Magdalena and Brian are more than reliable; being punctual both in terms of arrival time and in the feeding and administration of vitamins for Alexei; demonstrating great organization in every task. Their kindness and friendliness were not only reflected in their dealings with us but also in the way they interacted with our kitten. They were respectful and responsible at all times, following the recipe instructions to the letter when administering Alexei's vitamins. What really moved us was effort they put into making the experience special. Not only did they play with Alexei, but they also sent us daily photos that filled us with joy. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful Valentine's card featuring Alexei, a gesture that showcased their creativity and dedication. In addition to taking care of Alexei, Magdalena and Brian also handled unforeseen events in the house, showing an exceptional willingness to help in any situation. Upon our return, we found the house spotless, without any inconvenience. In summary, Magdalena and Brian are wonderful. We recommend without hesitation for any pet care, whether for short or long stays. Their combination of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail sets them apart in their work.
