Emmanuelle and Ivan are wonderful people who went out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant stay. From walking us to the nearest subway station, to providing valuable information that one may need in a foreign city, to clearing closet space for us.... Their house is very cute, quiet and has an artistic feel to it with a cute little yard. Neighborhood is safe, about 45 minutes to Manhattan. Snafu, (her real name is window), their cat is sweet once you get to know her... she is not the type of cat that would cuddle right away...but after she got used to us she definitely enjoyed those belly rubs..:) Both Leilani and I are ever so grateful for this opportunity that allowed Leilani to dance at Ellison Ballet this summer! These guys are awesome, highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time looking after Buddy, Fin, Arthur and Charlie. Very pleasant walks through farmers fields and on to the local dog friendly pub was great. Kids enjoyed their lunch and water provided for the dogs. The cats took in turns to join the children at night, which they were delighted about and loved the cuddles. What a fabulous house too, very comfortable, attractive loft room available to stay in, along with the children’s rooms and beautiful, interior design throughout the house. Thank you for choosing us to stay.
Andrew and Sue were incredibly welcoming to their delightful home. Their lovely home was situated in a great suburb, within very easy access to Hobart City and surrounds. The best bit of course was looking after Bert (Bertie), he is a gorgeous Cairn Terrier with a very lovely and easy going personality. I must say, he and I had a lot of fun on his walks, met the neighbours and their dogs. He loved the Beach and chasing a ball around the oval playing field of the University ( although we weren't supposed to be there). Each morning I would awaken to Bertie waiting for me at the top of the stairs with one of his favourite toys so I could throw it across the room-that started each day off . My whole experience in Sandy Bay with Bert was fantastic and I thank Andrew and Sue for allowing me this pleasure, I would recommend this sit if it comes up again - A must! Michael
It was such a pleasure spending time with Beans in his beautiful home. Beans is the sweetest, kindest, loving old dog. We enjoyed our time together. Bonnie and Alan have a lovely cottage-style home in the quaintest/cutest city. The home is so neat and clean and so comfortable with great outdoor spaces. I highly recommend spending time with Beans. This was a great sit!
Great cats to sit for and the house was very spacious and clean
We (my husband Michiel and myself) had a wonderful stay at Les Palennes. We were welcomed warmly by Alison and Huard on their beautiful estate, where we stayed in a lovely and comfortable gîte. They explained us all the need to knows before leaving us with the wonderful donkeys Bill & Ben and their cat Chilli. We loved the animals and to take care of them. They are joyous and easy-going. We will miss them and love to return.
