Sharon and Kathy have been pet sitting for me for years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. I have dogs and a cat and they accommodate any needs they have. One of my dogs takes medication daily and also requires medication for thunder storms due to her anxiety. She stays the night at “doggie camp” (over at Sharon’s house) and she loves it. Sharon and Kathy love animals and genuinely care about their well-being and happiness. I know my babies are in good hands when they are with them. I also receive great communication and handing off/picking up is always easy and convenient. I recommend them to whoever wants a more affectionate and attentive option over boarding their pets.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! I highly recommend Paleo Pet Sitting. We recently went out of town for my granddaughter's wedding and family reunion leaving us needing someone to look after our cat, LilyBug. The owner left no stone unturned in the paperwork to find out more about your pet, their likes, dislikes, when they eat, routine, favorite toys, etc. The sitting team went above and beyond. I loved receiving texts and pictures every time they visited which alleviated any angst over leaving her behind (she usually travels with us!). I will not hesitate to contract their services in the future! Paleo Pet Sitters are the absolute best of the best!

I used Paleo last year during the holidays for pet sitting. I was a little nervous about using them since my cat is older. I met our pet sitter before the sitting dates and that put me at ease. Over the sitting dates she sent updates and pictures of our cat. I would highly recommend them. They are great!!

I first ran across Paleo while looking for a better food for my pup. Low and behold they do pet sitting too. We have used Paleo multiple times while I have been traveling and even once while on vacation. Having the sitter come and be with our animals in their environment is much less stressful. I highly recommend them and trust them implicitly.

I called Paleo Pet sitting somewhat last minute, and they were still able to fit us in and come take care of my diabetic kitty two times a day! They were very nice during the meet and greet and put me right at ease knowing they would be taking care of my cat. They sent me photos every time they came to visit her. They even made sure my robot vacuum made it back to its docking station! The app they use was slightly confusing at first, but made paying for the service and setting up future services a breeze. Would highly recommend!!

I have had nothing but wonderful experience with Paleo. I highly recommend them for your travel needs. I really enjoy the pictures of my pets to let me know they are doing great while I am out of town!

After many terrible experiences with groomers, I was so nervous about trying out a new groomer. Dawn did such an amazing job on my sweet boy and she even texted me these pictures of him to make sure everything was how I liked it. He will definitely be making many trips back here! ✂️

We had our Akita dog groomed here and they were simply amazing. They did a fantastic job, made him feel comfortable as this location and groomer were all new to him and the price was great too! I Highly recommend these folk and this business!

After trying out different groomers around the area, we finally have our go-to! Have groomed our pups here 4 times so far, all experiences were very satisfying. Several different pet owners from different dog parks have recommended this place, and for us to look for Dawn. She has a long waitlist, so you need to book far in advance (almost 2 months ahead!). Dawn is the BEST. Our 4 year old toy poodle can be a bit of a diva, but Dawn can successfully make her sit and styled to perfection! Our other rescue pup might have a bit of trauma with having her face touched and has tried to scare off other groomers at different places, but Dawn said she was an absolute sweetheart throughout the whole complete-shaving process (she came severely matted). It is a bit pricier than other places ($75 for full wash and trim for our 5 lbs toy poodle), but they provide live streaming from multiple cameras that can be accessed from your phone, so that’s very helpful for owners with anxiety. The shop owner was also very sweet and insightful. They don’t have a waiting area, but they were accommodating when I decided to wait for the very first session. They are very VERY thorough, and they handle several dogs within the same time frame; from our experience, one dog took an average of 3 to 3.5 hours. It is quite a long time for grooming, but the end result is worth it, and they provide water if the pup has to wait.

We live out of state. When my wife's mother passed away, we needed a place for her dog to go that WASN'T a kill shelter, especially considering the age of the dog. Clear Lake worked with us over the phone, accepted the dog, and held her for a few nights before a friend of the family could get there to pick her up. Not only did the kennel help us, but they tended to a "hot spot" on the dog from the stress of being in the apartment for 2 days with her dead mommy. I believe the kennel even bathed the dog, as I'm sure she was rank when they received her. Thank you so much for the time and care Clear Lake. We hope this rating helps you out even a fraction of how much you helped us out.

CLK has offered great service every time. The caring and personable staff is why I have continued to use the grooming services as well as boarding for my geriatric dodies. My boys always look (and smell) so good! I’m not so good with getting people’s names, but I see the same staff when I go; low turnover is important to me, too. Thank you, CLK!

We always use clear lake kennels and the employees are DOG PEOPLE. My dogs aren’t scared when they walk in, which means a lot, and the staff are always so excited to greet them.

