My dog has been going here since August 2020, I highly recommend Annas ark pet care, I chose this place due to the amount off area the dog's have to play. Anna and her partner are so friendly, my dog gets so excited to see them that he runs in and doesn't even look back, they treat all the dogs as thier own and are part of thier family. They will ALWAYS try their best to accommodate your needs, nothing is never to much to ask. I highly recommend them, i for sure wil not be taking my dog anywhrre else.

Our boy has been going to Anna’s Ark since he was around 8 months old. He’s grown in confidence since attending and is now so excited in the car when he realises he’s off there for a play. Knowing how nervous I was about leaving him, Anna would send me messages and videos in the early days to let me know how great he was doing and how much fun he was having with the other dogs. Anna, Stu and Helen are so upbeat and positive; genuinely enjoying their jobs, with their love for our pups always apparent. They are happy to offer their advice and support too. Anna has kept in contact when our boy has been poorly; offering her support, love and guidance, which I have found very touching and have very much appreciated.

Anna and Stu are now a huge part of our dogs life! You can see the joy when he’s getting collected for his weekly playtime. They are incredibly caring and always on hand for help and advice. Could not recommend a more caring wonderful dog loving family! You can guarantee you’ll have a happy pup with Anna and Stu ⭐️

Anna's Ark offers a brilliant service. Luna joined the family in 2020, the most beautiful Goldie ever, but due to lockdown procedures, normal socializing was difficult. Going to Anna's sorted the issues, Anna, Stuart & Helen are brilliant with the dogs, treating them as though they are their own. The care and love Luna ❤️ received was second to none. I would highly recommend Anna's Ark. Luna is always excited to go. Thankyou.

Anna, Stu and Helen looked after our dog for over a year and she absolutely loved going there. We received videos from them so we could see how happy she was running around and playing with the other dogs. She was always excited to go every day and we could relax knowing she was happy and well cared for. I think any dog that gets the opportunity to go to Anna's Ark is a very lucky one.

I can't fault Anna's Ark it's our little cockapoo's second home and she absolutely loves it! She's gone to here since she was a puppy and from day one shes loved Anna and the team. Brilliant at communicating and keeping you up to date with things and when we've needed some last minute or extra days they have been brilliant with fitting our pup in (bonus with drop off's and pick ups especially now we have another baby in the family) also Helen being a dog trainer and getting in some lessons to help through the puppy stage helped us out so much! And then the socialising with other dogs at the Ark has done wonders for our girl. Would give more than 5 stars if I could, just can't recommend enough.

My dog has been going to Anna every week day for the last 6 months. Anna and her team are 100% brilliant. I can't thank them enough! They love my dog, and I feel totally happy knowing that he has a brilliant exhaustive time, under the care of people that care for and look out for him. Recently he's been a bit poorly and they've been awesome helping me (practically and emotionally!!). Please don't stop what you do! Love Em and Ron x

Our cockapoo Nelly previously went to another daycare for a half-day trial - she whined and cried the entire four hours she was there and we were told we needed to take her to a doggy psychologist. Turns out, we just needed to take her to Anna’s Ark! Anna worked with Nelly to build up her time spent at daycare gradually and was so patient and loving with her. Nelly now gets so excited when she she realises where we are going. She often doesn’t want to leave Anna, Stu and Helen. The socialising with other dogs has been amazing for her confidence and she greets and plays with dogs so much more calmly and politely now. I could not recommend Anna’s Ark more.

Anna is the best dog sitter ever! She is reliable, trustworthy and punctual and our dog loves her to bits! He has a fantastic time when she has him and comes home absolutely exhausted! He goes into crazy puppy mode every time she comes to pick him up and we know he is safe with her. We work long hours and our son is at school so Anna’s is the perfect place for a chewy Labrador to let off some steam and not eat the whole house! We love Anna and really don’t know how we would manage without her.

From the very first contact Anna was so helpful, fitting Bella our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel of 8 months into her schedule on exactly the day and times needed. I have had so many helpful tips on feeding and nothing is too much trouble. Bella absolutely loves it at Anna’s from her morning welcome cuddle with Stu she enjoys every moment playing with the other dogs at Anna’s Ark coming home tired and happy! I can’t recommend this wonderful place highly enough.

Our little dog loves staying with The Wag Pad team. They really do cherish their guests, a real home from home. I would recommend these kennels to anyone.

What a fabulous kennels! My two girls have spent the last 13 days here. The pictures that have been posted on Facebook have been all the evidence I need to see how happy they have been. I can't recommend the Wag Pad enough. The staff are all fantastic and so caring. Thank you to everyone involved.

Always a great experience. My dog had lost her life partner so we were waiting for a phone call to bring her home. She had a great time and was hand fed when needed

This kennel is amazing. We have tried many options from home boarding to various local kennels and have had various problems. On our first arrival our nervous dog Grace who has never settled with anyone, nipped Jo. We thought we would be sent away. Jo decided to take our 5 dogs and see how they got on. Within a day our dogs were happy and running off lead in the field. We have visited many times now over the last 3 years. We travel a 5 hour round trip from Bristol to board at the Wag Pad and it is worth all that travelling to know our dogs are happy. Thank you Jo Lisa and the team.

