Sandra
Sandra and Ansgar were the most thoughtful hosts! They really made us feel right at home. Linus and Findy were super easy cats to fall in love with. Linus is chatty and loves to know his people are around! Findy mostly stays with the downstairs neighbor, but he's super social and loves a good pet when you're cleaning his litter or refreshing his food. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but there is also a lot to explore in the area. I would highly recommend Sandra, Ansgar, Linus, and Findy!

Betty
Betty is a very nice lady with a nice family and a lovely and comfortable home, within a short rideshare distance from the train, walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Betty's home also has a beautiful well equipped kitchen.
Tobi is cute and easy to take care of, she does have some mobility issues sometimes so you may have to help her up or down the stairs, which makes it easy to give her some extra cuddles and she'll let you know when she wants to go out, she makes her signals very easy for you to understand. On the first day she missed her mom but by the second day she really warmed up we walked, watched TV together ect. The fish were quiet and well behaved as fish usually are.
This family has a beautiful garden with a pool for your enjoyment. I recommend this sit.

Alexia
Our stay in Vienna was amazing! Alexia and Ross's home is phenomenally beautiful and in the best location, right by Karlsplatz. Wally is the sweetest dog – full of fun and very entertaining. We enjoyed the walks, playing ball (his favorite), hide-n-seek treats, and a daily puppuccino (frothed milk). He is loveable and easy to please.

The apartment is bright, airy, very clean, and very spacious. Making arrangements with Alexia and Ross was easy. They are great communicators, very organized and basically pretty fabulous people. We didn't need a car since the public transport is great and practically right on their doorstep. Our favorite local things to do were the free walking tour of Vienna which we did twice, getting a pastry at SPAR after the morning walk (they were better than at any cafe), open air music at Rathaus platz (5 min tram ride), guided tour of Opera House (5 min walk), music in many of the churches, exercising/runs through the Belvedere gardens and Stadtpark, and food. Our favorite local restaurants quickly became Gasthaus Buchecker & Son (the mushroom soup is outstanding), Gmoakeller, and Z'Som (for a fancy night $$) - all easily walkable. We lucked out getting to stay at Alexia, Ross, and Wally's! We loved it!

We honestly could not have asked for a better first pet sitting experience via TrustedHouseSitters. Steph and Chris are wonderful and generous hosts, they invited us to stay the night before the sit, cooking us a lovely meal and making us feel both welcome and at home. It was a delight to care for Millie who is a beautiful and independent cat. She was a little reserved to start with but each day she spent a little more time with us. By our last night she was happy to let us tickle her tummy.
The cottage is a great place to stay with amazing views of the Kent countryside. There is lots to do in the area and we enjoyed trips out to Knole park, Leeds castle as well as spending time in Rye, Canterbury and Broadstairs.
Many thanks to you both, we would love to sit for you again x

Tessa
Tessa and family were extremely welcoming and generous. They showed me the walks and the ropes before a delicious family dinner and a comfortable bed. I had suspected straight away that the dogs, cats and ponies would be great fun to be with, and they were. It was kept quite busy, taking care of a poorly paw, letting cats in and out as they requested, feeding the ponies, plenty of walking and a whole lot of playing and cuddling. The house is very comfortable, with everything one could need. The grounds are wonderful and the weather was kind for April, meaning that we could spend time in the garden. The walks were a delight too - plenty of variety straight from the house and some great views. The dogs were great company, each with her own strong personality, loving and funny! I highly recommend this pet sit and look forward to returning one day!
