Tiffany was a phenomenal house and pet sitter during our recent holiday overseas. She is an excellent communicator, punctual, respectful, and proactive. We have one diabetic inside cat and one outside cat. Tiffany was able to learn our diabetic cat's entire blood testing and insulin injection process in under an hour. She was then able to successfully blood test him twice a day to ensure that his glucose levels remained in an acceptable range. Additionally, Tiffany was very attentive in ensuring that our inside cat never went on an outdoor adventure. We were very grateful for her extra effort in managing the indoor/outdoor behaviour of both pets. She also sent us daily photos of both boys. I was absolutely blown away by Tiffany's ability to learn quickly and act self-sufficiently. Thanks to Tiffany's diligence and attention to detail, we were able to truly unwind and relax knowing that our house and cats were in excellent hands. Tiffany was also extremely respectful of the house in asking whether it was acceptable for a friend to spend time at the house for New Year's. While asking was not necessary, we really appreciated her conscientiousness and courtesy. The house was also left in excellent condition when we returned.
