Kate & Shay are the perfect cat sitters, I've used their services for the last 3 years after my vet recommended them as trustworthy & caring - which they've proved to be. I have a very nervous rescue cat but she immediately took to them at first meeting! On my last trip, my flight home was cancelled at the last minute but it was no problem for Lucky Paws to schedule an extra feeding until I could get home again the next day. Very happy with them in every way :)

I have been using LuckyPaws for a few months now to petsit for Pablo and Maya my two cats. They are reliable, friendly and caring petsitters. Always available to petsit at anytime, really appreciate their services, I would highly recommend.

I’ve used Lucky Paws for about 2 years now. They are absolutely fantastic! I regularly travel, and I feel really comfortable and secure knowing they take care of my cats so well when I am away from home. They respond really quickly to any query - and have never failed to agree to any request - no matter how short notice. My favourite thing of all is that they post an Instagram picture of my cats each morning or evening after they’ve visited. It gives me such reassurance and peace of mind to see my cats happy and fed! We've been using Lucky Paws to feed our cats whenever we're away for a couple of years now. Lucky Paws have been our cat sitters for the last 18 months for our nervous rescue cat. They have been perfect and I feel totally confident leaving her with them. I can see from the videos that my cat adores them. They are the only people she’ll tolerate apart from me and my husband.

I could not recommend Lucky Paws highly enough! They are so reliable, professional and friendly. It takes a while for our slightly anti-social sausage dog to get used to people... but he loves going on walks with the team and misses them when we work from home! I know Jagger absolutely loves her time with Victoria which makes me a very happy dog mum when I am away. I always receive regular photos and updates of their time and adventures throughout the stays. Victoria is an expert at what she does, it’s really reassuring and a blessing to have found her, and being so local is a true bonus. I would highly recommend Victoria if you want someone who truly takes the time to know your dog and treat them with as much love as you do.

Our dog, Sebastian, adores Victoria. He is extremely anxious and has severe separation issues but now absolutely loves going to her. It's obvious that she adores dogs and her care of Sebastian means the world to us. She has done both doggie-daycare and overnight stays, is reliable with excellent communication skills. We love receiving updates throughout the day of Sebby's latest adventures! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Victoria looked after my dog Susan for a weekend. She was absolutely amazing. Everything was so convenient, and Susan had a great time with her. She is flexible, trustworthy and very kind. Highly recommend.

Victoria has looked after Oscar for a year now and he truly loves her, she is always flexible with my plans and looks after Oscar as if he is her own! He loves going to her and she is always professional and takes him on walks and sends me pictures. I feel relaxed when I leave Oscar with Victoria as I know that she will be taking care of him. She has also helped me with his training as I was a bit nervous of having him off lead. He is fine off lead with Victoria and his confidence comes on leaps and bounds after a day with her. I highly recommend Victoria to any other dog owner.

Victoria is amazing at looking after our pup Reggie. He loves going to stay with her, sometimes we wonder whether he wants to come home he always seems to have so much fun! We always get pictures and updates throughout the day to keep us reassured. Victoria is very knowledgeable about dogs, understands Reggie’s reactivity and remains patient with him. Couldn't recommend her enough and we (including Reggie) wouldn’t want him to stay anywhere else.

Victoria took fantastic care of Cooper our cockapoo. He’s really friendly but does get anxious if I’m not around. I have tried the doggie daycare option but he can’t settle - he needs human attention rather than lots of other dogs. So Victoria’s 1-1 care is perfect. The photos and messages throughout the day were great, but I was confident from the meet and greet session that he was in good hands - he was his usual curious self and Victoria was obviously very comfortable with him exploring her home and ( rather embarrassingly for me) her wash basket! I would totally recommend her and definitely use her fantastic service again.

Victoria is a life saver. I have to travel out of town every couple of weeks and with my partner working the early shift, Victoria is there to help. She is reliable, friendly and my little puppy enjoys spending time with her too. What I also appreciate is that she is flexible with my travel times and sends pics throughout the day of my little boy. I’m so glad she is around to help.

Victoria has been absolutely amazing looking after my dog Millie , who is still a puppy really .She loves her sleepovers with Victoria and always comes back happy and totally relaxed . Victoria always sends me pictures and video’s and has done lots of work with her in training her around other dogs and people. Victoria is amazing and I wouldn’t be without her and is a 100% reliable.

Victoria has been amazing with our 5 year old rescue dog, Klara. She really struggles with seperation anxiety and is a known escape artist so we were admittedly really nervous about leaving her with anyone however, Klara had a great time and settled in so surprisingly quickly - Victoria clearly has the magic touch! Just knowing that Victoria is there when we are both in the office or when we need to go out for a few hours just feels like a real life line when you have a dog with seperation anxiety. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!!

