I would give Alice 10 stars if I could - above and beyond experience. Alice arrived early at our house and she brought a cute toy and a bag of treats as gifts for my pup, Cora. Alice and her husband Louis are true animal lovers and it shows from the first second they show up - they are tender, loving and patient and they put the animal at ease immediately. Our dog was wonderfully cared for and the house looked excellent. We could not be happier with Alice and Louis and we hope to have them back for future sits!

Aside from the pets being well taken care of, and the house being perfectly spotless when we came home, Alice and Kirk were flexible and highly communicative. They even rolled with the punches when after boarding our flight that morning and before they arrived, our dog decided to break out of the back fence for the first time in years and ran to a neighbor! Not the way we wanted their stay to start, but they handled it extremely well. They were kind enough to let us know about a broken doorhandle on the of the bedrooms we never use so that we can get that fixed for the next time someone stays. We would most definitely welcome them back again.

Allison was a truly wonderful house guest. She stayed for 5 weeks and took excellent care of our dog, 2 cats and 2.goldfish. The animals were immediately relaxed and calm around her. She carried out the caring duties diligently and was so warm and loving with our pets. She is friendly, kind and considerate... She even left us a treat of home baked banana bread and some dinner as she knew we would be hungry after our flight. She left the house in immaculate condition and washed and dried all linen she used. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone, our only regret is that she lives in the USA and we are in Ireland, so a little far for weekend sits!

We were lucky that Mia was available for our travel dates! She made our travel easy with regular updates about the kitties, including pictures of them hanging out with her. Prior to the trip she came to see the house and meet the cats- we were grateful that she was willing to drive about an hour to make that happen. She was prompt with all communication pre-trip, and as I said, during her stay she stayed in regular contact. We felt absolutely comfortable leaving our kitty kids, and our house, in her very capable hands. We came home to the house feeling it have been cared for well- she followed our request for handling sheets and towels, she’d turned the dishwasher on, so plates and all were clean. And the kitties were happy and calm, having had good company during our three days away.

Housesitting for Rachel for 2 months was an absolutely amazing experience! The house, views and surrounding area are incredible. Rachel was contactable for any questions that we had whatsoever and was very responsive.

Janet is an absolute doll! So sweet and genuine, very gifted as well. Her location is perfect and I saw so many amazing things while there. River and Roo are two of the coolest dogs I've had. Not often do you get pets that can jump in the car and join  recoyou for day trips. These girls were all about it. We had a blast together! I definitely recommend this one!

My recent sit at The Loft was a fabulous experience. Frank and Catherine are excellent hosts and generously left me some gifts and food for the festive season. Their home is incredibly comfortable and clean. Rua the cat acknowledged me once or twice during my fortnight but she is very easy to look after. The chickens provided a supply of freshly laid eggs. Percy is an absolute dote, very affectionate and obedient and he snored in his wee bed beside mine every night. He loves his walkies and going on trips in the car. I'd definitely sit here again, if invited, and would heartily recommend this sit.
