This was my first sit and I couldn't have picked a better one to be honest! Neo and Nev are lovely! They were really helpful and I felt welcome and looked after during the sit. They even bought me back a little gift to say thank you when they came home which was so nice! Comack the cat was the sweetest little guy! He takes a few days to get comfortable around you but if you just let him do his thing he will come to you and then be your best mate. He loves a chat and appreciates lots of fuss once he's used to you. The piggies are brilliant! They kept me entertained and laughing with their different personalities and I totally fell in love with them both. Looking after all 3 boys is super easy, and if I needed any help or advice Neo and Nev were on hand to answer any questions about the animals or the house or anything else. Plus, their lovely neighbour was also there too if you needed anything. The house is awesome! It was left spotlessly clean for me. There are so many cool things to look at and use. The bed in the guest room is so comfortable! I need to get one haha :) It's set in a beautiful location with lots of countryside all around you and nice walks. An all round fab experience. I miss the boys already and would happily sit for them again. Don't hestitate to apply!
I really enjoyed my sit in Dallas, Mica was so welcoming and was very thorough in explaining the responsibilities prior to the sit and upon my arrival. “The boys” Lincoln, Otis, Churchill and Donner were all so wonderful and I miss them already! I did not have a car, but with grocery delivery available and plenty of ride share options, it was not required. If you’re looking to explore the Dallas area, look no further, this beautiful apartment has a resort style pool and courtyard, is in a quiet neighborhood and is about 10 minutes from downtown Dallas and 25 minutes from DFW. Gracious and welcoming hosts and lovely pets, you can’t ask for more!
I can only agree with the previous excellent reviews. Easy communication with the owners, great location, comfortable apartment and most of all wonderful Morty. He was on some medication during my stay but he ate it with his food so no problems there. Overall I would recommend this sit to anyone and would love to come back in the future! Alex and Roxanne are lovely and were very welcoming. Oatis and Yeti are such sweet cats - Oatis is very chatty and loves cuddles, Yeti is a little more reserved but loves playing. The apartment was in a perfect location, clean and bright. They were all great hosts and I hope to visit again. Thank you 🙏
Loved this sit! Lucy is such a sweetheart who loves to cuddle and play. She curled up in a ball on my lap while I finished my work and she was happy to chill on the couch with me too. Lucy was pretty easy to please and simply wanted to be close by me as much as she could. If she knew I was about to put her in her kennel she would hide under the couch, but as long as she wasn't given too much of a heads up she was very easy to put into her crate when needed. Overall, I had no trouble with Lucy and had a great time hanging out with her! Also, Jenny provided a beautiful house and everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. There's plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive and the neighborhood is nice to walk around with Lucy.

It's the third year we've had Martin looking after our 3 cats while we are away. It's been such a relief knowing they are in safe hands and well taken care of. He is very friendly and sends updates everytime he visits so we don't have to worry. It is so much better for out cats as well as they don't have to go through the trauma of being relocated while we are away and they always seem very happy in the pictures we are sent of them.
Pet Sitters have recently cared for our two cats for 7 days and the service was fantastic. Our cats are very young and this was the first time we had left them for such a long period. Martin who cared for our cats clearly understands how all animals have different personalities and really listened to our details of their different behaviours. I would highly recommend this service. Martin visited twice a day to check on our cats, feed them and provided some companionship.

Paula and her team have been walking our dog and providing visits to our cat when we go away for over 5 years now. They really are the best around. They have taken the time to get to know our dog, understanding her body language, matching her with other dogs perfectly for walks. They are reliable and communicate regularly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone who you'll trust 100%!
Retro & Friends is the only place we'll take our old Jack Russell. We have used them for 5 years and I'm sure our dog prefers being there than at our house! It's a home away from home. Paula is trustworthy, hard-working and well-liked, which shows in how busy they are and their waiting lists. Other dog walking/boarding businesses come and go as people think it's an easy job. Retro & Friends will outlast them all for their professionalism, safety and kindness. They have a waiting list for a reason, so don't settle for a chancer who has lots of availability - there is a reason for that too!
Really grateful to Paula for being incredibly flexible and friendly, offering pet visits for my two dogs at late notice during a difficult time. My dogs love her and my younger dog is a big Retro fan! Highly recommend for your dog sitting / dog walker needs in Chipping Sodbury area.

