The house is very comfortable and we really enjoyed the amazing views and beautiful garden. The communication with Anthe was easy and she made sure we had everything we needed. Chloe, Lily, and Lucky are adorable and each one has its own personality. Lily is very playful with lots of energy. Lucky is playful but calmer and prefers to be close to you. Being older, Chloe is very relaxed and just wants to be petted and lay close to you. Leo the cat is very sweet and loves to sleep on your lap. The village was walking distance and so we didn't need a car, but then we love to walk. The young dogs require a lot of attention but overall it was a wonderful stay.
Clare is a kind and gracious person to house sit for. When I arrived in Exeter she drove to pick me up from the bus station and she left me with numbers of her friends she believed I would enjoy getting to know (and I did very much enjoy getting to know them). Her cat Squirrel is so much fun! He is sweet and playful and was never far away while I was working from home or reading a book in bed. He is a wonderful companion!
Sheila and Patrick (pet parents) were fun & very informative. Everything was very well organized for the sit. Toko was lots of fun - playing and generally being entertaining. Peanut was more sedentary but very pretty. The house is also comfortable and well equipped in a lovely neighborhood
Jason and Kaylin have a beautifully decorated, artsy home in a great location. We were welcomed and made to feel at home. We quickly fell in love with everything, especially the ever-so-cute and sweet Murphy. Murphy almost never barks, but when he wants attention he does a silent bark as he looks at you! He also hops up and down excitedly, as if he’s trying to do a Snoopy dance. Jason went over all of Murphy’s meds, as well as the schedule for the week, and left us with everything written out to make for a stress free, fun sit. The house is in a nice neighborhood with great neighbors. The view of the city and mountains off of the back decks is awesome. There’s so much within walking distance including Ft Hood US historic district that leads towards the UT Chattanooga campus. There are also several nice breweries and restaurants close, as well as the downtown. We highly encourage spending time here with sweet Murphy!
Susanne & Martin were fabulous host- very friendly and welcoming. They provided lots of information, assistance and insights for the local area, and made a very delicious meal for us when we arrived. Lilli and Kalle are lovely cats and easy to look after. Lilli loves to be close and have cuddles, whereas Kalle takes a little longer to become friends, but once you're her friend she likes to come and say hello and check out what you're doing. Their medication is very easy to manage and keep a track of with the easy to follow instruction sheet. The house is a traditional Bremen city house on 4 levels- with lots of stairs to keep you fit :-). It has everything you need and is very comfortable. The area is fabulous with everything you need within an easy walk, including the gorgeous city of Bremen. We loved our sit for Susanne and Martin and wouldn't hesitate to do another for them.