Our pup loves Paws and Pause - she can’t hold her excitement when we drop her off in the mornings! This place has been one of the best decisions we made for her, she has become so comfortable around other dogs and is so tired when back home (which is a sign she’s had lots of fun!). The Paws and Pause team is also so wonderful. They care about the dogs like they are their own: they cuddle, reward and entertain each pup with such care, set up such fulfilling games, and update their instagram stories very regularly (so we can keep track of what pups are up to). They are generally very communicative and accommodating to last minute requests, emails, and even WhatsApps. Thank you to Paws and Pause for making our lives easier and making our pup’s life much more exciting on Wednesdays!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Paws & Pause! My Shih Tzu Gizmo is full of excitement every Wednesday and cannot wait to join her friends at daycare! The team are warm and welcoming, and take care of Giz like she were their own.

A massive thank you to you and your team at Paws & Pause Doggy Daycare! Watson, my 8.5-year-old Goldendoodle, absolutely loves his time with you all. Watson can be a bit of a nervous, grump sometimes, but your staff is brilliant with him. The way they handle him with such care and patience is truly heartwarming. I also can't thank you enough for all the enrichment games and activities you provide. Watson comes home absolutely pooped, but in the best way possible. It's clear he's had a blast and gotten lots of love and attention. Knowing that Watson is in such good hands while I'm at work is such a relief. It's like his own little vacation spot, and I'm almost jealous! So, thank you again for taking such great care of my furry sidekick!

Our lovely girl goes to Paws and Pause twice a week and she loves it! The staff are always friendly and happy to help and they really do have the dog's best interest at heart. She has been coming since she was a 14 week old pup and every evening after her daycare day she is tired and happy. 10/10 would recommend.

Our pooch's favourite place - absolutely wonderful! I'm convinced that is she ever got lost (knock on wood) she would sniff her way back to Paws and Pause and not home! The team go above and beyond to make Paws a happy and enriching place for the dogs, while supporting people facing difficult circumstances. Our pup has been going to this dog school (it really is!) for about 4 months and has loved every second of it. What more can you ask for? Perfect opening hours (8-1830), great booking and payment system, constant video updates on how your pooch is getting on, lovely and professional customer (human) service and a doggy advent calendar - they have it all. I only wish there were more spaces on Wednesdays! ;)

Paws and Pause is honestly the best thing I could have ever done for my then puppy and now full grown doggo. She comes home tired after learning new skills and having enrichment games all day. I also really appreciate how socialized my dog has become and how good her understanding of boundaries with other dogs is after being at Paws and Pause for nearly a year. The team is the best and we love how Grace and Jodie have created a space and business with a mission that really means something and empowers others.

Paws and Pause is just wonderful. I first brought my pup to the puppy socialisation course which was brilliant in gently helping my nervous dog to get used to being in the company of, and then playing with, others. Since then she has blossomed into a confident teenager who loves to go to daycare there - she's always enthusiastic when she realises where we are going, and always well looked after when we get there.

Our dog loves it here! A great service, they are always attentive to my dog’s needs as well as helpful when I need advice as a first time owner! He always has a full and busy day of activities and we get to check in on how he's doing throughout the day, which is great and always makes me jealous when I’m stuck in the office! Also a brilliant social enterprise, and an excellent support and addition to the local community.

This place and the team are amazing, my Greyhound is a super anxious guy and he's totally blossomed in just the few weeks that he's been coming here. The socialisation and care that he's recieved has really positively affected him so I would recommend Paws and Pause to any dog owner - especially if you're aprehensive because you have a more anxious dog :) I'd say to just go for it cause the team are great.

Chris has been looking after my dog for over 6 years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else while I am away. Chris owns a house with a garden in a very quiet and safe street. I get daily updates and pictures of my furry friend, and I can see it is very well looked after. Chris' family have dogs too, and it's nice as they can play with Billion when coming down from Manchester. Chris is very attentive to the diet for my dog too, as he needs special care. Once, Billion fell ill while I was abroad and Chris took him to the Vet, which is just down the road. Likely Chris recognised the early symptoms and acted quickly. Very convenient too for emergencies. Moreover, Chris is a good friend to me, always available and generous. As a dog owner, I know how difficult it is to give our best friend away sometimes. Especially to people who we have never met, but I would highly recommend Chris.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris as a walker, sitter or all round dog carer. When my Beau was alive, he was the most important thing in the world to me, and I would only leave him in the care of someone I really trusted, like Chris. He walked Beau on several occasions and also looked after him when I was abroad. I have also seen how brilliant he is around other dogs - caring and giving them the positive affirmation discipline they need.

My dog Nova has been going to daycare (and occasional boarding) with Sarah & Johnny for around 8 months now and loves it - she always comes home happy and tired! They are extremely accommodating, reliable and communicative which is amazing. It’s obvious that they really care about the dogs they look after which makes it so easy to feel comfortable leaving your pup with them :) Highly recommend Peach’s Pooches!!