Caring staff!!! They took great care of my fur baby and had a special touch with her bandana. They follow up with a report card to ensure I knew what went well, and what didnt. Love the service and attention to detail.

Griffon has always been afraid to get his nails done. With all the staff being so calm and laid back he has gotten so much easier to get the nails done without stress. He gets a bath (which he loves)and his nails done. I am so happy for him to have progressed this far, after over 3 years of struggle to get them done. Thank you Clear Lake Kennels.

*⛔️Warning ‼️ They allow BIG dogs to play with small dogs. Do not believe their promises of temperament testing— they allowed this to happen to my 6lbs dog. (See pictures) They also handled it terribly, initially downplaying it and told me these were superficial wounds and still wont even tell me what breed of dog it was that did this. The staff then told me not to go to vet since “they will overcharge anyway.” EDIT: The manager has since helped me pay for half the vet bills and apologized. And luckily after the infection, he seems to be recovering ❤️‍🩹 However we will not be returning…

Dogtopia NASA has been great for my pup! The caretakers are nice, friendly, and seem knowledgeable. The facility is always very clean and when checking in on the cameras through the app, the play rooms look well maintained. My dog is always excited to go to daycare at Dogtopia and comes home worn out from all the socializing. Highly recommended!

Facility was very clean and maintained, especially where the dogs play. Caleb and staff were friendly and comforting, ensuring my pet would be safe. It was a last minute booking as we were at the Space Center and they did not allow service pets inside. I found Dogtopia online, although I saw an average rating, I went ahead and took my pet. My personal experience rates 5 Stars! I will definitely book again if/when I am in the area. Thank you!!

I've used Dogtopia numerous times for the past 4 years and always am impressed. The staff is caring and understanding of my dog's needs and care. I constantly watch my dog through the cameras and can see he is having a safe and fun time. I am so glad to have a place I can fully trust with my baby while we're away. There was one time my dog tried to get out of the kennel over night and scratched his nose, I was texted immediately with pictures and really appreciated the communication. I love Dogtopia and so does Kelso! He's always so worn out when I pick him up but I so appreciate everything they do to provide him a safe and fun time while I can rest assured he's taken care of.

My mama pup and her first born, sweet ginger boy Otis, LOVE Dogtopia and in just a few all day- daycare, they have bonded with each other and with me in a different way. (Sorry not sorry for the photo spam) I have no words on how wonderful this daycare is. I’ve visit 4 so far, hands down Webster/Nasa location is OUR favorite. Caleb (hope I spelled that correctly) was wonderful, answered all my questions and was sincere and empathetic. This location really feels like family ! Thank yall for giving my babies the BEST day ever ! They can’t wait to see you guys again.

Got a call today from the rude receptionist Chris. Or whatever she says her name is, saying my dog had an injury and said it was not bad at all. When I get there to see what was going on my dog has a WHOLE in his ear and it’s bleeding out of control. No manager on site none of the employees cared seems like this has happen before. I am so upset that I even trusted these teenagers to look after my dog.they also said the girl was watching my dog get bite and couldn’t do anything about it. They need more people watching 30-50 dogs this is ridiculous and it’s messed up that they did not even care about my dog my dog was crying and was in so much pain. When I tried to get the manager information the receptionist just walked away to the back and never came back. So unprofessional this place does not care about the dogs only the money!

My dogs are 9 and 7 years old. They have never been in a kennel. I took them to Dogtopia because we are selling our home, having an estate sale and have people coming to do minor touch ups, and my dogs are friendly but the stress of me always having to worry about them getting in peoples way-I decided to take them to daycare. From my first phone call to when I bought them in— I was highly impressed!!! And I am very protective about my fur babies. Both my dogs got along with other dogs and I always see a person in the rooms with them. I love the fact I can get on my app and watch them on video. Not only do the employees play with the dogs—they are always cleaning the floors and making sure the dogs are safe. I have a boxer and a lab and every morning someone helps me get the dogs out of my car. The price is very reasonable! I love this place and even after we are moved to our new home—Gus and Tessie will go to Dogtopia at least once or twice a week to play with their fur friends!

Boarded my golden retriever who is 12 years old. They put her in a room with about 20 dogs. There was a camera and on Saturday we saw one large dog jumping and biting my dog. The man who was in there watching the dogs was on his phone and took about 5 minutes to look up and break it up She bled from the left elbow. I never received a call after this happened When I picked her up on Sunday the girl, Angelica” was rude and argumentative . I left my phone number for Giovani to call me but I never received a phone call. Don’t trust your dog to these people.

