Renee & Sandra took excellent care of my pets and I recommend them completely! Renee & Sandra were communicative, flexible, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. While I was away, they sent daily updates with photo and video of my pets. They followed care instructions perfectly and it was obvious when I got home that Renee & Sandra had absolutely showered my pets with love. I can tell that they really took the time to bond with Juno and Ollie and to make my pets feel comfortable with new friends. It was very easy to coordinate with them throughout, and they are both extremely competent. I had no concerns over leaving my cat and dog in their care, even when they couldn’t reach me. They also left my apartment in perfect condition. They went above and beyond in every way. Absolutely 15/10.

Veronica came for the third time here for the long Labor Day weekend to pet sit my beloved fur babies. As always she was extremely thoughtful, reliable, and attentive to every detail both for taking care of both my home and my beloved pets. To add to her credit this time she also took care of my new puppy Hope, 4 months old, and both her and her daughter gave him a ton of love and all the attention and structured routine he needs. She also sent me several picture and video updates to tell me how it was going. Communication was super easy! I came back home with the house tidy and clean and my pets all super happy and relaxed. Tahlor

Tahlor was great sitting my 4 month only puppy. She was communicative and checked in with me several times a day. She cleaned up after herself and my pup was a happy boy when I returned from traveling.

Esme

Esme is a delightful person and made an immediate connection with the cats. I felt very confident leaving them in her care, although we spent only 45 minutes together between her arrival and my departure. The cats also warmed up to her right away. Esme kept the garden in excellent shape in very high temperatures. Everything looked like it got enough water and for that I am very grateful. When I returned to the house, it had a bad smell, which I discovered was from food in the garbage and, oddly, opened cans of cat food back in the cupboard, not in the fridge. She may not have read my recycling guidelines because everything was in the trash: paper cups, plastic bags, food. Also, she used the AC, which is fine, but all the windows upstairs were open, so in addition to making the system work harder, I returned to an 80-degree room. That said, she was there primarily for the cats and she did a great job with them. I would have liked to have daily updates, which many petsitters provide, but she responded to all my texts promptly and let me know if either of them were not in at night. More orientation time might have eliminated the issues I had. I would have her back again with no qualms.

Laura was an excellent sitter. She was very communicative, easy to reach when needed, and a true pet lover! She took such great care of my cat, and even bought her special treats which I'm sure she loved. When I came home my apartment was perfectly tidy which I appreciated. I'd be happy to have Laura back anytime!

Neil & Susan

Neil and Susan were incredible house and pet sitters. Reba loved spending time with them and going on several walks a day. They were great communicators and sent daily updates with photos. They left our space very clean, doing the laundry before leaving. They even left a coaster resembling Reba for our space! We greatly appreciated Neil and Susan’s thoughtfulness and care for Reba. We’d welcome them to sit anytime!

Alexandra & Axel

Xandi and Axel were great! They had to reschedule the original sit due to illness and they were very accommodating and communicated very openly and promptly. They asked lots of questions before and during the sit so I felt comfortable that Maeve was in good hands and stuck to her routine. Would happily have them sit for us again!

Naheeda and Saranya were a breeze to schedule stuff with! They were communicative, organised and very gentle with pixel. They also kept my case clean and even accommodated me when my return date changed suddenly! Couldn’t have picked better sitters for my fur child. 

Pretty sure Pixel now prefers them to me haha

Magdelena and Ricky together with their daughter looked after our dog OBI for three weeks.

Magdalena & Ricky seem to be nice people, friendly, reliable and resourceful.

We spoke to people at our local dog park who regularly saw them there with our dog and they all had nothing but good things to say, one of them saying she didn't think we could have chosen anyone better. Our tenant who also met them said "Super nice, respectful and responsible." She also said that Obi always looked happy to be with them!

Our place was in the middle of some minor renovations so we left it as tidy as we possibly could and when we got back, they had left the place as tidy as they found it, if not tidier! 

They sent us a few pics of Obi having fun and made a short video for us to see Obi's adventures while we were gone. We noticed little things in the photos they sent like they always kept his eyes clean.

Obi was very excited to see us when we got back and did not seem any the worse for his stay with them. He seemed to have loved them both.

I would not hesitate to have them in our house again and would feel very comfortable recommending them to friends.

They also left us a small Christmas gift. Very thoughtful.
