Rachel and her husband Chaim helped with the cats and the house for 3 weeks this summer. They were absolutely terrific. Not only were they easy going and flexible, the house was left in perfect condition and cats were clearly very comfortable with them. She certainly gave the cats regular attention and petting and was very accommodating with our older cat who does like to use the litter box very often...(!) She gave us regular updates with photos and videos and was very responsive. The plants outside were also very well watered and cared for, which can be a challenge in this Arizona heat. All the bedding was washed, the whole house was clean and tidy, even the couch cushions were "fluffed", and there were some beautiful roses welcoming us back as well. I had full confidence in them, so I did not have one moment of worry and could completely relax during our holiday, knowing that the cats and our house were being well cared for. We really enjoyed meeting both of them and would definitely highly recommend them and invite them back any time they would be available.
In a word, professionals! Joi and Glen were absolutely amazing sitters for our 2 dogs, 2 cats and large home. They sent daily updates on our pets along with photos and some days videos. This gave us great comfort seeing that we were 9,400 miles away on a remote island in the Indian Ocean for 4 weeks. They spoiled our dogs by regularly taking them swimming in our lake and giving them lots of opportunities to run free. Our cats too were spoiled with much affection by Joi and Glen. All of our pets looked great upon our arrival home. As a matter of fact, the dogs appeared to have lost a couple of pounds which we had been trying to accomplish for the past few months. So thank you for that. Joi and Glen took excellent care of our home too! This included dealing effectively and efficiently with a water line leaking in an exterior wall. They had a plumber on site on a Saturday within 2 hours of discovering the leak and shutting off the water supply. They sent a video the same day detailing the plumber's findings and repair. Nicely done. Our home looked cleaner than it was when Joi and Glenn started the sit including the windows and the inside of the refrigerator. To be clear, our home was cleaned just prior to the start of the sit which demonstrates Joi and Glen's attention to details. We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Joi and Glen. At all times they were professional, reliable, self sufficient and timely in their communications with us. We looked forward to our daily WhatsApp updates every evening. We highly recommend them based our experience of them caring for our pets and home for an entire month while we were out of the country. We can't thank them enough and would have them back anytime! Nan and Sandy are AMAZING pet sitters! They looked after our home and fur babies like they were their own, and it was the first time I have been away that I wasn't worried about their care at all. They sent photos and messages daily which were very much appreciated. We came home to a "cleaner than we left it" house and very happy animals who had clearly become attached to them through all their snuggling. They are lovely ladies and we consider ourselves extremely lucky that we were able to have them look after our home and animals. We highly recommend them and will have them back without hesitation!
In love with Luna. Playful, loves to be rubbed on except for the belly and paws, chill on the couch and watch TV, talks to you to let you know what she needs, always gets you at the door, and loves to be told how pretty she is and that everybody loves Luna. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Across the street from Hermann Park. 3 swimming pools to choose from. Safe, gated community. Communication was on point with Mahe. Met up a few days before to get keys and go over where everything was located in apartment and on the property. Her bed is super comfortable. Hope to sit with Luna again!
