. It is safe to say when we got back our bunny’s were happy and had full bellies! Thank you Irina! Highly Recommended! 😊

Kelly is absolutely fabulous! Dolly is always super excited on her Auntie Kelz days and an overnight stay is like all her Christmases coming at once! We love the pics and videos from walkies with the gang it always looks like they're having the best time.

I cannot find words fitting enough to tell you how wonderful Amanda is. We first met Amanda last year when we were about to move area and we were keen to find the right person to help care for our little pooch whilst we were at work. Amanda’s reviews were really positive so we arranged a meeting. From the first meet we could see just how caring she was with pets and how she really wanted to find a personalised way to get the best out of her time with Bailey. I immediately gave Amanda a key to our home and she has been trust worthy, considerate and accommodating with any extra needs we have. Our dog loves Amanda, she’s family to us and we’d all be lost without her. I started using Amanda at the start of this year and she has been amazing! When I met her with my puppy Hazel, she was so lovely with her and instantly put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Amanda. I have one dog who has a few health issues and Amanda is really flexible about providing home visits or walks. I never have to worry if Amanda is looking after my dogs, I know she looks after them as if they were her own.
Amanda is fantastic, she really gave me peace of mind when I had to leave my young kittens for a business trip. I got updates while I was away and came back to two very happy kittens who had clearly been treated well. I've booked Dizzy Pet Care for several more dates later this year and Amanda was flexible with last minute changes and very quick at communication.
Amanda ia a joy, i don't know how i managed before I found her! She is always so flexible and happy to move my bookings when my work arrangements change. Stanley is getting old and a little grumpy so it was a huge bonus that Amanda only takes one dog at a time, she took her time to get to know him and he gets so excited when she arrived. Can not recommend her highly enough.
Amanda is great, our two cats were well looked after and she provided updates throughout the week we were away on how they were doing. One of our cats is very she and she came out for her on the first day! Amanda also asks lots of questions about the pets needs etc... a great service!
Just come back from a long family holiday and Dizzy Pet Care was responsible for our indoor ragdoll cat. Amanda has been absolutely amazing . I had updates daily and videos of how he was and I could see how well looked after and happy he was . He had playtime , cuddles , clean food and litter everyday and in between lots of grooming and pamper for his long fur! We came home and could see how well looked after, happy healthy and looking just as he was when we left . Cannot thank Dizzy Pet Care enough for doing such an excellent job keeping our mind at ease for the first time away leaving our cat. Thank you very much .
Amy is wonderful with my standard poodle Angus. He loves running around with the other friendly dogs she walks and she always has a bag full of tasty treats so his behaviour and manners with other dogs has improved too! She has an active Facebook page where photos and videos are posted so you can see what your pooch has been up to!
When my previous dog walker moved away I was dreading finding somewhere new for my sensitive spaniel. Amy passed the "Lily" test immediately (not many humans do!) And I had no doubts that my girl would be well looked after. Amy goes above and beyond, and Lily clearly adores her. I don't trust many people with my dog and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! After having such a terrible experience leaving my dog in the care of someone I thought I could trust I never thought I would be able to leave my dog in anyone's care again. Having to work full time, i had to be realistic of what my options where and contacted multiple different local dog walkers. Having met with different walkers at home, I still did not feel confident leaving my dog and her puppies in there care. After starting to give up, I met with Amy she was a breath of fresh air and I have never seen my dog or her puppies warm to someone so quickly, she was not there to sell me the pipe dream but to ensure that Gigi and the pups where comfortable and calm. Amy was efficient and went through all the relevant documents to ensure that she had all health/behavioral information required. From there first walk the puppy and Gigi where coming home with lots of new training and tricks. Both always so relaxed and calm. Amy would walk them both in a group and after a certain amount of time hold the puppy so that she was not over walked but her mum would have the necessary amount of exercise being a Jack Russell. Gigi has changed as a dog since walking with Amy, she has come out of her shell again, her recall has improved and become a lot more confident in herself. As soon as Amy comes to collect her its as if no one else is in the room and does not even look back to say goodbye. Thank you Amy and the team for everything you have done!! I am sure Gigi is with you as I type this enjoying her run in the park!! Without you all we don't know what we would do!!

