Gina was lovely and little Coco was an absolute delight. This was such a positive pet sitting experience for me. Gina provided detailed instructions so I felt well prepared and she was also very responsive and helpful if I had any questions while she was away. As for Coco, she is affectionate, full of personality and loves spending time with you. She was just such a little sweetie and I felt very sad to leave her.
Sitting for Alyssondra and her dogs, Gus and Hobbes was fantastic! Mount Pleasant is a fantastic area and they are just in the heart of things. The dogs were very well behaved, friendly, and loved to just hang out with us. Their house was super clean, and Alyssondra was super communicative and left clear instructions. 10/10 would recommend and would love to house sit again!
I had a wonderful time sitting for Chris with Skitty and Paisley. Chris is lovely and was really kind and helpful getting me set up to sit the kitties at her home. Paisley and Skitty are super friendly and sociabel cats, sitting for them was easy and fun! Would absolutely sit here again :)
It was my pleasure to stay with Moggele. In the beginning he is a little shy. With time he became trusting and I was allowed to cuddle and comb him. Moggele is very independent and likes to go for walks in the garden. But he also likes to be at home where he gets his salmon snacks regularly :-) Marianne and Hans-Rudolf are very friendly and helpful. The house is modern and perfectly located. In 5 minutes you can reach a bus stop, a supermarket, an excellent ice cream parlor and a pharmacy. Freiburg is a beautiful city in the middle of a great landscape. I can only recommend this place and would come again anytime.
Stacy house in Hayama was fabulous experience in many aspects! Pebble´s is a lovely dog whom is impossible forget, we already miss her, super positive, relax and easy going. The location is really next to nature in a very peaceful neighborhood, inside a green mountain and nearby the beach. Kamakura and Yokohama city are reachable from there. Stacy generously provided us with two bicycles to get around. Also the house is fully equipped for a comfortable staying. We would definitely return to stay again and take care Pebble´s with much pleasure.
Tim and Mollie are the just the most adorable duo out there. They are so loving it will melt your heart. Not to mention Nancy's home has a beautiful mountain cabin vibe to it with nooks for reading and soaking in the Colorado sun. Would love to come back and take care of the cats any time!

The best doggy day care in Hull! Riley absolutely loves it here, he has been coming for 10 months now and after a terrible experience at a previous day care which landed him being rushed to the vets I can say whole heartedly that I am always at easy when he is at Dalton street! The lovely ladies are very knowledgeable and switched on, the love of dogs is clear and it shines through! I cannot recommend them enough
The only place I will let Dave go. He is so well looked after, he loves visiting his friends and fuss from the lovely staff there. Dog groomers on site too which is incredibly handy. We love that we can relax knowing he's in good hands and having fun.
Took my two puppies here today for their first session after the initial trial. They absolutely loved it and its fantastic they have a dedicated puppy section to allow their confidence to grow before going next door with the big boys and girls. My other dog Maeve has been going for a few years now and also gets groomed here. I cannot praise the staff enough as its very clear they are passionate about the dogs in their care and all my dogs absolutely love going.... in fact.... they don't often look back at me when they go in, that is testament in itself. Such a amazing place! I highly recommend if you want to send your pup/dog to a daycare whilst you work or attend a event, really fast responses. Send you updates of your pet through out the day, the ladies are so lovely that work there and are highly professional. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, worth every penny. My pup comes home each time very happy and one tired boy. X
Laura is AMAZING! I can't cope well with my doodle, he is really woolly and also big. By the time he goes for a groom he usually has a lot of matts but she doesn't judge and she just gets on with it. I honestly don't know how she does it, but she works her magic! He went in there today looking like a polar bear and came out looking like a beautiful new born seal. Can't recommend her enough ❤️
The best place ever for your little bundles of joy. My lovely older whippet Sky has been going for six weeks now. Never a struggle to get her there. When you pick them up you can see all the dogs interacting, no walkie talkies to release your dog. The staff are lovely, Sky enjoys herself and is always exhausted by the time she gets home. If you need to leave your dog with anyone then this is the place. EXCELLENT.
I haven’t any hesitation in giving 5 stars!! Cooper, my 1 year old cocker spaniel has been in the little dog lounge a few weeks now. He’s a sensitive little soul but is growing in confidence thanks to the staff. They are brilliant, patient and really flexible. They all take their time to get to know each dog and it’s obvious they are all passionate about what they do. My working hours can change daily and it really helps that there is so much flexibility. Cooper loves it, he’s happy and tired!! A tired puppy is a well behaved one! Cooper also had his first groom here. He hates being caged so I was very wary about other groomers. No cages here. I was over the moon with his pamper. The Dog Lounge was recommended by someone I knew and wouldn’t hesitate to pass that recommendation on. Thank you The Dog Lounge x
I took Daisy to The Dog Lounge following a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. She always comes home very happy and sleepy! She's tiny so I love that they have a little dogs section where she goes. The staff are fantastic and I know I don't have to worry while she's there. Couldn't recommend more!

