Journey & Dave

Journey and Dave spent three weeks at our home taking care of our cats and we were so lucky to have them! From the very first interaction they were kind and considerate and put us totally at ease. They arrived the day before we left and we showed them around our house and holiday cottage and did a walkthrough of our routine. Journey took notes and was so attentive. They were accommodating and flexible with all of our requests. Throughout our trip Journey sent updates and lovely pictures and videos of the girls. We have two senior cats with some health issues and often their routine needs to be altered day to day depending on their behaviour. Journey was great at communicating any issues with me and incorporating my suggestions. Both my senior girls were happy and healthy when we returned. Journey and our kitten Smokey seemed to really bond. Journey spent time playing with Smokey to keep her entertained and drain her endless kitten energy. Our houses and garden were in perfect condition when we returned. Dave offered to help in the garden and we gave him free rein. No surprise that we came back to a garden that looked better than when we left! Dave made us an amazing beef stew for our return and it was so lovely not to have to cook dinner. From start to finish both Journey and Dave went above and beyond. There is a real sense of love and care to everything they do. I can’t express how fortunate we felt to be able to visit my family for three weeks knowing that our home and cats were in the best hands. I would absolutely recommend Journey and Dave and would love to have them back to sit for us again!

Miraim and her partner Adam are superstars. They were everything we needed. They even left the house cleaner than we left it after a professional clean. They are trully a lovely couple and should indeed be your first pick if you need sitters. \C, L, A and Ly

Hannah & David

This was the first time we have used Zeewoi and our beautiful dogs are especially precious to us so we had to feel comfortable with our new sitters. We have to say that we felt confident that Hannah and David would look after our girls even at our initial chat on zoom. We were able to have them stay with us the night before our trip to show them around and have them meet our dogs. We knew during that brief time that we could relax and enjoy our trip away and that our dogs and home were in safe hands. You can't ask for more than that in my opinion, that's the most important factor of any trip away, not having to worry about anything at home. They sent us photos of the dogs on their walks & relaxing in the sitting room and were prompt in replying to any messages. I would certainly recommend Hannah & David as competent sitters and would glady have them sit for us again.

Gill

Gill was organised, polite and left the flat very tidy and clean. She regularly sent me updates and videos of playing with Kiki (my cat). Kiki had some good times playing and clearly felt more relaxed around Gill by the end of her stay. Gill was also very sensible and safe e.g. making sure the windows were locked when necessary. My microwave became faulty when attempting to show Gill the controls so she wasn't able to use it, but she was very gracious about this (sorry Gill!). I am really grateful to Gill for looking after my flat and Kiki whilst I was away.

Absolute best of the best. It was obvious how much they love pets. I felt like my dog got to have a camp or vacation experience when in their care, and it showed when I came home and he was clearly hoping they were walking through the door and not me! They gave him great outings and spoiled him with love and attention. They took great care of my home and were self sufficient and communicative of all the fun they were having.

Neil

Neil and Tracey were truly an outstanding couple. Having already had several sits until now, we can confidently say they were one of the best sitters that we’ve ever had. From the initial confirmation of the sit until the end, they were always responsive and quick in communication. They were respectful of our house and attentive to details. In our household, we had 4 adult cats, as mentioned in our announcement. And due to unforeseen circumstances, there were also 2 additional kittens, ready to be rehomed, and a newborn. Despite this unexpected turn of events, Neil and Tracey handled all of them with remarkable grace. We only came to learn later that they had a family emergency during the sit. Despite this unforeseen event, they not only stayed until the last date, but did so with dedication and commitment during a challenging time. Upon our return, we were pleasantly surprised to find the house impeccably clean. In our previous sits, a lot of the times, there have been minor issues/differences upon our return, but Neil and Tracey went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect order. We were very fortunate to have them. Any pet parent receiving their sit application would be exceptionally lucky to have such a reliable and dedicated couple. It is a shame that zeewoi only allows five stars.