Our shihtzu x poodle, Pablo loves his weekly trip to Peaches Pooches. As proven by his excitement when he’s collected & when we bump into them on non-daycare days! Sarah and Johnny are always very accommodating and help when we have any last minute dog care needs. Would (and will) certainly recommend Peaches to others looking for local dog care as a home-from-home for their pooch! I should also add that they went to great lengths to ensure Pablo knew their home and was comfortable before he boarded, which we greatly appreciated!

The service Sarah provides is exceptional! Herself and Johnny take amazing care of our sprocker Vinnie, who is always ecstatic to see them both. It is such relief to know Vinnie is both safe and having fun whilst we are at work. They also offer over night services which we can also vouch for! If you are looking for a day care for your pooch I would highly highly recommend peaches pooches :) - they also send picture updates during the day which are sometimes the highlight of my day!

Our 2 year old spaniel has been going to Sarah and Johnny for nearly a year now and I couldn’t recommend them enough. She’s a typical attention seeking nervous spaniel so initially I was worried about her going to daycare but absolutely loves going to theirs everyday for long walks and cuddles and has really become more confident in the past year. With regular photos and updates I am always assured she’s happy, playing with the other dogs and naps on the sofa. I would recommend Peach’s Pooches to anyone who needs their dog to go to a home away from home.

Lara is very helpful and she took care of Emmy and Bhutu with utmost love and care. We had to rush due to a family emergency, but she was very caring and was sending photo & video updates every day without fail. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts. I moved to Tooting recently and was overwhelmed by the amount of dog walkers there are to choose from. Pawtown came highly recommended to me by my new vet and I am so glad I chose to use Clare and her team to help me look after my boy Charlie. We use the dog walking service and their doggy daycare on days that I have to work late. Clare is not just a dog walker, she treats my dog like he is her own and always goes the extra mile for me. I work shifts and have found Clare to be super flexible and reliable. I could not wish for more!

We can’t speak highly enough of Dave’s Paws. Professional, friendly, honest and reliable. It is the biggest comfort knowing our much loved dog is being looked after as though she was Dave’s own dog. There are no long hours in a van and it is a personalised service. Dave keeps in touch and always does his best to help, even at the last minute. Dave and Mike have always gone out of their way to ensure that our dog (and before that, our cats!) were cared for and really well looked after. I Honestly don't know what I would have done without Dave. Harley was my first dog so the whole process was a learning curve for me Truly enjoyable. Having Dave take Harley on regular walks with 'the pack' other dogs has been an incredible experience for both Harley and myself. She absolutely loves Dave and can hardly contain her excitement on his arrival to collect her. His experience and knowledge is outstanding. Having that peace of mind that your fur baby is in good hands and safe is priceless. Dave sends images of Harley throughout the day of her having fun in the park, which is really reassuring. If out at work, Dave returns Harley and lays out her already prepared food and water before getting her settled and leaving her to rest. These services really are a god send! Due to relocation, both myself and Harley will miss Dave and his services massively. I would highly recommend Dave's Paws to anyone. You can rest assured your pet will be safe with Dave and the pack!

Sandra has taken care of my kitty Hazel twice now while I’ve been traveling. She is absolutely the best cat sitter I have ever had! I know Hazel is in good hands while I’m away. I’m a very nervous cat mom and hate being away from my girl but she makes it easy. She is incredibly communicative and sends tons of photos every single visit. Hazel is pretty shy but very comfortable with Sandra and always comes out to play. I trust her very much and I’m so lucky to have someone so reliable take care of my cat. Cannot recommend Love Cats enough. We felt completely at ease handing over our keys to the extremely capable Yasmin. The morning and evening updates with loads of pictures of our little fur ball was the highlight of our day while on holiday. Yas went above and beyond watering house plants and sorting a freezer that started to defrost. Very very impressed, will use again!

Since having our cat Pepper, we have been using Love Cats Pet Sitters and they have been the most amazing, caring and trustworthy cat sitters we could have wished for. Zoe looked after Pepper and would keep us in the loop and entertained with updates about Pepper. Zoe also went over and beyond when we experienced a leak in our flat when we were away, and she put our mind at ease. The whole team are fantastic, and now we are moving out of London, I know Pepper and ourselves will truly miss Love Cats - thank you!

The ladies at Love Cats are wonderful, Pamela has looked after my two babies the most. They are so used to her now that the shy one allows her to groom her. it makes going away Ok knowing that someone will look after you babies just the same as you would.

Yasmin was wonderful, so kind and considerate (our cat is very shy) and we were updated with photos and messages each day we were away to let us know everything was fine. Love Cats were recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend them to others too.

