Rumpus

Leaving your babies, whether furry feathered, or scaly, is never easy. While we have no scaly critters, we have plenty of furries and feathered friends to care for. Rumpus was awesome!!! A few of the cats are sometimes fickle, but they went out of their way to make friends with all of them. Of course, some were more receptive than others but they never gave up and made sure all of them were well cared for. Our dog, Lola, loved having a new friend in Rumpus. Lots of belly rubs and outdoor frolicks were had! Taking care of a farm can have its challenges. Rumpus handled everything and anything that came their way like a pro!

We were very happy with Lauren and Scott Squid the dog was well loved I’m sure while we were away and our garden was well watered.Our home was just as we had left it and some lovely home made rum balls for our return. Would highly recommend them. Thank you

Brooke was an exceptional pet sitter for our 3 cats during the week we were away. She was attentive, reliable, and communicated regularly, providing updates and photos that reassured us our pets were in good hands. She made a lot of effort with the kitten Chichi who is known to be a little afraid of strangers but within a couple of days they were cuddling on the sofa. Our cats were well-fed, played with, and happy upon our return. We highly recommend Brooke for anyone in need of a caring and responsible pet sitter.

We were incredibly impressed with Russell and Hatsumi's care for our four dogs, Belle, Jelly, Puffy, and Brownie. They communicated brilliantly, providing daily updates and photos that kept us reassured. We returned to a spotless home and, most importantly, happy and well-cared-for dogs. The most important were the dogs, and we find they happy and relaxed. House was generally tidy, but they could not do much maintenance outside, or the jobs we asked for. Even if they always knew when we were coming back, they organise to leave hours early and couldn't do hand over. It could be justified, but it was a bit disappointing not be able to come home relaxed. In the rush, he forgot to clean or re fill the cars we let him use for more than a month. Probably travelling wirh children isn't easy, so I understand he couldn't focus in much more.. they didn't replace most consumables they used, as oil, detergent, cans. But as I said, House was generally good and dogs ok.

Mathilde has a lovely gentle nature and our two cats loved her immediately. She was attentive and cared for them so very well in our absence, giving us regular updates throughout. Arriving home our house was clean & organised. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she really is a wonderful pet sitter.

I thoroughly enjoyed looking after Meeka in Cheryl’s lovely home. Meeka is a sweet, well trained dog & Cheryl left an excellent print out of her daily routine & had all her pre cooked dog meals ready in the freezer. The house is comfortable with a deck that has a great view of the city & coast. Loved enjoying the morning sunshine & having lunch there. Although a car would be useful, there is a large supermarket within walking distance & a local bus service to take you down the hill to the city centre & beach. I would have no hesitation in recommending this house sit to a couple or single person.

This sit was great.  The apartment was conveniently located to Georgetown, the Zoo, and easy to get to the National Mall and Smithsonian museums.  It has lots of windows with beautiful views of the trees in the park.  Has plenty of parking available, comfortable bed, and the cats were so easy to care for.  Renae