Since we got our puppy a few years ago, Pet Relief have been amazing. From visits during the day when our puppy was small, to regular walks now and even occasional boarding nights when we go away, our pup always has a great time! Lisa and Paul have also been great and if we ever need to change our plans plans at the last minute, they are always understanding. Through covid they have made sure that they follow social distancing to ensure they provide a safe service. Would definitely recommend.
Pet Relief look after my 3 cats in our own home whenever I go away and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are happy to do all the little things like watering plants and turning lights on and off as well as caring for my cats who are always super-happy to see them. Pet Relief have always been reliable, punctual and so good with my babies - I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Pet Relief have provided us with cat feeding visits for over 10 years now. My cats much prefer being left in their own home and surroundings opposed to being taken to a cattery! Pet Relief are consistent, reliable and particularly responsive if you have a last minute requirement too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you live in the Hertfordshire areas they cover.
Pet Relief provides a fantastic service both in terms of dog walking and dog boarding. They have been totally reliable, always finding cover where needed and will do little extra things like turning on and off lights and picking up post. They have found walkers for us when we have needed someone at short notice and have even taken my dog to the groomers when I have been unable to do so. I have complete confidence that my dog will be walked by someone who loves animals and not in an enormous pack unlike so many other companies that you see. My dog loves her regular walker almost more than she loves us.
So Paul visited us at home to meet us and familiarise himself with our cat and property.He was very friendly and professional. He understood our needs and was in contact with us whilst we were away.He was very reliable and we would definitely use him again when we go away. Highly recommended

I've been using Tim and the team for regular day care and occasional overnight boarding for a couple of years now. It's a wonderful set up, with all the comforts of home - a really lovely environment. My dog is so pleased to see Tim when she arrives as she knows she has a brilliant day of engaging walks and playtime ahead. Tim and the team look after the dogs impeccably - I trust them completely and my dog is tired and happy when I pick her up! Highly recommended.
From the very first time my dog and I met Tim, I knew that he was the right choice. Tim is incredibly calm, kind mannered and the perfect choice to entrust to look after my furry family member! My dog is always happy to see Tim (and actually squeals with excitement as we arrive!) and always comes home tired. Daycare with Tim has been a great help in socialisation, but also a major relief knowing that if I need to travel for work, or want to take some holiday time with the family that there's somewhere safe, trusted and suitable.
My dog absolutely loves going to Tim's be it for boarding or just for day care. I cannot rate the standard of care given highly enough. Tim and his team treat the dogs in their care as part of their family and all the dogs seem so content there. You can tell by looking at their photos that the dogs are exercised well and most importantly look happy.
Our 2 springer spaniels go to Tim (and Sarah his assistant) for dog walking and boarding. Tim is very thorough and organised and we feel 100% safe leaving our precious dogs in his care. He takes the dogs for TWO country walks a day and they always come home happy and shattered! Can’t recommend highly enough.
Tim runs a fantastic and very caring dog day walking and boarding business. Our dog was well looked after, and taken on long and fun walks with other active dogs. Often he would have been washed too and came back looking very groomed. I recommend this business to anyone that wants a premium and caring dog service.

They take great care to tailor his walks to suit him as he is now an elderly dog. We have never had any concerns leaving him for extended stays when we go away. It is a second home now for Dexter. Can recommend them without hesitation and would not leave my dog anywhere else!
My dog loves going for Day Care with Tim and his team -she can't wait to get through the door. Tim is always really helpful and even though I only use the service occasionally, and sometimes at short notice, they will always try to accommodate my requirements. Highly recommended.
