Dog Sitters in City Of York

Caroline stayed at our house for 10 days looking after our cat, Paçoca - who had escaped and rescued after being lost for a month. Paçoca was still experiencing symptoms of her days lost in the cold, so she really needed extra care and Caroline was truly amazing and affectionate with her. She kept in touch with us and would always get back to us very timely, with pictures and info on how our loved cat was doing. She also gave Paçoca her medication and change her food as she wasn't feeling well with the new one we left for her. It was such a peaceful experience having Caroline at our house! And I truly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a nice, tidy, respectful and supportive person to take care of your pet!

This was Roisin and Mal’s second sit for us and it was lovely to see them both and catch up with their news. It was great to know that, as we left, our house and pet were in good hands. Their love for Roscoe is obvious and we left confident that he would have a wonderful time with them. Once again they kept us up to date with messages and videos and it was clear that Roscoe was being well cared for.

Absolutely 5⭐️ sitters. This was my first experience of Zeewoi and I don’t think anyone will live up to Amanda and Alan again. My little sausage dog Lucy was loved and cared for. She had extra needs being a senior dog and Amanda and Alan were gentle, thoughtful and meticulously accurate in Lucy’s care. Lucy is fussy about who she likes and A&A took the time to win Lucy over. I had lovely pictures and videos of walks and Lucy snuggled up to Amanda asleep. The house was left in immaculate condition, and I knew before I even got home that this would be the case. Alan was even kind enough to tell me about some technical issues I had with my central heating system. I will be forever grateful to them both, for the wonderful care or Lucy and my home. X

We were very happy to have Paige as a house and cat sitter. The contact with her was clear and very good right from the start. She arrived the night before. She is a very friendly and calm person. The fact that she is working remotely was a great plus for our old cat "Mitzi". We could really switch off during our 2 1/2 weeks holiday knowing that the house and our cat were in good hands because Paige is a trustworthy, responsible and self-sufficient person. The house was clean and tidy, the garden watered and Mitzi content when we returned from our holiday. I certainly can recommend Paige to everyone. My husband and I would welcome Paige anytime to housesit again.

Francesca, Luca and family were fantastic house and cat sitters. They looked after my cats Maud and Milo over Christmas and New Year, and were excellent company for them while I was away. I received regular updates and they were great communicators. The apartment was lovely and clean when I returned. Would not hesitate to have them sit again!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Ale, Davide and their girls in our home. From start to finish they were great communicators and fitted in easily into our lives. I appreciated the updates while we were away and we came back to a spotless house - she had even washed and dried bed linen - and very happy and well cared for animals. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone else and would welcome them back anytime! X

Fiona and Malcolm were the ideal pet sitters. Great communication ahead of time and during our break, with updates during the sit with lovely photos of the happy dogs :) We returned to an immaculate home and relaxed, happy pets - highly recommended, thank you and we would love to have them again!

Rachel and Chole were fantastic! I felt total and utter confidence in their abilities the moment we communicated on a video call. They are two very intelligent, capable young women. They bought their little Datschund, Teddy, who fitted in very happily with Fergus and Ruby. I invited Rachel and Chole to arrive the evening before we left the following day. It gave them a chance to absorb everything, not that I really needed to - as they are both self starters and highly intelligent! The communication whilst we were away was great, and we returned to an immaculate home and two very happy dogs. Rachel and Chloe were able to leave as our flight arrived into Inverness, they had a 6/7 hour drive, so with the brilliant communication, everything worked out not only for us, but for them to be able to get home by 10.30/11pm that day. The pristineness of the house upon our arrival home, was if no one had been here - two very happy dogs and immaculate house! What more could we have wished for. I can highly recommend Rachel and Chole, they are two charming young women, smart, clever and very very capable on all levels, with a deep sense of responsibility and care and above all, respect for our home, Ruby and Fergus! I do hope we can remain in touch - what a wonderful introduction to two young women! Thank you.

Graham and Deb are a lovely, friendly couple who looked after our Bree with great care and attention. Everything was in order on our return and I cannot recommend them more highly. We hope to persuade them to come back again!

Olivia was great. Very tidy & clean, caring & punctual. She left the house cleaner than we left it! Thank you, Olivia!

Ryan was the perfect sitter. He is open and honest and showed a genuine interest in the dogs and their daily needs. As there is no public transport where we live, we arranged to pick Ryan up and dropped him off at the end of his stay. He was otherwise, self sufficient during his weekend sit and had a great rapport with the dogs. He communicated with us during the weekend and we returned to a neat and tidy house and 2 very relaxed dogs . We would definitely welcome Ryan back for future sits and wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to others

Roxy was an incredible pet sitter. She was so calm and caring with Rainbow and Zippy. Both cats were relaxed and happy in her company - we could tell from the regular updates and photos that Roxy sent to us. Roxy enjoyed the peace and quiet. She filled the home with meditation and beautiful energy. Additionally Roxy agreed to allow a painter decorator to work in the house while we were away and she looked after and kept alive some unexpected fry/baby fish born in my fish tank. We would have Roxy back again and I hope that she will visit us in the future as a house guest.
