Lucy

Lucy was a wonderful housesitter - she arrived in good time so that we could go through everything together calmly and made sure that she understood the ins and outs of all the animals needs and the quirks of our old farmhouse. While we were away Lucy stayed in touch and let me know how things were going. She was wonderfully calm with all the animals and they seemed very relaxed in her company - there was a huge storm whilst we were away and Lupi, one of the spaniels, is terrified. Lucy was ready for it and stayed with her (and the other 3 who decided to stay close too!) until the storm had passed and she had calmed down. It was a pleasure to meet Lucy and I think my animals were very lucky to have her as their housesitter! Thank you so much Lucy.

Stan was fantastic with Maisha and Nusu and we would have him back anytime. Maisha is an anxious dog and felt settled with Stan immediately. He was wonderfully calm around them but also they knew he was in charge, which was good for Nusu. He took them for wonderful walks. Very helpful and kept all my plants alive during the hot weather which was a wonderful bonus. The house was immaculate when we got back. Thank you so much Stan.

Highly recommend Patricia & Joshua for a pet sit! When we met them in person it was clear they have a genuine interest in pet sitting and asked some great questions about what Olly was like. They took great care of Olly including some big adventures to his favourite places. He was absolutely knackered when we got home - a great sign he was cared for. We got a few pictures during our time away too :) Our apartment was tidy, dishwasher on and nothing out of place. Thanks again, would love to have you back!

Liz and Peter were the perfect house and pet sitters, and we can highly recommend them. They looked after our 3 cats, home, garden and the parrots and wild possum for a month over our Summer 2017/18. We were happy that Liz and Peter could spend Xmas Eve with us and our friends before we went off travelling. Their experience with foster cats and kittens was really invaluable as our older shelter cats were still getting used to each other. We so appreciate how very patient, caring and loving Liz and Peter were with them. We returned to happy cats, a well-looked after and clean home and thriving garden. Jian and Gabrielle are perfect housesitters. They are both lovely people who really looked after our dog, sending just as many picture and videos as we requested. The house was cleaner and tidier than when we left! And to top it all Jian left us some wonderful tasty food that she cooked for us which was a perfect end to our holiday. Get these guys booked in!

France’s and Dr Simon are very friendly and caring people. They love meeting new friends and caring for pets. They kept in touch with us regularly by sending pictures and letting us know how much fun they had with our dogs. Our home was sparkling clean when we returned, they had cleaned all their linens and remade the bed. It was really special to receive and handwritten note and gift of chocolates. We highly recommend Frances and Dr Simon and would love to have them sit for us again in the future if there is ever an opportunity.

Paula, went above and beyond the call of duty with my two adolescent Aussie Doodles. She is an experienced, committed, caring, practical, problem solving and all round great sitter. Katy was excellent at looking after my two dogs.
I did a full handover with her and showed her how they walked, she was loving towards them from the beginning and asked lots of questions to ensure everything was correct.

Once we left she provided regular photo updates and asked questions if she needed anything (which I would much prefer to anyone just guessing!) my only issue was I felt guilty I didn’t reply to every photo she sent due to lack of signal in another country! 

We came back to a spotless house and would welcome her back anytime.

Eleonora stayed with our cat Maple for 2 weeks. Overall, Maple had a great time! Eleonora sent us regular updates and always had great communication. She also went out of her way to pick up a package for us, which we really appreciated. We came back to a very clean flat and a happy and relaxed cat. We think Eleonora was home a lot and Maple really liked that, so it was a great fit for us. We definitely recommend Eleonora and would be happy to have her watch Maple again!
