Claudia and Bob are great hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. Their home is very comfortable and roomy. Beautiful back porch with bed swing overlooking large, private yard with lots of birds to watch. The kitties are wonderful! Stella is shy at first but easy to win over and I had her on my lap within 3 days. Their new kitten, Dani, is the best kitten! So fun and playful and a real purr factory and cuddle bug. There is so much to do in the area and it is called the nature coast for a reason. Hiking, kayaking, touring quaint towns, manatees and several state parks! I would absolutely love to return to take care of their home and kitties!
The House sit for Kirsten and Kevin was great! They are super friendly and communication was quickly and easy with them. Kevin even picked me up from the airport. Walter, Charlie, Katniss and Simba are real sweethearts and it was a treat to care for them. They love a good snuggle on the sofa (especially Walter). The house is clean and in a peaceful area. I would definitely recommend Housesitting here!
This was a fantastic sit in a tropical jungle setting and a split level comfortable house with all mod cons. Staying here for 2weeks felt like living in an exotic five star resort. Chris and Barry are lovely and generous people - we enjoyed their company for dinners at the start and the end. Also we could stay for two extra nights until the beginning of our next sit. All instructions were clear and detailed, communication always prompt and we got the use of their car to drive Murphy to the beach. Murphy is a lively and fun dog - we were sad to say good bye. Also handsome Mr Darcy the cat was easy too look after and good company. We would love to return one day and highly recommend this sit.
I had a great time watching Ben! He is a very sweet boy. Georgina is an awesome host and made me feel welcome right away! Communication was always consistent and clear. There are some nice fields, cafes, restaurants and markets within walking distance of the house. Thanks! :)
Baxter and Fitz are a dapper pair of gentlemen. Baxter was friendly and inquisitive on the first day and Baxter warmed to us by day two. Communication with Caroline was prompt and clear and we received a warm welcome on our arrival. Her home, which is both contemporary and comfortable, offers a breathtaking view over the Humber Estuary. Cleethorpes is a hidden jem and well worth a visit.
Super sit - Darcy (he will let you know drop the Mr after a day) is a super fun dog - very sociable and with excellent manners. I I took him a lot to the local dog park - Carden Farm - about 10 min from Sally's - he has lots of doggy friends there He also likes going to the pub... In general he's good with people but for some reason doesn't seem keen on hipsters... 🤷♂️ 😂 Miss Elizabeth is shy at first but after a day or so starts to rub round your ankles. She has a super cute miaow and likes to watch Netflix.. Sally was super communicative and everything was easy to arrange - her place is cosy and she has a nice porch to sit out on. She was super chill and flexible about my arrival and departure days Super recommend and I would sit for Sally anytime ☺
