Zavi and Matt were very prompt in their communications to us and even met with us before their travels to go over everything. Their home is very cozy and in a great location in Camden with access to great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The buses, tube, and train are also a short walk away. Since Olly is a rescue cat, he was reserved at first, but quickly opened up to us with cuddles within the first few hours! He definitely has his cute quirks like drinking water from the sink and a very sweet meow. Thanks for everything, Zavi and Matt!
This was an absolutely wonderful house sit! My boyfriend Sam and I had a great time with both Evie and Jazzy, who may be the most affectionate cat we've ever looked after. Minding them both was not only simple - it was a real joy. The house is beautiful as well, and we enjoyed exploring Winchester. Camilla and Craig are super friendly and we'd *definitely* house sit for them again.
Maria and Kurt were lovely hosts and it was really fun to meet them. I enjoyed my time in their beautiful home with Soda Pop and the Cats. The animals were all very well behaved and super easy. Soda is a sweetheart. And, Taos is a neat place to visit with plenty of things to do outdoors and good food. Thank you!
We had a really lovely week in the cotswolds looking after fabulous dogs Hector & Treacle! This is a special sit in a beautiful spot. A wonderful old farmhouse that takes you back in time. It felt like a real privilege to stay in this house! We were attracted by the idea of being secluded in the countryside and were not disappointed. Beautiful quiet woodland walks from the door. Very pretty local village with friendly pub. The delights of Laurie Lee country. Both dogs are well trained and good natured. Very easy to walk off the lead, with good recall. They are energetic and fun-loving, happy dogs. Quiet through the night and good with other dogs on walks. Both lovely characters! We were sorry to say goodbye to them. We stayed here without a car and enjoyed the seclusion. We did make use of the local bus into Stroud on market day (Saturday morning - fantastic market!) and a recommended local taxi driver when needed. All very smooth and manageable. Communication with our hosts was excellent from the get-go and throughout. Now back home I must say I'm missing a handful of fresh tomatoes from the greenhouse with every meal!! Delicious. This was my first time at Debbie and her family home. I loved their home, so fresh, open, tidy, stylish, comfortable and clean. Both outdoor patios was like being in the rainforest of Costa Rica with a gorgeous view full of nature. I just adored their sweet little cat, I did not have the pleasure to meet the other one. He was so sweet and calm, mostly sleeping and outdoor. It's such a friendly and well located neighborhood. They were very helpful with all the instructions and kept in touch with my daily updates. Thank you so much. I would go back in a heart beat.
I had a wonderful time house-sitting for Valeria and Maki. Valeria was easy to communicate with and very clear about Maki's needs and requirements. Valeria's house was in a great neighborhood, close to the train station and it was very easy to get to the heart of London. Her neighbors are so sweet and only added to the great experience I had while staying in her home. Maki is a very expressive baby who loves attention and her meals. After a night together we figured each other out and had a great time from then on out. She is overall easy to take care of and easy to love. I would definitely house-sit for Maki and Valeria again.

Collins K9 is absolutely brilliant! Jack and Jade go above and beyond to make sure our dog is well looked after and keep us in the loop with pics and videos throughout the day. Our pup has been to a few doggy day cares but has always come back a little stressed and not himself. When he returns from Collins K9 he is really happy and totally exhausted after big runs with their lovely dog Freddie. HIGHLY recommend Collins K9.
Spock was staying with Jade for almost 2 years whenever I had to be at work, and it was an amazing home away from home for him! He was always treated as a part of family, having great time and despite his separation anxiety always happily stayed with Jade and Jack! We went through a few doggy daycares and Collins K9s was the best place! If you're looking for reliable and friendly place for your pooch look no further!
Our greyhound Beau stays with Jade and Jack every Tuesday for daycare and also if we are ever away for a trip. He LOVES going over there- his tail starts wagging as soon as we get to the stairs and he comes home exhausted every time! We know he gets treated as part of the family whenever he is there and is well looked after and cared for. I highly recommended Jade and Jack for anyone looking for a loving home for their pooch to stay!