Lady the coonhound pup is now almost 1 year old and after 7 months she still loves going to Dogtopia every day to play with her BFFF'S while I'm at work. This high energy dog gets all the exercise, love & attention she needs from the Dogtopia staff to come home happy & exhausted every evening. The special events are fun for all. I love that Dogtopia staff try to reinforce training that we are working on at home. They help her mind her manners! Being able to keep an eye on her with the webcam is nice. The facility is always clean, staff is friendly & competent, prices are very reasonable. Lady & I both love Dogtopia!!

I am incredibly disappointed with PetSuites of America and feel compelled to share our ongoing negative experiences to help other pet parents make informed decisions. Last year, while boarding our dog at PetSuites, staff gave her another dog’s medication—even though our dog wasn’t on any medication at the time. When we called to check on her from vacation, we were told she was already checked out. We rushed to the facility, only to learn that her chart had been mixed up. She was given a full medication schedule meant for another dog, which caused diarrhea and required a vet visit. Thankfully, the dosage was low and didn’t cause long-term harm to her, but this mistake was incredibly alarming. Worse, the other dog whose medication was mistakenly assigned to ours went without their antibiotics—a major concern for that family. PetSuites apologized and offered us a 10% discount on a future stay, which we decided to use about a year later while waiting for our house to be built. However, when we returned, the entire staff and management had changed. They claimed they couldn’t honor the 10% discount because they already applied a 10% discount for extended stays over 30 days. Despite this, and out of convenience, we trusted them again to care for our baby during a long stay. Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t much better. There were constant calls asking for payments, updates on how long we needed the boarding, and an overall lack of professionalism. Even though they knew our dog serves as a support animal for my wife, it sometimes felt like they doubted we would return for her. Despite having multiple credit cards on file, they repeatedly called us about billing. Every time we asked questions, the staff would have the manager call us back instead of addressing things directly, which only added to the frustration. And then came the final heartbreak. My wife has already detailed how our dog injured her paw pad during this stay. Seeing our dog rush out of that facility, hurt and emotionally distressed, broke our hearts. She is not the same dog we dropped off. If you love and care about your pets, I urge you to carefully read the reviews for PetSuites of America. Their repeated mistakes, lack of accountability, and poor communication have left us devastated. We wish we had trusted our instincts and chosen another place. This facility needs to take serious action to ensure the safety, care, and well-being of the pets entrusted to them.

I was very nervous leaving my dogs at PetSuites because I was going to be far away for a couple of days, with no chance to return earlier due to work. From the first day I felt at peace watching them through the cameras, seeing them play, or rest inside their cute little suite. The paw-gress reports and photos brought a smile to my face every single time and it was very clear to me that my babies were having a blast. They probably can’t wait to go back! :)

We were so excited about leaving our dog with Petsuites for the first time. She loved play time and it was great that we were able to see her playing as well as when she was in her room.. excuse me…her Townhouse. LOL. This has become our go to place for taking care of our fur baby!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at PetSuites of America. During my dog's recent stay, she injured her paw pad after jumping on a latch in her room—a hazard the staff admitted they knew about. Despite this knowledge, they took no preventative action and only moved her to a safer room after she was injured. Their explanation? They were "busy." While they covered her medical expenses, the consequences have been heartbreaking. My dog, who is my support animal—a fact they were aware of—is now on pain medication, antibiotics, and requires hydrotherapy. She has to wear a cone and has been visibly distressed. This has not only caused her physical pain but has also disrupted her ability to assist me as she normally would. This is not the first issue I’ve had with PetSuites. On a previous visit, they gave my dog another dog’s medication. At the time, I was reassured by management that they were under new leadership and that if I gave them another chance, nothing like this would happen again. Unfortunately, that promise was broken. To make matters worse, I paid my invoice in full, and the only discount I’ve ever received was for the prior incident. This level of carelessness and disregard for safety is unacceptable. I trusted PetSuites to provide a safe environment for my dog, and they failed me twice. I urge them to take responsibility, review their safety protocols, and prioritize the well-being of the animals in their care. No pet owner should have to go through this.

They did a good job taking care of my puppy and price was not too much. We got her the works so bath, hair, nails, teeth and a cute bandana. The lady I'd spoken with over the phone was a great help. However the girl the day of our appointment was very lacking in energy, seemed like she didn't want to be there, and later when picking up my puppy we witnessed her give the lady before us the wrong dog which we found very concerning. Probably won't be returning.

