Sharika was such a pleasure to have. She showed up when she said she would and was very kind and communicative. Sharika answered any questions I had promptly during the stay and checked in with me a couple of times. She was wonderful to work with. Sharika was gracious and took very good care of the home. Sharika left my house spotless at her departure!. The reason I left a 4 on the pet care rating was that I have an assistant that works out of my house sometimes and she felt that she needed to remind Sharika to clean up after the cats and clean the litter box a couple times. I have 2 cats that need regular attention due to one having a handicap and the other with diabetes. Perhaps Sharika just hadn't had time to do the clean up for the day, so I don't fault her and when reminded she was receptive and polite to my assistants request. However, Sharika left everything in amazing shape! Thank you!
Raven is a very sweet girl. She listens well and is extremely well behaved. She enjoys car rides and going on walks on nearby trails. She also loves to play fetch like there is no tomorrow. Trisha’s home was exceptionally clean and so welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable.
A true gem - Mikey and Minka are so adorable and extremely easy to be with, and Kylie is such a pleasure to deal with. From beginning to end communication was easy, quick, concise and clear together with a very good Welcome Guide. Kylies home was clean, comfortable and cosy in a quiet and safe location with beautiful tropical green walks very close by and only around 15minutes drive to the Noosa River. Mikey is a delight, he is as described in his profile, very sociable and a delight especially when you brush him and does like to play, whereas Minka is a sweetie who takes quite a while before she cautiously thinks about getting to know you. They are inside cats who have their own cat door to a fenced off outside area. We were so very grateful Kylie chose Lovely housesit, highly recommended.
My husband and I had a lovely time with Josie and Riley. They're absolutely adorable and fun-loving little pups. Riley stayed close to me from the beginning. Josie took a day or so to warm up to me (I think she was sulking a little about Esther leaving on vacation!), but when she discovered I give great belly rubs, she was more than happy to hang out by my side. Esther's home is comfortable, beautifully furnished, and located close to Lake Monona and lots of great restaurants (ask Esther for recommendations!). The weather was gorgeous while we were there, so we walked everywhere, even all the way to the UW campus. Esther was communicative and I enjoyed talking with, texting, and meeting her. I highly recommend this sit if it's available!
I had a wonderful experience petsitting for Anabella. Her place is quiet and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax. The location is great, with brunch spots around and 7 min walk to the metro, which takes you straight into the city. A highlight for me was the backyard, which was perfect for playing fetch with Orzo. He has an energetic personality and definitely enjoys a good amount of playtime. Alongside Orzo, Kiko and Otis were joy too. All three pets are well behaved, which made the sitting experience enjoyable. Communication with Anabella was thorough and easy. They made sure I had all the information I needed. Highly recommend:)
Leo is the most easy going cat, he lets you know when he is hungry and loves a stroke and cuddle, I fell in love with his beautiful nature.
I highly recommend this sit! It was a great pleasure to house and dog sit for Birgit and Olivier 😊 We had a lovely time. We fell in love with the pack, Praline, Nougat, Crumble and Strudel! They all have a very sweet nature and are super well behaved. We loved playing with them especially Strudel. The house is wonderful and very cosy with a beautiful garden and stunning views! Birgit and Olivier were very welcoming. They welcomed us in their home with open arms. They are very friendly, nice and kind people! Even though unfortunately we only got a very short sit we still got very attached to the 4 cuties. So, it was still very hard to leave them. They are very loving dogs. We would be delighted to sit here again! If you have the chance to do this sit, don’t hesitate! In simple words it was perfect! Once again thank you for accepting us as your sitters 😊