Charlie and her son Fraser are very professional..our Golden retriever Cooper has anxiety however since Charlie and Fraser have been walking him he's more calm and so tired after a lovely long walks with them... he's also walked with other dogs so a bonus!! highly recommended 👌 they can read the dogs so they know what will work for them
I always feel really reassured when Charlie looks after our kitties. She sends regular video updates and they associate her with the toy drawer when she comes over! She is very conscientious making sure they don't escape, as she is so used to pets. Thank you Charlie for your professionalism.
I cannot recommend Charlie enough. She takes great care to get to know the dogs she looks after and I can honestly say my Labrador absolutely adores her. He waits for her every lunchtime in anticipation of his walk and that says it all for me!

We simply can’t give high enough praise for Vick’s Dog Walking & Pet Services. Vicky is wonderful with our little Ernie. She took him on at just 5 months and has been amazing at supporting us with our new puppy. Vicky has continued Ernie’s training on her walks with him and delighted us, and him, with her care and love. Ernie is always so excited to see Vicky; he loves her dog friendly van and is learning valuable social skills when he gets to walk with the other dogs in Vicky’s care. He loves his ‘solo’ walks too and we’ve all been grateful for the times when she’s just popped in to be with him for a cuddle and some comfort whilst we’ve been out of the house. We feel so reassured when Ernie is in Vicky’s care; we know he is safe, loved and having fun! I trust Vicky completely and appreciate her professionalism, dedication, flexibility and kindness. Our 4 year old female black lab boarded for a week with Meryl at The Pet's Friend. She was very much at ease with Meryl and had a great time meeting the other dogs and going for walks with her new pals. Meryl is very kind, friendly and attentive to your dog's needs, and kept us updated with photos and messages. Our girl would have been quite happy to stay another week! Meryl had my dog for me for a week when I went on holiday and he had a lush time! I was kept updated with pictures daily and was reassured that he was nice and settled. When I came home he greeted me when I went to collect him and then proceeded to walk back into Meryl’s house and sit behind her as he didn’t want to leave!! Meryl is very calm and you can tell that she has a lot of affection for the animals she cares for, I am so glad I’ve found her service and I will absolutely love to use her again in the future!! 🩷
Meryl is very patient with our cat, Coconut. Coconut's very needy (loves getting affection) and doesn't like being by herself. Meryl comes over to our house twice a day to check up on her and gives her food, affection, a bit of play, etc. Our cat seems happier when I leave her in Meryl's care than when I put her up in a cattery where she's locked away in a small area and where there are several other cats that are looked after by just 1-2 cattery staff. I'd highly recommend Meryl to anyone who's looking for a patient and caring cat sitter. She sends us photos every time she comes over to keep us updated on Coconut which is a really nice gesture for us.
Meryl takes great care of our dog. She has a genuine love of dogs and we feel very reassured when he is with her for walks or longer stays. Meryl has looked after our cat and guinea pigs too which is a great help.

We highly recommend Rock House Boarding Kennels. Our dog, Benny, has been staying there during our holidays for the past 4 years. There have never been any issues and he seems happy to be looked after by Mike.
Picked happy dog up after our holidays. She was a rescue dog originally and not used to kennels but was relatively well behaved during her stay and has come back very fit, well and happy. Clearly the owners have a great understanding of dogs and would recommend using them.
I left Dora, my highly reactive Border Collie, in Mikes care. I was extremely nervous knowing her behavioural issues. Mike called me later in the afternoon to assure me that she had settled in fine and that he had gradually introduced her to the other dogs and she had been out with them without any problems!! I would certainly recommend this establishment. Thank you Mike. I had a great relaxing holiday.
Picked up our 2 yesterday after 10 days and they were clearly very well looked after. Both seemed happy and didn't smell which is a bonus! The owners are lovely people and listen to any concerns, also love the fact that the dogs are allowed to socialise together.
Thank you for taking care of Willow for us. It's great she had the opportunity to socialise with other dogs up to 5 times a day when she wanted to. It's reassuring to know she has a safe place to stay when we are away.

Mike is so nice. He knows all the dogs by name and he treats them all as individuals. The kennels are very clean. The dogs have plenty of space to run. Have used for years and my dogs always come home happy.