Our pack had a great time at the Wag Pad recently. Jo and the team were really accommodating to all 5 of our dogs needs who ages ranged from 3-13 and therefore had varying amounts of energy to let off during their time there. it was the first time that 3 of them had been back into any form of kennels since being rescues from the Dogs Trust and so we were a little apprehensive but the dogs did not look back on their return each evening so it seem we were more worried than they were!!! Thank you for giving us peace of mind.

Sarah and colin were very welcoming, showed us around the kennels very clean, tidy organized. The dogs that they had in were happy.. good clean kennels and play/ and walking areas for the dogs. Thank you for tour and look forward to bringing sky to you..

Our 2 boys had a lovely stay at the Wag Pad. We were really concerned that they would pine, but they obviously had a really nice time. We were even sent Facebook updates with pictures of our boys during their stay. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 'The Wagpad' at about 2pm with our dog for her trial overnight stay prior to a 'provisionally' booked three week stay, to make sure she'd be happy there, however, never got inside the gate,as we'd arrived beyond their morning opening hours (due to unforeseen circumstances)! This admittedly, was my fault, as I hadn't read the opening hours on the website! However, the girl that came to the gate wasn't welcoming, polite or obliging in any way, & told us we had to fill in a booking form (which presumably we had been expected to complete online, but which I could have completed whilst there if she had offered me one. Also we don't live in the immediate area, & albeito only 10 miles away (20 miles round trip) & had made a special journey to get there! (Fuel, time, inconvenience etc)! The kennels may be wonderful, but first impressions always count, & whilst I only wanted to give it a one star rating, I gave it an extra star as I was at fault for not taking note of the opening hours! I'm sorry Wagpad, but I'll be cancelling my 'provisional three week booking & I suggest you give your staff some 'Customer Relations' training!

My dog jumps out of my car wagging her tail, and goes off with Sarah or Lisa very happily. She obviously enjoys her time there!

Nicky house sat and looked after Nico while we had a week away. We had Pupdates everyday and could see he was happy in his own environment and it was lovely to come home to warm lived in house. Definitely recommend Dogs ‘n’ Mogs every time

We recently had Nicky look after our rescue cat Morgan. Nicky was very understanding of Morgans needs and sent me regular updates to keep me informed. It was so reassuring to know that Morgan could stay in her own home with the care and attention she needs. When we came home Morgan was relaxed and our house was spotless. Thanks Nicky 😊

Nicky looked after our dog for a week. It was so lovely to be able to relax on holiday knowing that our dog, and house, were being looked after so well. Nicky is so friendly and reliable, with obvious experience of looking after animals. We arrived home to a very happy dog, and a very clean house! Would not hesitate to recommend Nicky for any pet sitting services.

Nicky was just “paw-some” from start to finish! From the initial visit to meet our dog, Porkie right through to finishing her sit! I felt comfortable knowing that Porkie was in safe hands, in his own home and the pupdates received were amazing. Nicky was so fab with our pooch Pablo - treated him like an absolute king! He looked straightaway at ease with Nicky & the walks he had each day he was totally spoilt with - Nicky made the whole process so easy & stress free - our home was spotless too on arrival home! Nicky was a volunteer walker for my lovely Golden Retriever, Phoebe. Phoebe was lucky to have many lovely walks and enjoyed the fuss and attention she always had from Nicky. Nicky also helped when I was on holiday - looking after my cat and dog. She really loves animals and is kind and gentle with them. She is reliable and efficient and I thoroughly recommend her. 🙂

Wow where do I start? Nicky is fantastic at what she does, attentive & so lovely. I was kept completely up to date the whole 5 days I was away with photos, messages & details of how my fury boy was behaving! He loved it, I felt completely at ease, i will definitely be booking dogs n mogs again in the future! My house was also completely lovely to walk into with freshly washed sheets hanging on the line, hoovered & freshly mopped floor & a very happy doggy. Our dogs have been staying at Trixie paws from its very start. Since our buddy and Betty passed away we had a pup who has been going to Trixie paws since she was six months old and it has been a second home for her. I know she is safe, well cared for, stimulated, socialised and probably having more fun than us. Charlotte keeps us up to date on what she has been upto. They stay in a beautiful, cosy home as one of the family. Only problem is the sulking we have to cope with when they have to leave. Pippa loves Trixie Paws and so do we.

This field is a lifesaver! Since we started to bring our boy there, he's been such a chilled dog! The space is massive, all fenced, and Charlotte still offers you free poo bags, toys and treats. Our baby boy loves to go there and also us! It's always fun our time in the field!

I love taking my dogs to the field here. They have a really good run and it is so secure.

We had an amazing time. Rides for all ages. Kept lovely and clean and the staff there were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Super friendly to owners and dogs. Great service and helped us out while we were on holiday. 5 stars all the way.

Took my two dogs here for the first time the other day will definitely be a regular visitor perfect environment right on my doorstep and a very reasonable price

Will only board dogs that have been spade or neutered. Very disappointed as told ot was a legal requirement. It is not required but is recommended.