Jade & Jack provide 24 hour care for my cocker spaniel ‘Sandy’ as & when needed. Sandy is always happy for me to leave her there & has lots of fun with the other dogs & playing with the children too. They send regular updates which is great.
Pip had a great time. We received regular updates and Collins K9 were very supportive and, as we were away during bonfire night, arranged an Introductory afternoon stay to help Pip get more familiar with the new surroundings. Was great to see Pip develop a bond with the pack at Collins K9 - will certainly use again.

Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)
I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.
I’ve been sending my two rabbits to Charlie for a few years and am always so happy with the love and care they receive with every stay. They get plenty of fresh veggies and outdoor time, and for me photo updates so I’m at ease while travelling. Even after a couple weeks away from home, both buns are very relaxed and that is down to Charlie’s outstanding knowledge of pet care and the welcoming environment she creates.
Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️
I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)
Charlie was absolutely brilliant. She looked after our Hamster Nibbles while we were on holiday and we had complete peace of mind that he was being very well cared for. She sent regular pictures to us and always responded quickly to any communication. Would 100% recommend her to look after your pets!
My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie would send pictures and updates to let me know how the piggies were getting on which helped me relax and enjoy my time away. Highly recommend by me and piggies :)
Charlie looks after both of my bunnies when we go away, she takes excellent care of them. I actually think they don’t want to come home! Communication is great and we receive photos and videos of the bunnies whilst away which is lovely. Gives me peace of mind to leave them in safe hands.
Charlie at A Furry World is an absolute godsend! I have now used her pet sitting services for my bunny babies three times in the last year - most recently for 11 days whilst travelling. Charlie is professional, caring and a genuine pet lover. She keeps you updated with how your pet is doing through emails and photos and puts the wellbeing of your pet at the forefront - confidently escalating any health concerns where necessary. My bunnies love her and I would happily use her services again in the future.

Furry World provided our bunny a caring and loving environment for the duration of it's stay with them. The proprietor is friendly, communicative and clearly cares a lot about the little creatures. We received regular updates on the rabbit's exploits including photos, which gave further assurance the bunny was having a cracking holiday away us:) Highly recommended !
Penny has been going to Hackney Hounds since she was a pup and she's absolutely loved it from day one. You leave your dog with Camille and the team knowing not only they'll be in safe hands, but they're genuinely loved and cared for as if they were one of their own. Penny is always so excited to see Cammy and the team - it's a really special thing and I wouldn't leave her anywhere else.
Alfie has been going to Hackney Hounds for over a year starting as a puppy and now as an adventure pup. We only have to mention Camille’s name and he gets excited. He can’t wait to get there and runs in without a backward glance. Camille gets to know each pup individually and Alfie has grown from a shy puppy to a confident, sociable, happy and friendly dog and gets compliments on his manners and behaviour. As an older pup they all get taken to a different open park, forest or heath each time for an outdoor adventure, running as a pack, and possibly swimming. On return they have the run of the beautiful garden and indoor area and more play with all the many toys. We can follow his day on Instagram with the many videos and photos taken. Alfie returns home contented, tired and very very happy.
We’re bringing Pippo twice a week to Camille and he absolutely loves it! He changed during that time a lot and is so much more relaxed. Everybody at Hackney Hounds is just amazing and super carrying. He actually can’t wait to get out on the days he’s spending with Camille and the team. I can just absolutely recommend the service and I can say that I’m super glad that I found them. Flexibility and the extra services (see photo below) are just amazing. I love to have a look at their Insta stories when I’m about to fall asleep in boring meetings. Tried some other services but this one is out of this world!!!
Taco loves Hackney Hounds! Cammy provides an amazing experience for the dogs: she takes them all around London to explore new areas, engages and develops them through fun games and activities, helps them play well together and generally become model dog citizens! Our first grooming experience in London and it couldn't have been better! Cammy is clearly a dog lover and our maltipoo Max was actually sad to leave when we picked him up. She took the time to get out his mats and communicated with us every step of the way. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Cammy!
