Bonjour! We have just returned following our holiday pet sit with Coco and it couldn't have been better. From early communications with Debs she was always readily available to answer any question and assist with anything needed. Her and Vince are lovely and have a charming historic home with ideal accomodations for sitters. Clean tidy and well appointed. All information needed to care for Coco and their home was clear and available. Now for Coco she was a fun little cat whom quickly became known to us as Coco Bear with her soft and dense black coat of fur. Coco was out and about during the day but by bedtime she was ready to snuggle up. She was extremely gentle with us and enjoyed being picked up. She likes some wet food and her dry kibble twice a day. For location they are within a 5-7 minute walk from the village of Vanzac and only 15-20 from Jonzac where the larger stores and train station is located. Bordeaux is an easy hour drive and many other Villages for day trips are all around. We recommend Debs, Vince and Coco without hesitation. Looking forward to the opportunity to hopefully pet sit Coco again in 2024. Cheers to pet sitting, it's the best! Susan and Jeff
I had nice time with Junot & Banana. Home is very comfortable and in a good location, I really enjoyed staying in Red Hook. I recommend it for anyone and I’d be happy to do it again.
Communication with Sandra and the handover were very good. The cats were already very curious and friendly when we for the first time entered the flat for the handover. We were told to not leave any edible things anywhere around as the cats would eat anything and indeed – when we once brought groceries into the kitchen they were very curious and put their heads into the bag extremely quickly. The flat is huge and contains all necessary amenities (although we unfortunately couldn’t figure out how to switch on the dishwasher on our last day before we left). We slept in the comfortable bed very well although you are REALLY in the center of buzzing Wedding. Therefore there are only a few parking spaces and they are payable. The cats are so cute and adorable that we even stayed over new year’s eve at home with them since Lucky was scared and hid under the bed; normally she would wake us up in the mornings very sweetly purring, head-bumping and walking over our heads 😊 The only downside was that one of the cats defecated not in one of the two cat toilets - although we of course cleaned them literally immediately when they were used – but in the hallway (3 times during our stay).
We had a lovely week at Nicole’s house with Bernie and Jose! The pets are super nice and friendly. We had a morning and afternoon walk with Bernie and we really enjoyed playing freezbe with him. He likes playing with the ball as well and loves the cookies! Jose is an affective cat who liked sleeping on the bed beside us. Super cute. The house is very cozy and well maintained. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Nicole was always in touch with us and we felt confident about caring her values. Joseph was very friendly when we went to meet each other. He took us to the park and showed us important things around the house. I strongly recommend these host and these pets for pet sitting. Lovely people and lovely pets. Hope they are well and keep using this app.
10/10 would recommend sitting for Jessica and Jason! They were so easy to communicate with, made me feel right at home and were totally flexible with any needs that came up during my stay. The pups were very well-mannered and easy to care for. They each had their own unique personality, complement each other very well and are great companions for the sit. Crouton the cat was wonderful as well! Jessica and Jason's home is beautiful, very well maintained, in a safe neighborhood and very convenient to all Napa and the bay area have to offer. Overall fabulous experience!
