I really enjoyed my week's housesit with Imogen and Paul. The three cats, Socks, Pickle and Nova, were absolutely delightful, great company and easy to take care of. Socks was very affectionate, Nova a really sweet little bundle of energy, and all three were just lovely individual characters. It was a pleasure taking care of them and the chickens, who were very entertaining. The house was large, warm and clean, and the bedroom very peaceful with a comfortable double bed. There's a lovely small convervatory with a fantastic view over the river and fields below, and a great place to chill out, particularly on a rainy day. I didn't meet Paul, but Imogen was very welcoming and informative, and took time to let me know about everything before departing. Communication in general was great. I would thoroughly recommend this housesit. Thank you Imogen and Paul!
We thoroughly enjoyed our house-sit at Helen’s place in Palo Alto. Helen was gracious and a delightful host. We feel we have made a friendship that will last the rest of our lives. Avril is wonderful and lots of fun to walk and play with. She really is a big puppy and delights in chasing after Grizou the cat. She loves to snuggle up, and many times we woke up with Avril on the bed with us. Grizou is easy to care for; a typical cat some days very friendly and other days aloof. Many times he joined us when out for a walk with Avril. They will play chase together in the backyard. The house is beautiful, easy to care for and the sitter’s guest room is lovely. The home is convenient to all Palo Alto and the bay area have to offer. We had a car, but grocery stores and other shops are within walking/biking distance. Were we not headed out for a year's travel, we suspect we’d do a lot more house-sits for Helen in the future. We liked Helen, her home, Avril and Grizou very much!
Staying at Vicki & Lisette's was truly great. They showed me everything upon arrival and prepared a very helpful overview in advance. The three cats, Lucy, Annie and Maggie were lovely and we missed them as soon as we left. We especially loved the big kitchen with it's many appliances. We'd love to come back someday!
Josh and I had a great time watching Tuve and Framby in SF. We loved playing with the kitties throughout our stay as they were full of energy and curiosity. They are very cute cats. Jessica and Josh's place is perfect for working from home as they have 2 offices. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. They provided us with very clear instructions and helped coordinate around our desired arrival time. We also enjoyed how close the place is to the Bart station and bus lines.
We had an amazing time at Caroline’s place! The house is very comfortable and the gardens and surroundings are incredibly green and quiet. The pets are fantastic, well behaved and easy going. They love walks in the nearby footpaths and the house garden. They are very affectionate and spend time near you (in Willow’s case, in the top of you 😅). The house is super clean and all the appliances are as described. The guest room is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom is fully equipped with everything you may need. I had such an amazing time!!! It is a green, remote and quiet area, but with accessible town a few minutes drive with supermarkets, drugstore, etc. For my requirements of spend some time away of the city, it is perfect!! I am truly missing the pets by now, and hopefully I’ll be able to come back another time. Truly recommend! I highly recommend this sit! James and Rachel are both lovely and the communication was great. Rachel welcomed us when we arrived even if we had to arrive late, she showed us everything in the house. Luna and Kit Kat are amazing and sweet animals. Kit Kat will ask for cuddles all day and Luna is great on walks and very obedient. The house was spotless and very nice! We had a great stay, thank you so much Rachel and James!

Adam and Deanna are awesome. We recently adopted a female German Shephard and needed someone to check in on her while we attended an event; it was her first time alone etc. Adam and Deanna too great care of her while we were gone, even provided a nifty little report of their visits of what they did during each visit.