Cammy is just amazing! We have put our little cockerpoo puppy into her playgroup twice a week and the positive changes we have seen in him as a result are incredible; He is more sociable, independent, well behaved and settled, plus he came home house trained one day! He comes home so happy and tired after hanging out with his puppy mates all day and from the longs walks and attention that Cammy gives to each individual dog. Cammy thinks of all the small details - from regular updates on WhatsApp of how Arthur is getting along on that day, to sending him home of his last day pre-Christmas with a homemade card for us and a bone for him! Cammy also grooms Arthur for us, which is no easy task considering he is a very wiggly 5month old! But she does a brilliant job and knows exactly how to groom his luscious but unruly locks!! :) We simply cannot recommend Cammy and Hackney Hounds highly enough!

My pup Pochi absolutely loves her day at Adventure Pups! She started in the puppy group and thanks to the wonderful guidance from the HH team made huge progress with her recall and has learned how to play properly with other pups. When we got our precious puppy we knew the day might come where we’d be back in the office and have to have some help looking after her - we decided to trust our little one to the care of Cammy & Team at Hackney Hounds and what an AMAZING decision that was! She started in their amazing puppy playgroup and then graduated to Adventure pups! She absolutely loves going to Hackney Hounds and drags us all the way there every week for her day playing in the group! We also get the most incredible Instagram updates from the team each day she’s there so we know she’s safe and happy on her adventures. Ozzy absolutely loves his Hackney Hounds days! He’s been going since 14 weeks, and the progression from puppy playgroup to adventure pups has been great. Cammy and her crew truly love each and every pup and treat them like their own, and the focus on learning puppy skills is really unique to their set up. I know that when we drop Ozzy off with Cammy, he is safe, happy, and will come home exhausted! Even though it’s a bit of a travel for us to get there, we keep going back to HH as it’s just such a great little community and it means our city pup gets to explore the great outdoors!
We have been using cat care over ten years and I am always thrilled with the service. We can go away safe in the knowledge that our cats are getting some attention in their own home. An extra bonus is the house being visited which makes me feel more secure. The service is fantastic. Once, we were away and we had a family bereavement which meant we had to extend our stay. Charlie kindly extended the stay without any effort for which I was very grateful.

Just to say a big thank you to Viv and how impressed we were with her for the week she looked after our kitty. Viv was friendly, reliable and clearly made our cat happy. She kept us updated throughout, which was so important for us as we had never used a cat sitter before (a family member used to come but is getting elderly now and has her own cats who are poorly), so it was great knowing our pet was in safe and caring hands! My standard dachshund has been going for over a year. She leaps from her bed whenever they show up for pickup. She is always excited to spend a day with other dogs and comes home happy and exhausted. The staff is responsive and helpful via email. Scheduling on their app is easy. I love getting the updates from the team on chime showing my dog playing with her friends. They are kind, helpful, and professional. Their services have been a real life saver.
We take our 6 month puppy here once a week and he loves it. We get regular updates of our puppy and his new friends and the owners/staff are really friendly and inviting. They also do checks to make sure the dogs are fully vaccinated etc make sure all the dogs in their care are friendly. Our puppy is very tired when he gets home after a full day of socialising with all the other wonderful dogs in Great and Small Dog Care. Very happy and would definitely recommend ☺️

I can't recommend Great and Small Dog Care highly enough. My dog was very happy and well cared for attending daycare on a weekly basis for over a year. Never an issue and always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Obviously the priority was for my dog to be happy and cared for but also as a single busy professional the peace of mind knowing that he was ok whilst I was at the office made my life that much easier. I am no longer living in London which is the only reason he no longer attends....although I did ask if they would collect him from my place of work so he could continue with them but unfortunately (yet understandably) we are now outside the catchment area :)
My dog Pickles, the dachshund, has been going to daycare here typically once a week for over a year and a half. She is excited to go and see her other pup friends, play, and go on walks. The daycare usually sends a photo and update during her stay which we really like receiving. We utilise their drop off service in the evening which is helpful since we can’t always get away from work to do pick-up. The only thing we would prefer is if the hours were a little bit longer. Overall, great experience!
