The home of Gay, John, Pouschka and Tigger in Kerjouan near the village of Plouguernével in the wide green countryside of the central Bretagne is a magical place of peace and quiet, of old stone and the shelter of trees, of birdsong and owls and raspberries. I have loved every minute of my stay, seventeen glorious days of incredibly mild late summer in the company of dear Tigger and Pouschka, two of the best cats in the world. Unfortunately I did not meet Gay and John in person as they were already on holiday when I took over from their previous sitter, but we exchanged nice messages and it was easy to stay in contact through Whatsapp. I am glad that they entrusted me with taking care of their little furry friends and their comfortable house, and I would be very happy to return some day.
I had a lovely time looking after Milly who is friendly and cuddly but not over demanding. Chris and Steph have a comfortable, homely house in a beautiful rural setting. They are excellent hosts and I can highly recommend this sit for cat & countryside lovers.
It was a privilege to look after David and Arda's beautiful home and 3 characterful cats. All the instructions and contact information for smooth running of the house were clear and helpful. Being based on a "Big Game" Wildlife estate, it certainly helps to be "bush savvy", and aware of the various challenges and wildlife interactions that you will encounter. The kitties were a delight, 3 completely different personalities, always endearing and wonderful to develop individual relationships with them over the time I spent there. I hope to have the opportunity to look after them and the house again.
I had an absolutely wonderful time at Lindsey’s beautiful home, and a busy time caring for all the amazing creatures. Xxx
Was a pleasure to look after Reggie & Belle. Reggie is one of the calmest puppies I have ever taken care of. Ready to have lots of fun, but also to chill out. Belle is so low key and sweet. Susan lives minutes away from the best park in Atlanta, has a beautiful home, and is easy and clear to communicate with!
Amazing sitting experience! Laine and Forest were super nice, helpful and communicative from the start and even offered to pick me up/drop me off at the local train station, which was much appreciated. Of course, as has been said, Mr. Wilson was the sweetest pup! I can't remember being around such an intelligent, friendly, loving dog. He made friends everywhere we went in Encinitas and made my job so easy! Definitely recommend and hope I get the chance to connect and sit again in the future.
