We haven’t always had the best experience with this app, so we kind of had low expectations. Ashley renewed our faith in humanity, and went above and beyond the tasks requested! Not only did she train our 13-year-old dog to behave, but our cat seems to have a new pep in her step as well. All in one week! When we arrived home, the place was cleaner than we left it, and we are really clean people. She even gifted us with a few goodies! She took our baby for daily walks, included adorable photo updates and blurbs everyday. Not to mention the printout of everything she did, which also included a scannable barcode that links directly to the pictures she took! Ashley is 100% our #1 pick for future sits!

Jim & Lana

We were very lucky & thrilled to be able to welcome back Jim & Lana to look after our three boys and the house for a second time and for our longest trip away so far (5 weeks). It is a real pleasure when away for such an extended period (for us at least) to have the comfort of knowing the boys are happy and the house cared for. Even better to come home to chilled doggies & a clean house. Jim & Lana are great communicators, very experienced with property & pets and lovely people, who again made us feel at ease and definitely bonded with our boys. No surprise at all that they have so many fantastic reviews on top of ours and we absolutely recommend them, while also hoping that our future vacation plans and their commitments coincide again and we can welcome them back. It was a pleasure to meet and have Annabel and Art care for our pup, Cosmo, and stay and care for our home. From our first meeting on zoom until our texts to finish the sit I had full confidence in their ability to do all we needed. Our dog was happy and calm and our house was in great condition when we got home. They were great communicators when they had a question during the sit and sent thorough updates and pictures periodically, which we loved. This is the second time I have used Dominique for petsitting; he is local in Chicago and I was fortunate he was available to take care of my cat on fairly short notice. In addition to feeding and caring for my pet, he was also available on standby as my return flight was delayed, and was able to relieve my anxiety in case I didn't get home on time. We truly hit the jackpot with Michael and Uschi. We’ve never left our dog for two weeks, and after meeting with this lovely couple we felt confident that our special boy was in good hands. They were so caring and loving to our boy King, treating him like he was their own. 
Michael and Uschi frequently communicated with us, sending photos/videos and updates that really filled our hearts. 
They were respectful of Kings needs, truly concerned when he had a demonstrated a limp.
They were incredibly considerate of our home, leaving it spotless (honestly it was cleaner than how we left it)! 
M&U even left us homemade soup, treats, and bread for when we returned after a long day of travel. 
We felt so comfortable having them in our home. 
Truly trustworthy, loving, respectful, solid, friendly, all around lovely people. 
Not only did King enjoy their visit, we gained friends!