BEWARE. I am writing this here to save others the pain that I, and my partner, have endured at the hands of this organisation. We looked to move our dog from a previous daycare to a closer one for work-reasons and found Great and Small Dog Care through Google. There were nothing but issues from the start. Our dog would often come home with the wrong lead, missing bag and once injured from 'walks' with other dogs. We also kept in contact with the company hoping issues would be rectified as we spent more time getting to know the staff. This is where the issue lies. The staff turnover is high and the dependence on individual contractors means different people looking after the dogs each day. The dogs do not seem to be in safe hands. Case in point, our dog was dropped off at our apartment most recently and not securely placed in his crate as requested in the notes. The excuse given was the member of staff was an individual contractor and had not read the notes. Our dog unfortunately got out and damaged property (shoes and upholstery) as well as spreading mud over the apartment. We were left astonished at the lack of communication around this and attempted to call the dog-care centre to discuss how best to move forward. We were met with what one can only describe as severe aggression and apathy. I feel compelled to warn others about this dishonesty and sheer unkindness of this business and for reference have added photos to this review showing in blue our message to the dog-care and, in white, their response. We are in utter disbelief that any human, let alone business, would find it acceptable to speak to another in such a manner. They have threatened in their reply with anger in place of looking to resolve any issue we had. They do not answer telephone calls as is stated in their e-mail below, and they will certainly not look to rectify any issues that arise. BEWARE. Stay safe and avoid this business at all costs. I am more than happy to be contacted by anyone who might also have experienced issues with this daycare (as it seems this is not a sole incident with us) or anyone thinking about placing their dog in the care of this company. We have luckily saved all our correspondence and photos of the incidents raised with the organisation and would be happy to share.
Our dog Barbara the Whippet is always so excited when she gets picked up by Great and Small Dog Care. Also when she sees one of the dog walkers in the park she always has a waggy tail. So it's 5 stars from her! She is always very tired when she comes home after a day of playing! It is really convenient. So simple to book her in for any one off additional days. They are reliable.
Our puppy Floki, attends a couple of days a week and it's the highlight of the week for her. she absolutely loves spending time there and playing with the other dogs. The team are great, very friendly and communicative. I love the pics and videos throughout the day and knowing our pup is in such safe hands is such a relief. Would definitely recommend.
Great and Small Dog Care are wonderful, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My dog Luna has been going to daycare several times a week for 8 months now, and she absolutely loves it. She's excited when she gets picked up in the mornings, and the times when I drop her off, she can't wait to go in. When Luna suffered an injury while on a walk with me, they checked in to see how she was doing and were understanding of her needs. In addition, communication during and about appointments is excellent (I love the pictures I get during the day), and they're accommodating of reasonable schedule changes. Luna and I are so happy that we've found them!
My corgi puppy Nugget has been attending dog day care for the past 3 months. The team is fantastic, Nugget can’t wait to be picked up in the morning and gets super excited when they arrive. I regularly receive photos and videos and updates of Nugget playing with other dogs. I highly recommend the day care services we couldn’t have asked for a better daycare in the area! Thank you! My corgi puppy Nugget has been attending dog day care for the past 3 months. The team is fantastic, Nugget can’t wait to be picked up in the morning and gets super excited when they arrive. Anna, Louise and Ami are fantastic. They adore dogs and importantly understand the nuances of the more difficult breeds. They were so understanding of our tricky English bulldog, Bruce, and were able to train and advise us. As well as been conscientious and passionate, IADL is also an exceptionally professional and well run business. There is clearly a lot of planning and logistics going on behind the scenes to make it run so smoothly. Frankly, their service is priceless and we love them !
Anna and Carlotte look after our Betty (roughty-tuffty Fox Terrier) every week and its also great for us. Betty has great fun and is always happy and excited when she is collected, and tired when she gets back! We know a good few of the owners of the dogs they walk - and their reputation is excellent.