Danielle is excellent with both our dogs and communicating with us. Our dogs Rufus and Toby love Danielle and get really excited when they see her. The dogs get given plenty of exercise and we get given updates on how the dogs are doing which is really reassuring. I would highly recommend Danielle if your looking for someone professional, reliable and who you can trust with your furry best friends.
After being let down by other dog walkers who where always late or messing me around, I was starting to think I’d never find anyone decent or someone I could trust but then a friend recommended Danielle and I’m made up with the service. Took my puppy molly to day school here at noahs Ark for the first time on Monday and she loved every second of it she is usually nervous around new people and other dogs but she came out so happy I was updated with photos and videos and even got a report card for her about her day and on social media too I highly recommend noahs Ark the staff are lovely and really take care of the dogs she's going back for her second day next week!

Oakwood dog trainer (gorge)has bought our dog on in leaps and bounds.He also gives you lots of tips .highly recommended by me. Starting hopefully obedience trg in a group if my dog takes to it. Well this is our boy .gorge is still trg but we are getting there
Our Springerdore Lexi has been "student "of Oakwood/Noahs Ark since she was 6 months old and she is now three.The staff there are brilliant especially Grace. On a couple of occasions when Lexi was not well Grace and Leanne were on it straight away and made her comfortable and safe until she could be collected. The staff know all the dogs personally and are totally dedicated. They know the dogs character and personality. Lexi is very special she means the world to us and we wouldn't trust her care to just anyone. That's why we trust Noahs Ark to take care of Lexi and lets face it Lexi wouldn't be so keen to get to school if she didn't love to go. Noah’s Ark is THE best place to take your pup, if you have any doubts, I can say personally they have been the best thing to happen to my puppy. Her confidence has been boosted massively, she’s socialised, well behaved and comes home happy and content. All of the team are incredible and so lovely, they truly care about each and every dog that comes through their doors, plus you get to see what they’re up to during the day via pictures and videos on social media as well as get report cards and health checks. My puppy is a better, happier dog for it :)
My little cocker loves it here! He is nervous of new people but after leaving him for his trial for 2 hours, he was wagging his tail and clearly loving all the staff here - something he doesn't usually do with people even when he's met them more than 5 times!! He loves his days here and is always sleepy when I get him home. The report cards and health checks each time are also really nice to see. Couldn't recommend more!!!
Absolutely brilliant. Leanne,Grace and all the staff have a tremendous knowledge of dogs and their behaviour. Our dog Lexi always has a great time there and we know she will be well looked after and safe.
Buddy spent a long weekend while we were on holiday. He was booked into multiple group sessions and for a groom at the end. When we picked him up he was happy and full of beans. Home from Home accomodated us in storing the car crate, giving us more bootspace for our journey and accepted Buddy's food to keep his diet the same as it is at home. Both greatly appreciated. Unfortuantely after 4 or 5 group play sessions we only have two pictures to see the friends he made and the fun he should(?) have had (attached), only receiving these after constant reminding (no pictures were available on Facebook or privately). I requested the brands used during Buddy's groom (assuming it was this) as he came home with a rash on his tender bits, later moving to the base of his tail. Fortunately our pet insurance offers free video vet services (Home from Home did offer to cover any vet costs etc to their credit). I am still waiting for the product names almost 4 weeks later, in order for us to avoid them (the products) in future. All in all ok which is disapointing as I was expecting much more.
Took care of my two cats for a month or so and I was able to visit during that time. Quite spacious and tiered cubicles that they were kept in together and monitored daily. Obviously a little noisy with other cats and dogs in neighbouring surrounding cubicles and buildings but my cats seemed quite settled regardless. Would recommend.
I took my dog to there family friendly dog show and of course she won best in she. That meant she won a couple of nights stay. So we used our prize. I can definitely say I highly recommend home from home. The staff was super with bea and she went in very happy, came out even happier. Love that they post photos on their Facebook for them having fun. Thank you we shall be returning 🥰🐶🐾
We often use these kennels for our 2 Frenchies and Border Terrier for both daycare and overnight stays. Before their first visit I came to view the kennels. They are clean, spacious warm and comfortable. The staff are always professional and welcoming too. There are also lots of additional services you can book for your pets including grooming, extra walks, 1-1 time etc. When my dogs come for a stay they jump up at the door and push it open themselves, clearly looking forward to it. I love it that I can easily book a stay online via their website. I think that is really helpful rather than having to ring up to book.
Took our 3 year old border terrier Hamish for his very first overnight stay😧...I was soooooh apprehensive and nervous they would not care for him at the level I expected. All my initial fears were completely resolved as soon as I met the staff, each and everyone, verbally and non verbally made me realise Hamish would be cared for. When he was taken to his Hillside room (much quieter area), Saffy reasured me even more just how much the staff cares, I was happy she was taking him for his play session. Hamish was only there for one overnight stay, when he was collected the following day, he was bouncy, energetic, his little tail going like the clappers....yep I was very happy 😊. It's a wonderful caring environment to take your precious gargo!! We are planning to access the day to socialise with other dogs.
This was my dog's first experience of staying in kennels, so we were really apprehensive. I needn't have worried. Home from Home has a very professional feel and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ringo had a 3 night stay and, when I picked him up, he was absolutely fine; like he'd never been away. I would definitely recommend.
Just want to thank everyone for taking care of Bella our Frenchie whilst we had a week away in Turkey. She has come back full of beans and can't thank the staff enough for looking after her. Grooming team have done a great job aswell

