Cat Sitters in Clackmannan

We were so lucky to have Alison. Seamus our dog loved her - so much so that after politely welcoming us home, insisted on sitting on her lap in the car on the way back from the airport. When a fuse blew she found the fuse box and sorted it. We knew she would have sorted anything while we were away. She managed to bring Glaswegian dreich weather with her but it was sunny where we were and the garden was happy!

Susie and her friend Lisa stayed here with Kahlisi as we went away for a three week summer break. Never before have I had such wonderful contact with the sitters (even before the sit!) Susie organised a whatsappgroup and not only did we get updates and photos of Kahlisi and the garden (and the animals visiting the garden), but we also got to have a true feeling of friendship. Susie and Kahlisi fell deeply in love, and we are waiting for her visit here in Berlin next month, so that they could reunite for an evening. Thank you Susie and thank you Lisa, for taking such good care of our cat and our garden. See you next time!!

Wing Yee was the perfect match for Livingstone & me. Kept in contact and made everything super-relaxed. I can't thank her enough.

Lina was great. We had a video call with her before she arrived and could tell immediately that she was a bubbly and kind person, as well as trustworthy. Lina was totally self sufficient and the house was spotless when we returned home. PJ our cat looked as happy and chilled as he always does when we returned, I am not sure he noticed we had left!!

It took me a year to adjust to the idea of having ‘a stranger’ living in my own house. I could not stand that idea. For some reasons I ended up having no choices and .. what a surprise: we found Linda! For the first time in 7 years I went on a long vacation without ANY worries about the cats at home! Linda is a very patience, respectful, kind, clean and calm person. She was sensitive enough to understand my initial worries and with kindness and patience waited for us to be ready for a yes! She adjusted 100% to our needs, even when we didn’t ask. The cats loved her. The house was very tidy and clean when we came back. I also noticed she tried to not ‘bother us’ solving small problems and situations at home by herself. She sent us updates and pictures of “the girls” many times. I am so glad we found Linda and I hope she’ll be our guest again. I know my cats, so I can tell they accepted Linda as their very new family (especially the elder cat)!! Thank you so much Linda! I felt in very good hands !

I felt really comfortable about having Cassie come and stay at mine and look after my cat while I was away. She is very friendly and updated me with photos of him while I was gone. Cassie is kind and thoughtful, and my home was very clean and tidy when I arrived back. Having Cassie to stay put my mind at ease about Housesitters as it was my first time using the site. I would not hesitate to have Cassie come and stay again.

This is the 2nd time David and Mirsie have house sat and looked after our pets. We look forward to the third!

Joanne and her daughter Lara were brilliant, easy communication, plenty of updates and our two spaniels were clearly well looked after and cuddled in our absence, not to mention our home looking tidier than we had left it! We’d recommend Joanne and her family to anyone looking for housesitters and hope they’ll return to look after Maple and Roo another time, thanks again!

Alison is a fantastic pet and house sitter. This was the third time she has sat for us and we would not hesitate to invite her again. Our pets (three cats and a tortoise) loved her and clearly thrived under her care -- Alison took time to understand their personalities and eccentricities and coped brilliantly with the fact that a couple of them are fussy eaters. Beyond the love and attention for our pets, we really appreciated Alison's great communication: she is super-experienced and self-sufficient, but if she needs to clarify anything, she asks sensible clear questions. We asked her to update us daily about how things were going and we came to really look forward to the fun photos she sent of our pets, clearly having a great time. Our home was beautifully clean and tidy to return to. Alison is an experienced house-sitter with a great affinity for pets and new places. It has been an absolute pleasure having her look after our pets and home and would highly recommend her to anyone on zeewoi.

Five stars all round for the delightful Jennifer who our two terriers adored. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Supremely efficient; kind and caring. She arrived early to get a low down on how best to run the house and care for George and Toffee. Really helpful time. She kept us updated with photos and happy doggie moments which really helped us relax and enjoy our time away. The house was clean and tidy when we got home and Jennifer even prepared us a supper.