Nacho our Frenchie has been getting walked by It’s A Dogs Life almost his entire life. We have nothing but love for them. They give us: - a real love for the dogs and concern for their well being. Any ailments or sniffles, they’re the first to tell us - smiles and enthusiasm in all weathers - even if it’s not shared by the pooches! - detailed updates and photos straight after the walk Never too many dogs on the leash and they pay attention to which dogs get along best with each other and choose the groups accordingly. We’ve also had them dogsit Nacho a few times and he comes back so happy and energised. I’m pretty sure he wishes he could stay forever! We’re so lucky to have IADL local to us. Anna and her crew are the best.
My dog Nelson thinks the IADL team is his real family and I’m just the part time carer. He loves them ; I love them ; we couldn’t live without them.

I highly recommend It’s a Dog‘s Life. Gibson my crazy Irish Setter cross was with them for almost 3 years and he loved the pack and the team. I travelled a lot and so he would spend overnights and weekends too and I always knew he was safe and very happy. Anna is amazing highly professional, truly caring and nothing was too difficult or too much trouble. She knows we love our furry friends and she looks after them with that always top of mind!
We've had Anna & her team come in to see my Cavapoo since she was a few weeks old. When our puppy was really young Anna would come & visit her here to keep her company! My dog is a little nervous and the team have been so patient & caring with her. They always keep me up to date with what's going on on their walks with lots of photos. I always feel confident leaving my dog with them all. Definitely recommend!
I've been using It's a Dog's Life and Anna and her team for about 4 years now and they've been really fantastic-- reliable, professional and trustworthy. They really care about all their dogs and have a well-trained pack every time I see them out. The photos are reassuring and the dogs are always having a great time! Highly recommend!
Anna and her team are absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know each dog's individual personality and make sure that they walk/play with complimentary dogs. I completely trust her with my dog. And (on top of all of that) she sends the most amazing pictures. Just the whole package.
This is definitely the worst app I have ever used. They are not committed to their clients, they also receive money from them and do not pass it on to the caregivers. We have been providing dog care for over 4 years and it has never happened before that I worked and did not receive payment, so this happened on this app. I have been trying to receive my daily rates since September and have not obtained any results. Please can someone help me how to proceed to receive my payment?
I did a cat sitting with them and gas been waiting for more then 2 months now to get my payment. They keep ignoring my emails and keep deleting my comments on social media. Avoid them
I have been using Tailster for years now and it has been great, but I have not been paid for I job I completed 4 months ago and they are ignoring my emails. After reading other reviews I realise it is not just me. Do not use this company!
It's so shocking to read so many reviews about not being paid! My carer was wonderful, but hasn't been paid yet, though the booking was completed in September and the money debited from my account way back in July. This is really unprofessional and a scam. Both my petsitter and I've written to them earlier, but received no response.
SCAMMERS ALERT!! First time getting a pet care job (late September - early October) through tailster, withdrew my pay in late October and still haven't received any money. Today is 23rd December, it's been 3 months and I had no money. Every time the customer service would only say they've passed it to the financial team.
I have been a carer for 5+ years, but I have been waiting payment for 2 months. I today thought to Google Tailster's ratings and I'm sad to find I am not the only one that has not been paid. I will inform my clients in the morning that I will no longer be working for Tailster.
I have also completed the job, people whose dog I walked have paid and I still have not received the money. That was 1st of October. I sent so many emails, and no response. They are not registered company and I would not recommend to anyone to accept any jobs from them.
The person who looked after my dog was amazing however I found out today she has not been paid for her services when I paid Tailster back in March this year. She has looked after my dog three times and the Tailster have not paid her. PLEASE BE CAREFUL using this business, I have a feeling they may gone out of business as they have not returned my emails and the phone number is no longer working when you call it. Very poor and disappointing service especially for the carers who have not been paid.
Tailster takes 30% of your income and you have to wait 2-3months to get paid unlike their claims '5-10 working days' (not true). Take your customers away to other sitting websites where you get paid within 2 days. And to get a reply, you have to send at least 10 emails with no guarantee they would resolve any issues and questions. Appalling service for sitters.