We’ve been taking our pup here since they’ve opened. Super accommodating and our pup enjoys his boarding time with all day play. He made a lot of friends here! The staff and management are amazing! Marv loves PetSuites league city!

This was the first time we used PetSuites. We made last minute plans to leave town for the holidays and they had availability for our pup. The communication was great and the price was a little higher than average, but definitely worth it. We booked 3 nights, a full bath, 2 specialty treats and a holiday dinner and we paid about $200.

We checked Chico in for a weekend stay. It appears he had as much fun as we did. PetSuites was very clean and polished. The staff was very helpful. But, what I loved the most is the text with updates on how my fur baby was doing. It even included photos. Chico will definitely be a regular visitor.

My pup went for the 1st time yesterday and had a blast!! He's usually overly excited to see me, but he loved the staff so much that I actually had to call him to me. I'm a new pup parent so I'm still learning. It was a little too soon after his neutering to be there but one of the staff (I think it was the general manager "Babar") called me because another member of the staff noticed his suture and they pulled him out of the group. He was fine and I appreciated that. Overall 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟... If you have to do something during the day it's a great place to babysit your baby. We wanted to see if we could get him acclimated so that in July we could take a 3-day trip... I think he'll do well... they have really nice suites with beds and pillows and television if that's what you want anyway it was a great experience... My puppy is definitely going to find some BFFs in this place ‼️🐾🦴🐈🐈‍⬛🐩🐕🦮🐕‍🦺

Love this groomer! Their staff is amazing especially Victoria! Today, Harley got a lion cut but she also gets the fox cut, too. Reasonably priced and in/out in 2 hours or less!

Close to home and easy to schedule a convenient time. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been cheerful & helpful. A joy! My Husky comes home happy which indicates she has been treated well and with respect. Her adopted sibling, our Great Dane goes berserk until she returns home.

I had a really disappointing experience at this dog boarding place. My dog went in happy and came back with visible marks on his face and a swollen, red eye. When I asked the manager about it, they brushed it off, suggesting another dog must have scratched him. To make matters worse, I paid for grooming on the last day of boarding, but when I picked him up, he smelled like urine, and his ears were dirty. It's clear they didn't take proper care of him. I would not recommend this place. The attached photos speak for themselves - the difference between the day of drop-off and the day of pick-up is shocking. Choose a different boarding facility for your furry friend's well-being.

We’ve been bringing our dogs here for the passed 3 years. Initially they WERE amazing! Super friendly and easy going environment. However, recently they’ve been making changes and today was my last straw. I’m so over their new snappy attitude. They’ve increased their prices which is fine (everyone is) but it annoyed me when they started to enforce a “play time fee.” I am paying for your grooming services not daycare. So today I took my time to pick them up, if you are enforcing me to pay for play time, MY BABIES ARE GETTING THEIR PLAY TIME. When I picked them up, they were gated by themselves in a corner. I stuck around because I liked their work but today my poor babies face was butchered! If you are going to increase your fee, INCREASE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL! When I asked about his face and why did he look like that she said “she tried to do the round muzzle.” I told her “that’s not how he normally looks after getting groomed.” Mind you, he is a regular for the past 3 years and they “keep record,” of what we want and ask for. She didn’t even offer an apology and responded to me with a very uncaring “okay.” They aren’t as friendly and nurturing as they used to be. I was nice about the situation despite the fact that my blood was boiling. His face literally looks so different. I used to highly recommend them and sent my sister, parents and cousins their way. But… This place ain’t it anymore. Needless to say, we’re searching for new groomers.

We have been coming here for over a year and a half to get our goldendoodle groomed. The staff keeps great records of how we like for her to look and what we like. Plus, they always do an excellent job! I do wish they were more transparent about the different packages they have available. We always order the same one by default. But if I knew what other packages they offered, I would be more inclined to bring her more frequently than her quarterly groom.

Pawsh is THE best!! Every time I book an appointment they know exactly who my dog is, and they’re extremely friendly. I’m a hairstylist, so I’m very particular. My dog is frightened to go anywhere, but wags her tail, and happily walks in. Highly recommended Pawsh!

