It was such a treat to spend time with Ruby & Jack! Jack is a robust, confident tomcat who starts purring as soon as you pet him. He enjoys being outdoors but willingly comes in for the night to snooze around the house, on the sofa, or in the bed with you. Ruby is everything I love about goldens: sweet, sensitive, snuggly, goofy, hilarious, friendly… just about the perfect dog. She doesn’t stray from the property, so you can just let her out to enjoy the woods or to bark at the deer or say “hi” to the cows next door. We went on a few outings to keep things novel and interesting, but more than anything else we played lots of fetch in the yard. Ruby loooooooves to chase the tennis ball. The house is charming and rustic and close to downtown but far away enough to feel like you’re way out in the country—so quiet, I slept like a baby. Erin was a super nice person and a great communicator, despite being half a world away. 10/10 would come back and definitely recommend!
I had the most phenonmenal time looking after Bonnie,Buddy, Millie and Minnow! They all became such great work from home buddies, especially Buddy- who was unsure of me the first night and then wouldn't leave my side after that! Deb was incredibly communicative and the house was fantastic. Thank you so much, Deb!
I absolutely loved this sit! Ewelina and Julio are both really sweet. Their apartment is wonderful and it’s got everything you need. I live in central Krakow, and it was really nice to get to experience this side of the city, it is a calm and quiet area, very green with parks around, and beautiful houses. A treat in the spring! And Miss Pancake is the absolute star of the sit. She is so sweet and chill! She does take a bit of time to show herself, I was joking that my sit the first two days was 85% looking for her. But she then relaxed and started spending time with me, asking for belly rubs, she eventually even started coming to bed with me. She is really, really cute and funny and easy to look after. I recommend this sit and would happily return and do it again! :)
Sitting for Estella was wonderful—Nessie is a beautiful dog, the sweetest and chillest pup, she was a real joy to look after. There's an amazing park near by so our daily walks were had here, it's such a great place to stay. Estella's apartment is lovely, super clean and she was the best to communicate with—everything was all organised for me, you'd be lucky to sit for Estella and Nessie.
Cecilia is a lovely person, who made me feel so welcome & comfortable and even introduced me to her great group of friends & neighbours before she left. She went through everything needed to look after her home & Lexi. The house was extremely comfortable with breathtaking views. Lexi was great, we loved being curled up on the couch together and I'm missing her :) would go back in an instant. I didn't get to mind her gorgeous dog Annie on this occasion but was lucky enough to meet her and would happily mind them both! A dream team x
I had such a great time on this sit! Lee's home is beautiful, and in such a great neighborhood! The whole house felt so warm and welcoming. Loved it! Poppy is incredibly sweet, and we quickly became good buddies! She's so easy to care for, and we enjoyed lots of walks in the park! (Tooting Bec Common is only a block away.) She's such a great little companion, and I loved spending time with her. Communication with Lee was perfect the whole stay! I would absolutely come back anytime!