First time ever putting my Betsy into Kennels. She wasn't very happy when I left but seems like she settled fine. She has been very well looked after and was excited to see me when we picked her up. Really enjoyed seeing the update of her on Facebook. The staff are very friendly and made leaving my dog even easier. Thank you to the lovely lady who talked me through the paperwork and happily answered all my questions when I dropped Betsy off. 100% recommend Prestige. Fantastic people who really know how to look after your Dogs.
First time leaving our 7 Yr old rescue dog in kennels so was very weary on leaving her. Was impressed with the cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. When we collected her she seemed happy and content and happy to see us. Would highly recommend prestige kennels and will definitely use again.
Staff were ultra friendly and accommodating (thanks again to Shane, Shaun...hopefully I've spelt that correctly!) But, WOW to that lovely lass whom took him in with such care and attention, walked me through the paperwork with the same amazing demeanour and suggested she work with Max and take pics while his fur mummy finally took a break to reset from my demanding yet amazing boy...Thank you sweetheart, sincerely! Max snubbed me when dropped off, but sooo excited to see me upon my return, typical of my now teenage pup! 🤦🏽♂️🤣 ..Was told not to concern myself re: kennel cough need due to their highest 5 star standards: could not be MORE assured my playful sensitive Lurcher was in the best hands in Hull after plenty of research...thank you!!! You guys are honestly excellent, Max can't wait to see you all soon, thank you for your amazing aftercare, utterly astounding! With the utmost thanks from Max and I! ☮️

Lovely people. Easy to talk to and gives a relax feeling as soon as you enter despite the fort nox look at the front. Even that gives a safety feel so you know your doggos are secure from the public. When it was time to pick them up they didn’t want to say goodbye. This was our first time using kennels and we are happy with our experience at Prestige Kennels and would highly recommend them.
Prestige took our 6 month old pup for the night at short notice for extra hours when we were let down for the night! It was his first night away and looked like he’d had an amazing time! He was in love with everyone there and was well looked after. It is clear they care for the dogs and love what they do. When picking him up we booked in another week later in the year! Absolutely recommend.