Love the location. It’s on my way to work so super convenient. Wish there was a larger outdoor play area for my pup to run and get his energy out but he still gets tired from playing with other dogs. I have never had an issue bringing my dog here however I’ve never had a dog that needed to be groomed ( I have a frenchie) but recently got a miniature shnauzer. I brought him here for his first hair cut he’s 6 months old and poor thing could barely see so we decided it was time. I was so beyond disappointed when I picked him up. I had called way ahead before booking to ask if they know how to do a proper shnauzer cut or even a specific one and they ensured me they did. When I picked him up they didn’t cut any hair other than his face and underbelly and they cut all of his best features off. He had beautiful long lashes and eyebrows that are now gone. On Top of that above his left eye was cut ( i get if they’re puppies they will squirm) however i didn’t think you were supposed to cut there eyebrows anyway. I didn’t even say anything when I left because I was so furious. I have no problem paying for services but $40 something dollars and 2 hours later i expected more from them. Will not be returning

5 STARS!! We left our 2 girls with them for a week and were so impressed with the communication from booking to picking up. They have cameras in the rooms and constantly post videos and pictures of the kids running around and having fun. We won’t go anywhere else!! Highly recommend trusting them with your babies.

I can't say enough about this place. They treat each of their hotel guests like their own pets. They spend a lot of time videoing each of the hotel guests. Someone is on-site 24/7, and they quickly answer any questions you have while you are away. My puppy loves everyone there (Alex, John, etc.) and gets very excited when they welcome him to the hotel. Each pet receives their own suite with a camera that you can access anytime. When planning a trip out of town, I first contact MPA to ensure my baby can stay with them. Judd and Thuy genuinely have a one-of-a-kind place.

This place is worth the money! We always boarded the dogs at the vet because it was affordable and the staff knows our dogs really well. Our husky mix has pretty severe anxiety and boarding at the vet was just too stressful for him. We tried out Mount Pleasant this past weekend for the first time and it was great! We put both our fur kids in the same room together. I got regular updates from the staff including pictures and videos of my pups playing and enjoying themselves. I was also able to check in on them via webcam in their "villa". I was so relieved to actually watch my anxious husky relax. No pacing, no panting, just being lazy like he is at home. The owners are avid dog people, just LOVE being around dogs. They know their stuff when it comes to socializing too so all pups have a good time, even if they're not a "dog" dog. We will be back again for sure!

The absolute best place to 'board' your dog. This puppy hotel is all inclusive, and even has a snazzy day spa where you can pamper your pup for a reasonable price! Judd and Thuy treat the pups like they are one of their own. We receive picture updates and love following them on Facebook! Want to check in on your pup during the day? No problem! They have a camera service with a secure log in. This dynamic duo is extremely flexible and super responsive which is perfect for our busy schedules! Luke loves his overnight sleepovers that include PJ parties, movies and more! If your pup checks in for a holiday, you're in for a special treat! Judd and Thuy go above and beyond to make sure your pup has their party hat on! I know that I can drop Luke off for day camp or an overnight and I don't have to worry! Highly recommend this establishment!

The owners & staff at MPA absolutely have a passion for going above and beyond to give exceptional care to each of their furry guests. They were so sweet and patient with our dogs who have anxiety issues. They also kept us updated with videos and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without any worry!

I was looking for a boarding facility for my two big dogs and after checking several facilities I came across MPA. The owners gave me a tour of the properties and I really liked the space. They don't take a lot of clients at once so they can give ample attention to the dogs they board. My dogs aren't the nicest when it comes to new people, but after just a single day at MPA they made friends with the people running the business. I got many photos and videos and I could check on the dogs through the cameras installed in their room. MPA staff were incredibly nice and communicative and I could really enjoy my vacation without having to worry about my pets. I will 100% board my dogs with them again.

For the first time, I stopped feeling guilty about leaving my pups behind. The attention and care they received here was amazing. They seemed truly happy in all the photos, videos, and when I picked them up. This will now and forever be my go-to for my fur-babies!

I take these reviews very seriously. My fur baby Gretly had a near death experience with her former groomer (The Pet Palace). She had petechial hemorrhaging in her eyes due to strangulation. My baby was moments from death. I of course posted a review in the hopes that something like this would never happen to someone else's baby. Then I found Mount Pleasant. I stopped by unannounced just to check out the facility. The owner was so nice and gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to a few of the regular tenants. Upon sharing my bad experience and my fears of leaving my baby with another groomer, Judd knew my story. He had read my review and told me that people like me were the reason that they started Mount Pleasant. So our babies would have a safe, happy place to stay. Needless to say I was very impressed by my first visit. I set up an appointment for my baby to get groomed. When I dropped her off she was scared of her new surroundings. Everyone there gushed over her and they eased my worry. I was given the passwords to the cameras so that I would be able to watch my baby the entire time she was there. I was also invited to stay if I wanted to. While watching the grooming process I saw that the groomer never took her hands off my baby. She never stepped away from the table and I could tell by Gretyl's posture that she was not stressed or uncomfortable. I was sent several text to update me on her status. When I went to pick her up she was so calm and relaxed. I have never taken her to a place that she has just adapted to that easily. Everyone there is so pleasant and you know they truly have the well being of your baby at heart. If you are worried about leaving your baby someplace, this is the place to go.