Thomas & Wendy

Wendy and Thomas were absolutely brilliant. There were zero issues whilst we were away, they maintained our place beautifully. Even left us a few surprises when we got back which were very appreciated. Would recommend them to anyone and hopefully they will be available to house sit for us again. Thank you guys! :)

Amanda

Amanda is a joy. Just a lovely and very reliable person. This will be her 4 th looking after Bella who adores Amanda. She is excellent with dogs as well as keeping the house tidy. On our return there was a delicious homemade soup and a salad. Thru zeewoi we have found a wonderful sitter but also a lovely person and friend.

Adam & Charley

We would have no problems in recommending Adam and Charly for future sits, particularly for those pet owners with ageing dogs who need a bit of extra care - however, we're sure they'd be brilliant with young pooches too. Fergal was very chilled when we got home, which is always a good sign and the regular 'pupdates' showed that he was getting out and about and being thoroughly spoilt! The house was left clean and tidy which was lovely. We would definitely invite Adam and Charly to sit again

Heaven

Heaven was an excellent house sitter. She was all the things just mentioned and in addition has a very pleasant manner. She is one of those people who bring happiness with them. My dog ( who can be fussy) loved her. Heaven did much more than I asked of her including cooking tea on the day I returned. I can thoroughly recommend her and wish her well in her journey.

We had such a lovely, wholesome time staying here. Rebecca & Phillip were great hosts and they have a beautiful, spacious and well equipped home. They told us everything we needed to know about the house & the pets and made us feel really welcome! 
Ghillie & Sparkie are awesome dogs and such a loveable duo - they are really well behaved, loyal, full of character and easy to look after. We drove them to lots of places in the area and had such a lovely time exploring with them. It was so nice to open the kitchen each morning and see how excited they were to see us! Maple (Queen Maple as we called her) is a real sweetheart; loves a cuddle, super affectionate, yet loves to make her presence known and certainly tells Sparkie who is boss! They all get on very well! 
Finally, Fred & Wilma were real characters too - it was fun to watch them have a roam around their beautiful garden whilst we had a coffee on the patio!
We had such a lovely time here and would certainly come back!

Cynthia

This is a great sit. Cynthia is a wonderful host and has a great apartment with a balcony up in the trees. She has a well equipped kitchen and a cleaning lady who keeps everything ship shape for you, very nice. Cynthia's  neighborhood, Condesa reminded me of Paris with its parks and boulevards and fountains and cafes and totally changed my idea of Mexico City. It is lovely.
Jack and Bruja are fun companions and a good excuse to get outside onto the boulevard several times a day for a nice walk. Jack is a pretty big fellow so you will need some strength at times to restrain his exuberance.
All in all, highly recommended!

Becky & Frankie

Becky+Frankie are the best hosts. 
They provide a very detailed guide that they print off for you, as well as hand written post-it notes around the apt to make sure you feel like you're at home. 
Their apartment is right next to the police department, as well as local restaurants, and other various attractions such as a dog park, gyms(Burlington Y), and numerous grocery stores (Market 32 + City Market) — I felt very safe and at home in the area!
Artemis is so mellow  such a cuddly dog; she has her own spot in the living room + she loves going for walks. 
Overall Becky+Frankie do a fantastic job of preparing you for what to expect.

We can certainly recommend this as a great house sit. We arrived in time to meet the busy homeowners, who had thoughtfully arranged for a house cleaning that day. We had a choice of clean, comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom for our stay, as well as a secure indoor lock up for our ebikes. Caring for their sweet cat was a treat. Beast is very expressive and really loves being brushed while he eats. Ball-driven WuTang stole our hearts with her joyous antics and gentle ways. We would return in a heartbeat to play and cuddle with that beautiful, happy dog.

Rawan

Rawan was super accommodating and helpful during this sit. Shadow is shy at first but really comes out of his shell once he gets used to you! It was great to spend time with him in their clean and well-located apartment.

Michelle

Michelle and Daivd had me over prior to the pet sit to introduce me to Athena and Finn, walk me through the pups feeding routhine, and taking the pups for a walk. That was very nice.

The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is great with side walks through out. The best part is it sits on a golf course. Right outside the backdoor is easy access to walk on the maintenance path.

Athena was sweet and loving from day one. She is like a shadow! Finn could be coaxed to be my friend by giving him treats. 

I would love to sit for Athena and Finn again and if you get the chance you will have a wonderful time.