I left my chihuahua Teddy here for 9 nights and I was nervous about leaving him this long but I picked him up today and he was fine obviously he missed me but he has settled back home ,lovely staff and nice kennels will definitely leave him here again

Have been taking our Springer Spaniel to Muttlins for over 6 years now, for short stays and long stays up to 1 month. You know your do loves going when he gets excited going, he just loves going and is always happy. Highly recommend these kennels, the dogs get out on the pasture for plays 2-3 times every day.
Amazing place, beautiful kind hearted people who care for all dog's and have done so for my 3, 2 rescues 1 of which is super nervous of a lot and the other we've had from a pup has never been in kennels (she's 9). However, all have taken to the people, environment and never faded or 'moody'when come back home. They are super happy, comfortable and excited when we pull onto the Muttlins drive and are ecstatic to see Rachel, they obviously love the large enclosures to run in too, both inside and out!! Highly recommended xx
My lovely Springer spaniel Reggie goes to day school every Wednesday. He is a very anxious dog and doesn't like kennel environments. However at Muttlins he loves going. Rachel is fantastic with him and he is now really excited to go. Also the prices are really reasonable too. If your dog is dog friendly they all run around and play together. If not they are let out on there own. He comes home shattered every Wednesday and happy. The dogs get walked or let out to play every 2 to 3 hours for around an hour at a time. I will not hesitate to board him there when going on holiday. I would highly recommend. 🐕🐕
My two pugs come here when we go on holiday, they love all the open space to roam and explore and they get the home comforts as well. The staff are excellent and you can tell that they love dogs and they are in good hands when you leave them.