My canine pal absolutely loves this place! He always comes home healthy, happy and well cared for.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough nice things about Mount Pleasant Avenue Canine Villas & Spa! They took such great care of Zeus while we were on vacation, and gave him an awesome doggie vacation and spa day! They treated him as if he were their own, gave him plenty of special attention and play time with other doggie guests. Judd & Thuy and the MPA staff are the absolute best!! Thank you so very much!

I’ve been using the daycare service at Pets Gone Wild for the last week. The facility appears to be clean, spacious, and well-organized, with plenty of play areas for the dogs to enjoy. Today I dropped off for boarding. So far we’ve been very pleased with the care here.

I have taken my dog here a couple of times before to get boarded and have never has an issue before. Not sure if they had a change of staff or employees but when my dog has had a problem before they let me know when i picked her up. This past weekend I left my dog there to get boarded when I went to pick her up on Monday I found that she was limping on her way out and after the employees had laughed at us for our form of payment (only thing we had were one dollar bills) I has asked if anything happened while she was in here and they told me no. When she got home, my girlfriend inspected her (she works at an animal hospital)and noticed she had a cut on her face below her eye along with limping on her left leg and when we checked out her paw pads, we noticed on her left foot she had a peice of her pad flapping and detached along with her right pad being irritated and red. After calling and bringing it to their attention and sending photos, they responded with the fact that they had multiple calls about dogs going home with irritated feet and told us that my dogs paws look "pretty good" and the cut on her face was due to another dogs nails. Regardless of the rough housing of dogs, it should've been brought to our attention when asked. We won't be bringing her back here due to the lack of professionalism and communication. Thank you.

We take our Giant Schnauzer there, and the people are wonderful!! She always has a great time and comes home happy 😊 I can trust them all the time, like if it was my children, because Harley is part of the family and they are very nice and caring!! 🙌 …

You should not write a place that you’ve never been to. And you should not write it based on an and You should not write a place that you’ve never been to. And you should not write it based on a sign outside. At least he’s being honest and trying to find people to work instead of some of the generation today that just has their face in the phone. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Disregard the negative reviews on here. Someone was saying something about not answering the phone. I’ve called a couple of times and they weren’t able to answer right then but please understand it’s because they are taking care of your fur baby. They will call you back or just try again in a couple of minutes. We checked out the place before we took our dogs there. They gave us a tour and r veryone is super nice and friendly had a smile on their face and they all look like they really loved animals. Four days later, we dropped off our babies off to be boarded. I was extremely nervous because I have never left my pug Smushy with anybody. But Jasmin and the other staff made me feel extremely welcomed and at ease. They also sent me pictures letting us know that they were acclimating very well. Our German shepherd Tokyo he’s very shy he’s usually not around a lot of dogs all the time. They took their time, taking him out and getting him used to the other dogs. We also got to meet the owner Walter, who is very hands-on. You can tell he loves what he does. I definitely urge you to check this place out before excepting the bad reviews because this place is phenomenal. Can’t wait to take my babies back to visit for a play day.

We were in town visiting family and was grateful to find this place! We dropped them off a few times and felt totally comfortable leaving them. Facility is clean and well run, and Noel & Martini had a blast.

They are wonderful!! Peanut loves going there and I can leave him knowing and trusting he will have a good day and is in great care. I love how they interact with him at drop off and pick up, makes me feel confident in descion to keep Peanut in their care for camp... and a tuckered out pup is always a great take away!!

My boy Ceasar loves @PetsGoneWildResort when we pull up to the building he's excited and happy. I cannot get him out of the car soon enough! The staff, Walter, and everyone there is so, caring, kind and knowledgeable!! The decor, pet rooms, and inside and outside boarding areas are phenomenal and make for a great experience in my opinion for anyone's furry family members!! Whenever I travel or Ceasar needs some time with his friends I take him to @PetsGoneWildResort's loved there and it makes me. happy, knowing he is safe and in good hands!!! 😍 and loves to be there!!

