Angela and Drew were stellar cat sitters. They were easy to communicate with, asked good questions, were friendly, funny and left our house sparkling clean. Our cats were calm (I mean, as calm as they get:) and happy when we returned home and they had even fixed our record player! Above and beyond! We’d definitely recommend them and host them again any time.
Our experience with Brew and Wilbur was very good; they are such sweet and loyal companions. The communication with Matthew was great the whole time, and the location is also excellent. We highly recommend it and would return.
We had the best time looking after Lola in Natalie and Josh's home. This was our first sit through TrustedHousesitters and we felt so lucky. Lola is such a sweet little lady. I think she'd happily stay curled up on your lap all day if you didn't move. She is a food enthusiast and makes sure you don't forget food time is imminent. We miss her and her adorable and amusing character. Natalie and Josh were so welcoming and helpful if we needed anything or had any questions. They have a lovely home in a peaceful area and we had such a relaxing time. The area was just perfect for us. Being able to walk to the Park where there are so many different trails and also be close to anything we wanted to do or see in LA was great. Even though we're moving quite far away we hope one day we will be able to look after Lola again!
Well what can we say? Mark and Robin are the most gracious hosts, their home is beautiful. They have staff to take care of bunnies, fish and plants on a weekly basis, for major cleaning. Then the house keepers come once a week to clean up after us. Brenna the dog is SOO well behaved, we never even zipped the kennel at night once. The cats, are very content and easy going, well, Sloan is a little over affectionate and will be in your space if you are playing a game or trying to do a puzzle, lol. The bunnies are so sweet and yes take a bit of scheduling but so worth it. The aquariums, easiest of all, feed, top up, done! The neighbours are awesome, the area great and the king bed is great!
Emily was very welcoming and ensured that I had everything I needed! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The best part was Willow! She took a little time to warm up, but then we became friends for life. She was sweet, gentle, and playful. I would highly recommend this sit.
PERFECT! This was truly an enjoyable sit. Melissa is welcoming, warm, generous, and a fabulous cook. She shared her beautiful home, her beloved Samson, and her culinary skills.
Samson is the sweetest, well-behaved dog. He is very easy going. He is known throughout the neighborhood and easy to walk with. He slept with me every night and is a sound sleeper. We enjoyed our time together.
I highly recommend this sit and I hope to return often!
This was a fantastic sit! Murphy and Chester are adorable and great company. They liked nothing more that to snuggle up on the sofa. Janet and Billy were excellent hosts and left clear instructions on how to look after the dogs and made recommendations on were to eat and visit. They went above and beyond by picking me up and dropping me off for my bus. Ardersier is a lovely village with wonderful walks close by and local shops. I would strongly recommend visiting Wendy' cafe for excellent meals at a reasonable price. There is a regular bus service to Inverness and Nairn (Sainbury's) with the bus stop right outside the house. I loved this house sit and would strongly recommend it.
