Joseph and Veronica have a beautiful, comfortable home in the mountains. They make you feel at home for your stay. As a remote worker, the internet was fast and Scottie is really well behaved during the day for meetings. It was a great place to work from and Durango is a lovely town to explore. Scottie stole the show though. He is a mellow guy. Always quick to roll over and get a belly rub. He loves companionship and will wander around the house to be near you when you relocate. He's such a sweetheart and very easy to care for. I'd sit for them again so I highly recommend this sit if you are able.
I loved these two cats so much!! Luna and Panther are really affectionate - a total joy to sit. Kerry and her partner were great hosts and had regular contact. It’s a really comfortable, warm and welcoming home in a great spot near the Yorkshire Dales and Moors. I would highly recommend to my fellow sitters and hope to be back one day soon.
Please see the review for the 2nd part of our sit. In between the sits, we went to Kuala Lumpur on a $30 budget airline flight for 4 days of shopping and eating. While prices in Singapore were mostly lower than in the US, KL was 1/3 - 1/2 of Singapore's prices for food, massages, and shopping at stores like Decathlon and Uniqlo.
What a great house/pet sit!! Erika and family were super hosts.....easy going, friendly, thoughtful and made me feel very welcome! Erika is well organized and a good communicator, quickly responding to any questions I had. Their beautiful home is sunny, clean and comfortable with an awesome outdoor space to relax in, which I thoroughly enjoyed. They are located in a quiet neighborhood with most amenities you might want or need close by. It’s just a hop on to RT 101 for a short drive to downtown Santa Barbara and/or for a walk on the beach. Kitties, June & Dusty, are sweet and so easy to care for. Dusty is a bit shy but loves a good belly rub. June is the playful one and VERY affectionate. I really miss our morning snuggle time! And, the fish are a breeze to care for and quite beautiful to watch. I truly enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend this sit!
I had a lovely experience taking care of Zilker and Tiffanie’s place. Zilker is an absolute sweetheart. She’s calm, patient, well behaved, cuddly, adventurous, funny, and friendly. I equally enjoyed long walks in the park with her as I did snuggling on the couch together. I will miss her SO much! Tiffanie was a very friendly and welcoming host. She had everything I could possibly need explained in the welcome guide and was always in touch and helpful. Tiffanie’s place is beautifully organized, clean, and peaceful. I would absolutely sit again and hope to see Zilker again soon <3.