This is the 2nd time I've left my dog with Rachel, apart from family, I've never felt so comfortable leaving my pooch with anyone except Rachel at Muttlins. Great kennels. Dogs boarding overnight also get to interact with those at the day school which means your dog has plenty of exercise. Our dog always comes back shattered after expending all her energy playing with the other dogs
I wish I could give this place a zero but wouldn't be able.to do a review. Appalling dirty place, rude owner. I would never leave any dog of mine in this womans care. All I ask is that you do your research before leaving your dog with them.
Ii have a German Pointer who has been coming here for a while now he can get a bit anxious and is not good with new places but Rachel has always taken care of him and giving him lots of reassurance . He loves going and think he probably would stay there forever. He loves the big field as he enjoys been out doors . I cant fault it . Rachel is wonderful 🙂🐕
Vicky and Paul, the owners of Purrfect Tails, are genuinely passionate about animals and and they always go above and beyond to ensure that my pets are happy and well-cared for. I use Purrfect Tails for regular group dog walks and occasional pet sitting for my dog and 3 cats. I never have to worry about any of my pets when they are with Purrfect Tails because I know that they are in good hands. Vicky and Paul send regular updates with pictures via WhatsApp, and it's clear from the photos that all dogs on the group walk are having the best time! They get taken to a range of walks around the local area and I know that my dog absolutely loves it when she sees Vicky come through the door! I’ve taken my dog here since October 2023, I’ve used the day school, training and grooming services available and have been thrilled with all services. My dog absolutely loves the dayschool and is always excited when going in, I love seeing the daily updates on the social media and the report card I get at the end of the day seeing what she’s been up to. The staff are always helpful and treat my dog as if she was their own. It has really helped grow her confidence and improve her socialisation skills with other dogs and people. I also take her to 1-1 training sessions were each session is tailored towards my dog and her needs, I get valuable information and advice that I can then use myself to help with any of my dogs needs. The grooming staff also have helped with desensitising my dog to getting her nails cut and are really patient with her and take it as slow as she needs. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to send my dog as I know the staff clearly love the dogs in their care and are always willing to help in anyway they can.
My little pooch has been coming for 3 years since he was a pup and he absolutely loves it. The staff are absolutely amazing and can't do enough. Creche reports are great, there's always little events to look forward too, and they make such a fuss on birthdays, Halloween etc.
I have 2 dogs who go to Noah's Ark, both are well looked after. Both dogs are keen to get through the door in a morning. The staff are friendly and helpful and are obviously dog lovers. You receive a report card each day with information on what training etc has been done and numerous photos. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Enid been coming here since she was allowed to (after her second set of puppy vaccines). She is disabled puppy with leg issues and was brought up by the veterinary nurses so very good with humans but socially awkward and shy with other dogs (esp since every puppy wants to jump on her dodgy shoulder upon meeting her) She got given the one to one time she needed and came out of her shell with the kind and gentle staff supervising her dog-to-dog interaction. When she had her general anaesthetic and needed specific post-surgery rehab, i printed out the post-surgery instructions and the team shared the info amongst the whole staffing team so everyone was well informed on her rehab protocol. And she got given the 1-to-1 time she needed during that rehab time despite being at day school. This is the dog that RUNS toward the school when we go for walkies around the area and wriggles with excitement when she sees the school staff. 5/5 stars
Took my unruly Sprocker Spaniel to Noah's Ark as a last resort as he was very difficult to control. Fortunately Phoebe told us and showed us what might help. This was not a miracle cure ...but was just what we needed to get a element of control. After two 1 hr classes, he is a different dog and just about does what he is told. He is still work in progress but we are both less fustrated on our walks. I have to give a massive shout out to Phoebe who has set both me and Frank on the right path. Thanks Phoebe you are brilliant and a joy to work with. Best Wishes Keith Tina and not least Frank... Ps will be back for follow up classes...
Bertie loves it here!!! We visit twice a week and he runs through the door each time. The staff show him so much love, patience and attention. We noticed the staff learnt his name after his first time - this showed us that they care.
Kevin has been going to school since he was 6 months old and absolutely loves his days with you. I would highly recommend Noahs Ark Dog Day School, the staff are all wonderful and look after our doggies so well. the training and skills that your dogs will learn is brilliant. thankyou as always Linzi & Kevin xx
Very inexperienced staff, lots of young girls who don't seem to stay in employment long. Picked up my dog and he had a slice right down his nose. I was still charged for the day and no explanation was given by any of the staff. Might be OK with the vast number of cockapoos which seem to frequently use the place but not skilled or experienced enough to look after young large breed dogs. Very poor 'explanation' of what supposedly happened by business owner over the phone. Wouldn't use if It was the only place available.
Paid £25.00 for the training for today. Tried to get in touch and it kept going to the answer phone. One of the buses never turned up. Couldn't manage to get there on time. I want to rearrange the appointment and use the £25.00 and they said I lost the money because I never turned up for the appointment. Never use them ever again. Not a good place.
My puppy has been warmly welcomed and very well looked after by Leanne, Grace and Jasmine at Noah's Ark Dog Day School since his very first timid day there. There is a structure to the dogs' day which includes training sessions and the dogs are checked and observed throughout the day. A lovely touch is a daily report card so owners can read how their dogs have been doing and each day there is an award for Dog of the Day! I feel that everybody at Noah's Ark genuinely cares about and for each and every dog that goes there and they know each dog's individual quirks and personalities. I would highly recommend Noah's Ark as a safe, caring environment for your puppy or dog.
Bess loves it when she has her stay here! The staff are so friendly and keep us updated (photos attached were her having fun running around on their huge enclosed field) definitely recommend for peace of mind when you need a place for your dog to stay :)
I couldn’t be more happier with the service, libby was lovely and kept me reassured the hole time with plenty of pictures and updates, Darla absolutely loved it and it was her first time in kennels she had her very own sofa and tv in her kennel. I would definitely recommend bringing your pooch here.