Sandra has been excellent when she has been round to look after our cats. They both can be timid with new people however from the daily updates and photos it is easy to see that they feel very comfortable with her! The photos makes me feel secure that they are ok too! The service has been great - they are very efficient and get back to you extremely promptly over email or when scheduling visits. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Love Cats has a great service. For a reasonable price they actually spend time with your cat - it's not just food in a bowl and go. We get pictures and updates that make it easier to feel OK about leaving your cat behind. Sue is fabulous, she's a total pro and a lovely person. When she's been unavailable the service has set us up with other people who have also been great. Fully recommend.

Have been using Love Cats for about 18 months now and am very happy with the service they provide. It's usually Sandra who looks after our 2 cats when we're away, and although they often aren't great with strangers she has spent the time getting to know them on visits and they seem very comfortable with her. She often sends us photos of them whilst we're away, and I would 100% recommend Love Cats to anyone looking for cat sitters in the area.

We trusted this service three times now and we simply love to have someone we can trust and that we know will take good care of our little cat. As she is a very social kitten, I was worried she would be sad if left alone for a bit longer time, but Andy sent me photos where she was playing and seemed glad to have his company instead. Thank you for keep an eye on my Ofelia while I'm not home! :)

Ava has been going to Dog Tales Club a couple times per week for the past month and we are so happy with their daycare service. They are very responsible and communicative. Ava is usually nervous but it has improved since because they’ve been helping her build confidence around other dogs and socialising her with dogs of similar temperament. She comes home every time looking like she’s had a great time there.

Our Dog Whisky has been going to Dog Tales a couple of times a week for the last two and a half years, and absolutely loves every minute of it. From Day one they have loved him as much as we do and made the days so fun he can't wait to go back for more. The team are all so friendly and excellent at communicating when he will be picked up and dropped off, as well as sending lots of gorgeous photos throughout the day. We couldn't recommend Dog Tales enough to anyone looking for a home from home for their dogs during the week. You won't regret it and neither will your dog!

The best doggy day care I’ve ever used, my Labrador started when he was about 9 months old and he loves it so much, on the days he is going he is beside himself with excitement. All the staff are just the loveliest people and I can go to work knowing that my dog is having the best time and is safe and cared for by knowledgeable and caring dog lovers. he comes home, happy, calm and relaxed, it has also made him much more confident in socialising and playing, I couldn't be happier with the service.

I could not recommend highly enough this exceptionally wonderful doggy daycare centre. My little golden retriever has been the happiest with Athus and his lovely team since day one. He starts getting excited from the moment he sees me picking up a blue bowl containing his packed lunch and he literally jumps in the van when they pick him up. He is cared for, stimulated with a lot of active engagement and loved in the most amazing way. Not to mention how above and beyond they went when I recently left Bailey boarding with them. They filled the after day care and weekend with so much fun and activities such as walks, swimming and with so much care and attention that he thoroughly enjoyed his time. They would always send so many pictures and videos that I am always kept up to date with my dog’s day. Dog Tales Club has now become a true second home for Bailey and it allows me to head to the office in the morning with the peace of mind that he will have an amazing day surrounded by such professional, attentive and caring people. I cannot recommend Dog Tales Club highly enough. All the staff are great - our dog is always so excited to see them when he gets picked up in the morning, and from the regular pics and videos we get through the day we know he is well cared for and has a really fun time. Dog Tales Club is a really professional and friendly operation and the team are always incredibly helpful and communicative.

I have been using Dog Tales Club for around a month now for day care services and boarding. I honestly can't rate them enough. The customer service is excellent. My puppy really enjoys going, and being a bit of an overprotective dog mum I am put at ease that my puppy is well look after and in good hands. My puppy gets picked up and dropped off which is very convenient. My puppy has also grown in confidence since going, from playing in the ball pits, to running around the fields, and playing with the other dogs, its a great experience for him, plus he comes up tired which is a sign of running round having lots of fun. The main plus for dog tales club is all the updates and photos you receive during the day. It is great to see my pup having such a great time. If you are thinking of using a dog day care service, I highly recommend Dog Tales Club.

Dog Tales Club has been a literal god-send! They have looked after our dog twice a week for a little under a year also with a couple stints of boarding. Atus and his team are the friendliest, most helpful group of dog-lovers, who have cultivated an amazing place for dogs to have fun. On daycare days, our dog wakes up each morning with his tail-wagging, and comes home calm and relaxed. Thank you for all of your hard-work - you have become an important part of our lives over the last year, and we feel very lucky to be able to call on you when we need a little help!

I can’t recommend Dog Tales highly enough. Athus & co have been caring for my dog Goose for over a month now, and the service is absolutely brilliant! It’s very clear how well Goose is cared for there by how keen he is to get out the door with Athus in the mornings! They also send frequent updates and photos throughout the day which makes it so comforting to know that your pup is in the best hands. Dog Tales has quickly become my only preference for daycare & boarding in London.
