Sitting sweetheart Marnie by the sea was wonderful. I (Cally)connected with Lisa months before the sit started and explained that it may be both me and Tracey coming or just Tracey as I was unsure of my commitments. She was very understanding and didn’t mind how it worked out. We had a long video call and she told me lots about the sit and gorgeous Marnie also made an appearance! Tracey and I ended up doing the first week together and she stayed on and did the second week solo. We spent a day and night at Lisa’s with her before she headed off on holiday the following afternoon and it was great to have this overlap time as we had a really useful in depth tour of the house and also got to all take Marnie out for a walk. Marnie is such a gentle sweet girl. She is independent but also likes to know where you are. She has a favourite toy called Eric and she carries him round wherever she goes in the house! Honestly you couldn’t want for a sweeter dog to care for. She would come into the room at night and sleep by the bed and then head off to one of her other beds at some point in the night. She just liked to know you were there and all was well! She was fabulous on walks and walked off lead really well. She also listened to commands really well. She adored going in the sea at every given opportunity and and would happily play on the beach for ages. Honestly a really easy dog to care for. One day I noticed her sitting by a Tracey’s campervan so I opened the door and she hopped in and settled down. This became her favourite spot during the sit
A lovely, comfortable home in a beautiful area. Two affectionate dogs who love their walks and snuggling up on the sofa in the evenings. The star of the show has to be Anfy the parrot, who kept us amused with his chatter. Talking back to him became very addictive!
We had a lovely visit in Paris with Piero, Laurence and little Thea! They were warm hosts who picked us up and allowed us to stay the night before as they were leaving in the morning. With Zoe and Toto we had a lot of fun with these two and their different personalities. Zoe is laid back and likes lots of cuddles and Toto is interested in any gossip and is also very affectionately. They were easy to care for. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to rail links into Paris. It is a lovely house with everything you would need for a great stay. I recommend this sit to anyone.

I had a great time spending my summer break with Obi and Lando! Jocelyn (the point person for this sit) was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with about both real logistics and less-serious exchanges about these two funny pups. Their apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and located in my favorite part of HCMC, right across the street from green spaces for walking the dogs and walking distance from a nice selection of restaurants, shops, and malls. Lando and Obi are chill, friendly apartment dogs and were good company. One thing to note: I found that the two dogs’ differing interests and personalities could tend to take them in different directions on walks. I chose to walk them one at a time because it was easier and I didn’t mind getting the extra steps in, but it would have been possible to walk them together, too. Would definitely recommend this sit for dog lovers coming to sunny, vibrant Saigon.
We had the absolute pleasure of sitting for Janet and her family's fur babies and loved every minute of our stay! Janet is a lovely person with a kind, friendly and warm demeanor. Although we didn't get to meet in person before the sit, we had a nice conversation over the phone and enjoyed communicating via text during their trip. She even took the time to email us fabulous suggestions for our Hawaiian Vacation after our stay had ended, and they really added some magic to our adventure. We had a great time getting to know the furry family members. Sandy is about the sweetest dog ever! We walked into her home as total strangers to her, and she welcomed us with open paws immediately. Anais stole our hearts because she reminded us so much of our own very beloved and extremely missed, Wild Cat. The antics that take place between Maileigh and Nohea will keep you laughing nonstop. You will have a wonderful experience hanging out with all of them! Janet and her family's home is beautiful, located in a scenic neighborhood, and it's stocked with everything you need to make you feel right at home. Pacific Grove is a stunning part of Cali. It's an historic, seaside, walkable town with good restaurants, cute shops, and nice tourist attractions to explore, such as Lovers Point and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. "PG" as it's known by locals, is located between Monterey and Carmel, so you can take advantage of being close to places like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, and 17 Mile Drive, to name just a few fun attractions in the area. It's also near some awesome hiking trails and one of our favorite state parks, Point Lobos. We highly recommend caring for Janet’s fabulous menagerie any chance you get, and we hope to return sooner than later, as well!