Fabulous kennels, the owners go the extra mile and make your dogs stay very special. My Labrador is very anxious, however she now has a new best friend and loves to go. The best boarding kennels I've ever used.
It's impossible to speak too highly of this place. The mum and daughter owners take every care to look after their guests as if they were their own pets. Acres of space for dogs to exercise in a secure environment, the business is in a very quiet location, with very few outside noises, so it's perfect for nervous animals. This is the only kennels that I've ever known where my dog goes in, not just willingly, but enthusiastically, and has a good look round before settling in her own kennel.
We used this kennel and at first we were happy, but then for some reason the owner was very rude to my husband. Very shocked. A lesson in customer service skills is needed.
Really lovely place for our dogs to have a really good time and being well looked after. The people are very nice and helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars!
Very friendly people who love dogs. The facilities are great, plenty of space for the dogs to run around and play and comfy kennels for them to stay in. Deffo recommend.
My sister booked her two dogs in for 2 weeks. The place looked lovely and the dogs certainly appeared to have enjoyed their stay. I was interested in viewing the cattery. It looked quite nice too. My sister has booked again for next year.
We have been using Woodlands Kennels for our Dogs for over a decade. You know the place is good because when we turn off at Coniston towards the kennels, our Dogs get excited as they are going on 'Holiday' to hang out with some other doggy friends. They have always been open and honest during difficult times (e.g. During covid, and regarding amount of people who 'miss bookings' etc). They now have a £50 deposit for bookings which gets obviously taken off the bill at the end. This is to ensure bookings are not cancelled without reasonable timings. Not a problem for us as we book to reserve our spot when we need it. There is also a slight discount when two dogs share the same kennel (as ours do). The staff are always helpful and polite, and over the years have gotten to know our pets quite well. The only difficulty you will have is finding the place...however there are a few more signs these days compared to when we first started using them. Highly recommended by us as pet owners, but also Bobby and Sansa our two dogs who stay there.
Our dog had a great time whilst we were on holiday. They even gave him a mini groom before we collected him. He is booked to go back next year. However, there is no place like home and your own bed.
So after leaving our 3 dogs(Alvin, Niska and Blue) and our tortoise (Shell) with Woodlands for a week we couldn't be happier, the staff looked after them so well, even sent us photos, they are the only place we will leave our animals and even though we rang every day they were happy to update us and never got tired, they really are great thank you to Jacky, Kira and the full team who helped look after them all so well.
Our family dog has been going here for years. She absolutely loves her time here. She has a doggy dpa day regularly when she needs a groom. Has boarding up to twice a year. We can't recommend enough. This kennels was originally recommend to us by our vet so you can't get I high enough recommendation!
First kennel stay for Lola our 2 year old lab and she was absolutely fine and well looked after. I emailed to check she was ok as never left her before and they contacted me really quickly and reassured me. Would recommend
Me and my partner were worried about leaving our cat for a week whilst we were on holiday but turns out we didn't need to worry! Lovely people who clearly care about what they do and didn't mind us calling a couple of times to check on her! Went to pick her up and she was happy and healthy! She made a mess of her room though 🤣 will definitely be using again!
Nancy returned to Woodlands whilst we went on Holiday this week . Always have peace of mind that she will be looked after like one of their own . Nancy goes in wagging her tail and comes our wagging her tail 😊, and as anxious Pug mum that’s such a relief . …

On meeting Caroline for the first time with my dog Sally, I felt really happy straight away. It was the first time we had to leave her with anyone, but my word, Caroline goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease about leaving you pet. She adjusted to our very stubborn dog brilliantly, making her just as happy as we were. We would recommend Caroline 100%, you can see the passion she has for what she does. Good luck for the future.
From meeting Caroline for the very first time I knew our 2 year old labradoodle would be in excellent safe care. Caroline is simply fantastic, her love for animals is clear to see and her expertise put me at ease on leaving Martha for the first time. During our 2 week holiday we received regular messages and video updates which were wonderful, I know Martha enjoyed the level of home comforts and exercise she is used to. I’d highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for home boarding.
Caroline took amazing care of my nervous rescue dog, Reggie. He can be a bit timid with new people but he settled in with Caroline and her dog brilliantly and had the best time! So grateful as it was the first time I’ve left him with someone outside of my family to go on holiday and it gave me such peace of mind to see pics and videos of him having the most fun time ever on walks every day and asleep on her sofa at night, he really made himself at home! Thank you so much for taking such good care of him, I will definitely be bringing him to for another little holiday! :)
We are more than happy to recommend the services of Caroline at CGR petcare. From our initial meeting we could see Caroline is an animal lover. As soon as our little Sprocker sees Caroline she nearly wags her tail off! We receive regular updates via WhatsApp while away which are always greatly appreciated with prompt communication. We have already had our dog stay with CGR three times and have further stays booked through the year.
Caroline was amazing looking after our cocker spaniel Winnie. We had contact throughout Winnies stay with daily pictures and videos. We can’t thank Caroline enough for taking care of our pooch whilst we were away. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using CGR Pet Care again.

Highly recommend Caroline, she was great with my border collie that can be very tricky to deal with. He loved being there and settled in on the first day, overall very pleased with her services.