AVOID! I never got paid for doing a job or refunded the £9.99 approval fee. I had chased payments for 2 months and now they just no longer respond. It worrying to think the people that trust this app to look for pet sitters don’t realise where their money is actually going as it’s not coming to the person who provided the service!

My dog is very nervous and has had a history of bad experiences with dog walkers UNTIL NOW. Sonny and his team have done an incredible job of making her feel at ease around other dogs and my partner and I are so grateful.

Our pup loves Paws and Pause - she can’t hold her excitement when we drop her off in the mornings! This place has been one of the best decisions we made for her, she has become so comfortable around other dogs and is so tired when back home (which is a sign she’s had lots of fun!). The Paws and Pause team is also so wonderful. They care about the dogs like they are their own: they cuddle, reward and entertain each pup with such care, set up such fulfilling games, and update their instagram stories very regularly (so we can keep track of what pups are up to). They are generally very communicative and accommodating to last minute requests, emails, and even WhatsApps. Thank you to Paws and Pause for making our lives easier and making our pup’s life much more exciting on Wednesdays!
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Paws & Pause! My Shih Tzu Gizmo is full of excitement every Wednesday and cannot wait to join her friends at daycare! The team are warm and welcoming, and take care of Giz like she were their own.
A massive thank you to you and your team at Paws & Pause Doggy Daycare! Watson, my 8.5-year-old Goldendoodle, absolutely loves his time with you all. Watson can be a bit of a nervous, grump sometimes, but your staff is brilliant with him. The way they handle him with such care and patience is truly heartwarming. I also can't thank you enough for all the enrichment games and activities you provide. Watson comes home absolutely pooped, but in the best way possible. It's clear he's had a blast and gotten lots of love and attention. Knowing that Watson is in such good hands while I'm at work is such a relief. It's like his own little vacation spot, and I'm almost jealous! So, thank you again for taking such great care of my furry sidekick!
Our lovely girl goes to Paws and Pause twice a week and she loves it! The staff are always friendly and happy to help and they really do have the dog's best interest at heart. She has been coming since she was a 14 week old pup and every evening after her daycare day she is tired and happy. 10/10 would recommend.
Our pooch's favourite place - absolutely wonderful! I'm convinced that is she ever got lost (knock on wood) she would sniff her way back to Paws and Pause and not home! The team go above and beyond to make Paws a happy and enriching place for the dogs, while supporting people facing difficult circumstances. Our pup has been going to this dog school (it really is!) for about 4 months and has loved every second of it. What more can you ask for? Perfect opening hours (8-1830), great booking and payment system, constant video updates on how your pooch is getting on, lovely and professional customer (human) service and a doggy advent calendar - they have it all. I only wish there were more spaces on Wednesdays! ;)

Paws and Pause is honestly the best thing I could have ever done for my then puppy and now full grown doggo. She comes home tired after learning new skills and having enrichment games all day. I also really appreciate how socialized my dog has become and how good her understanding of boundaries with other dogs is after being at Paws and Pause for nearly a year. The team is the best and we love how Grace and Jodie have created a space and business with a mission that really means something and empowers others.
Paws and Pause is just wonderful. I first brought my pup to the puppy socialisation course which was brilliant in gently helping my nervous dog to get used to being in the company of, and then playing with, others. Since then she has blossomed into a confident teenager who loves to go to daycare there - she's always enthusiastic when she realises where we are going, and always well looked after when we get there.
Our dog loves it here! A great service, they are always attentive to my dog’s needs as well as helpful when I need advice as a first time owner! He always has a full and busy day of activities and we get to check in on how he's doing throughout the day, which is great and always makes me jealous when I’m stuck in the office! Also a brilliant social enterprise, and an excellent support and addition to the local community.
This place and the team are amazing, my Greyhound is a super anxious guy and he's totally blossomed in just the few weeks that he's been coming here. The socialisation and care that he's recieved has really positively affected him so I would recommend Paws and Pause to any dog owner - especially if you're aprehensive because you have a more anxious dog :) I'd say to just go for it cause the team are great.