My pet was previously at Dogtopia until they permanently closed after Hurricane Beryl, then I enrolled my pet at Pets Gone Wild and so far I do not have any complaints. The only issue I have, which is nothing Pets Gone Wild did, it's just my preference. They only allow the small dogs to play indoor. So on days where it is too hot or raining, the larger dogs are kenneled. I have a yard that is a full 2 acres in size. Pretty much the same size as the entire outside of Pets Gone Wild . So my pet has more than enough space to run around at home, but the only reason I had him in Dogtopia and now Pets Gone Wild, is so he can have other dogs to run and play with. He is the absolute most loving and friendly dog ever, so I wish they would allow him playtime indoors on the hot and raining days instead of kenneling him. Because I can leave him at home where he is not kenneled and has tons of space to run around in, but then he's by himself. That was the thing I loved most about Dogtopia. It was 100% play time indoors and then only time they were kenneled, was just for lunch time and then they had cameras where I could see him playing all day. There were no blind spots. But again, that's an issue because of my preference. But now that fall time is approaching, I'm assuming the dogs will be outside all day except for lunchtime. But still in rainy days, they're gonna be kenneled. But with that being said , I will give pets gone wild a praise for the courtesy of rinsing of my dog when he did play and get muddy. So overall I would give them 9 out of 10 Stars and the only reason I wouldn't give 10 Stars it's because of no cameras and my preference of wishing they had indoor play on hot days and rainy days instead of kenneling the dogs. But so far from my experience, all the staff have been very nice and they all seem to care about all the pets and that's way I always take the employees breakfast, lunch or sweets from time to time. Just to show my appreciation for they're care of my most precious pet. Thank you to all the employees of Pets Gone Wild.

What a wonderful facility! The indoor room is beautiful, my Australian Shepherd loved it so much! You can tell the staff love what they do and the owner is so kind. I had my girl groomed while she was at daycare and they took great pains to make her look and feel like royalty!

Brought my German Shepherd Nina for a day of day care. She came home so tired from playing all day. The staff is so nice and professional. Julia was so awesome explained everything and I decided to bring her back. I met the owner and he was also very professional and loved my dog. I recommend this place.

Our first time at Pawsh on Calder and it was a great experience! I came here because their reviews showed nice schnauzer cuts which can be a hit or miss at salons and they did not disappoint! My boy couldn’t wait to get himself slobbery but he looks very handsome and clean! The staff is very friendly and took the time to get detailed information on what kind of cut I wanted!!!

We recently found Pawsh and have used them twice now and have been very pleased! The staff always seems friendly and attentive to my dog. Most recently we had them groom him while we boarded him there. He is an 80lbs black lab who sheds like crazy. They suggested the shedding treatment. I am glad they did. It has made a big difference and he smells amazing! The pricing is very fair and reasonable. We travel a lot and will for sure will be back!

My golden doodle was well taken care of and looked absolutely beautiful when I picked her up. Definitely will continue using Pawsh for all our boarding and grooming needs.

We left our Stella (shih tzu) here for a week! We were able to call and check in on her and that gave us peace of mind! The day of pick-up we requested a bath and nail trim and it was worth it! She came home refreshed and so happy! We are satisfied with the warm customer experience and price! We will be doing more business here with Pawsh!! Thank you for taking care of our girl!

I would have given 5 stars 🌟 but that's perfection. They were very nice. Loved my dog. He looks great. I would like him to smell a little better for the price. But overall, we will be returning. Satisfied customer. I keep returning and they are better every time! Stoney loves going and is worn out every time! Great job!

Let me start by saying the groomers always do a great job grooming our dog, BUT… $156 before tip for a 15 pound dog is legit outrageousssss. Prices have gone up significantly since we started coming here. This time, I specifically said we don’t need to do de-matting and was okay with going really short instead so I’m not sure why we were charged additional de-matting fees?? Also, my dog had dried poop on his back when we picked him up.

Holy grail of grooming salons! I just adopted a Persian cat and she was very matted and there was no issue getting her to look absolutely gorgeous! They even called to update me mid process! Will use again in the future and recommend!

The first 2 visits were great and our dog was super clean. The 3rd and 4th were not so wonderful. The cut/trim was good, but she started smelling like a dirty dog by the 2nd day after. Future visits? We are assessing whether or not their services are worth over $100 if even occasionally your pet gets a "So-So" wash.

I cannot say enough good things about The Pet Palace. My journey as a dog owner started with them when I was united w/ my best friend of 16 years - Higdon. And now, 19 years later, they are still giving the utmost care, love, & attention to my new boy - Rowdy 🙂 Every time I take Rowdy to doggy daycare, he bolts outta the car & runs to the handlers @ The Pet Palace with eyes melting from the attention they give him. You can’t stop his tail from wagging! He’s so happy when he goes there! I’m so glad that the Houston Area has a place with such caring people like the ones you find @ The Pet Palace! There is no better place to take your best friend for boarding, grooming, & play! They are simply AWESOME!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Bowen has been going there since he was a puppy, and even did puppy training there. He loves going there and gets so excited when he sees Kaila! He absolutely loves her, and she takes such great care of him when he’s there for All Day Play. Now my “grand pup” Stella goes there and she loves Kaila too. Kaila is so great with the dogs there, and takes both of them at once, even though they are so excited to see her, they pull her through the door. 😂 I highly recommend Pet Palace for Doggy Daycare. Everyone that works there loves all the fur babies that come through the door. They always welcome you when you come in, and treat your fur babies like their own. 😊

We have been bringing our 6 year old golden retriever to Pet Palace since he was 3 months old and we love it! The staff is great and accommodating. Kayla always has a smile on her face and is always so friendly. Daycare is a reasonable price and it includes a swimming pool time which is often an extra charge at other pet resorts.

The Pet Palace has provided a fun and safe place for my Lola Sue & my Remington Sue. Lola was a boxer who had a fabulous time each time she went to daycare! Remington is a Frenchie & she has a great time & gets so excited to see her favorite girl, Kayla in the mornings! Kayla is such a sweet soul who absolutely loves all the fur babies!!

Christen is the best groomer! She is super patient with my stubborn dog and I have never been able to get such a great cut anywhere else. My schnauzer is my baby and I trust them completely at Pet Palace! Dayboarding is also my pups favorite day of the week and it wears him out! Must bring your pups here.

I took my dog Starsky for the first time here and he absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and they gave me a tour of the place and it’s very spacious and welcoming! I even got to peak in and take a look at the outside play yard and my dog was having the best time ❤️and the staff were very close by and keeping an eye on all of dogs there. After I had came back to pick up Starsky one of the daycare attendants named Kaila was so sweet and helpful you could tell she really got to know my dog. She gave me a full layout of my dogs time at daycare and how he did, it was really nice to know that my little guy was being looked after and cared for so well😀 I will definitely be bringing him back for daycare and boarding !!

Employees are the best. I take Marlo twice a week for doggie daycare. When I take him in the morning he is very excited to get dropped off. When I pick him up he looks like he had a blast. Thank you guys for taking care of him.

My dog Teddy just love the pet Palace, out of the car he drags me in . He love to play with all the dogs. The staff is so kind. Kayla is wonderful with him.

I can't say enough great things about The Pet Palace! The staff, especially Lori, Kaila, Jackie, Kristen, and Orr, are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about my dogs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of activities to entertain the dogs. My two girls go six days a week for doggy daycare and stay overnight when I am out of town. The girls come home happy and tired after playing with their furry friends. The grooming service is incredible, and the limo service is fantastic when needed! I highly recommend The Pet Palace to any pet parent looking for a safe and fun place for their dog!

The Pet Palace takes such good care of our pup. He loves going every day, and is always so happy when we pick him up. Camp Bow Wow Kemah, is just the best! They are attentive and always take such good care of my babies. We love all the staff but a few favorites are Kristen, Riley, Jacob and Hannah. They never hesitate to give my babies the love and attention they deserve. I can barely contain the dogs when we pull up to camp because they are so excited to go inside.

Everything is clean and the staff is very nice. Charlotte enjoyed herself on her trail and has her first full day on Saturday. Web cams to view let's me see her when I miss her and they have a lot of options when it comes to care for your fur child Update 11/11: Still a wonderful location and staff are great people. My girl adores going and their services are excellent.

Absolutely love them! My girl Holly has the best time to the point she rather stay at camp. I get to check on her with their camera access and I always see her either having fun or getting much love from the staff. Your pup also has access to going in and outside when they want which is a plus.

What we love most about your services is the peace of mind you provide. We adore Camp Bow Wow because it feels like a safe haven for our golden retriever. Camp Bow Wow Kemah always takes great care of my Nova girl! They are always kind and communicative. They love her like she is their own & I trust them completely! Nova loves it and is always having fun on their camper cams (especially on bubble day!) She comes home worn out & ready for a nap. I’ve used their boarding services as well and could not recommend a better place to trust your dogs with while out of town.

My pups' home away from home. Everyone that works here loves dogs and it shows. My dogs (Artemis, 18 mo. Aussiedoodle, and Apollo, 6 mo. mutt pup) go crazy when I ask if they "want to go see their friends". Their enrichments are fun and engaging and you always get a ton of pics of them living their best life. Safe, clean, and fun. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
